What I like most about Microsoft Teams Rooms is how easy it is to start or join meetings in a conference room. Because it’s integrated with Microsoft Teams and the room equipment, joining a scheduled meeting usually takes just a single tap, rather than manually connecting laptops, cameras, and microphones.
Audio and video quality have generally been very strong, which helps conversations with remote team members feel more natural. Features like screen sharing and room cameras also make collaboration smoother during team meetings, client discussions, and project reviews.
Overall, it delivers a streamlined meeting experience and cuts down the time spent on room setup, so everyone can stay focused on the discussion instead of dealing with technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t have any major complaints, but there are occasional times when the meeting room equipment takes a bit longer to connect or to recognize devices. Most of the time it gets resolved quickly, but it can still push back the start of a meeting by a few minutes.
I’ve also noticed that the overall experience really depends on the room hardware and the network quality. If there’s an issue with the microphone, camera, or connectivity, it impacts the meeting even though the software itself is generally reliable.
Aside from these occasional hiccups, it’s been a dependable solution for running meetings in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
