## GUIDEcx Reviews
  ### 1. Guidecx has been great in managing projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Assigning tasks has been a great feature in gcx.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The experience has been smooth so there is nothing to dislike about gcx.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing projects, assigning tasks has been very easy with GCX.

  ### 2. Well organized projects which allows all the views you would expect

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark C. | Vice President - Customer Success , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Promise of improving customer engagement.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Not enought pre-built reports in GuideCX, but lots of very helpfull views.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are attempting to increase the customer engament level. After a year we are having mixed resuults. More use of @mentions hold promise...

  ### 3. Not perfect, but of the options out there it's pretty good.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Relatively friendly UI for non-tech-savvy customers. Our Project Managers work primarily with non-tech-savvy customers so ease of use is key. GuideCX has several customer views available depending on preference.
Recipe Builder is a newer feature but seems to be a good leap forward in functionality and integration.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Bulk editing in-flight projects is a HUGE pain. You can edit a template, but cannot push that to live projects. We have 450+ active projects at a time so bulk editing is always on our list of wishes.
Attachments on tasks are helpful, and live links seem like a great idea however in practice these links regularly break without explanation. Because of the above issue with not being able to bulk update projects attachments have to be fixed one by one. Sticking with static docs seems to be more reliable.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistency across projects. Providing appropriate supporting documents and instructions with discrete tasks. Asynchronous collaboration across timezones/departments/companies.

  ### 4. Great Project Management Tool: Constantly Expanding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love the ability to add checklists and attachments directly into tasks. This allows up to streamline our processes for specific pieces of setup and QA. I also enjoy that you can customize and have multiple different types of project plans. My one suggestion would be to have the due dates automatically update when the project end date is updated.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I do not like that dates do not update on tasks automatically when a project end date has been updated. it causes a lot of manual adjustments, when based on the timeline, it should be easy to identify the new updated dates, and mass update when the project end date is updated.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program allows us to accurately gauge where we need to make changes in our process based on the time it is taking to complete different pieces, while also allowing us to easily identify dependencies/problem areas.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Thank you for your review of GUIDEcx! We're glad to hear that you love the ability to add checklists and attachments directly into tasks, as well as the customization and multiple project plan options.

It's great to hear that GUIDEcx is helping you accurately gauge your process and identify dependencies, contributing to improved efficiency.

We appreciate your feedback and shared this with the product team! If you ever have more insights or suggestions in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  ### 5. Organizational Project Management done right

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

There are multiple ways to manage projects. Sometimes is approached logically and other times it is not. GCX seems to understand the logical approach needed to make it a success for staff and customers. GCX also is not satisfied with a medicore product. I am constantly seeing positive changes with the application - it keeps getting better and better. GCX provides milestone tracking and task management in a clear concise way. Roles and ownership are also easy to understand for advanced and brand new users. I am not sure if it is due to my companies license or contract but, the customer service always exceeds my expectations. Customer service reps are always willing to schedule an additional meeting and incredibly patient. If they do not have an immediate answer to my question, they get back to me.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Calender due dates which fall on the weekend are not selectable. This is a big one for me. Some changes take an excessive amount of time to reflect or require a screen refresh. Mass changes (edits) are limited in what can be edited.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting milestones and staying within the target window. It is also solving the issue of showing responsibility for tasks.

  ### 6. Guide CX - Best way to get customer involved in their projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Their templates (and training on how to use their templates) are fantastic. After going through their cartographer course and truly learning how to leverage their template tool, we are getting significantly better engagement from our customers on their projects now.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

They currently don't have the ability to track travel expenses as part of their projects. The only way to deduct from a project budget is to tie a cost directly to a cost for a user.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX manages our day to day task management for our customer onboardings and customer professional service projects. The feature that has provided the biggest benefit for us has been the time tracking tool and the budgeting report that is populated using that time tracking. For years we have had no clear insight into the true profitability of our onboardings and professional service projects. We now have clear visibility into this and it has been a game changer for our project managers

  ### 7. Great organizational tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex J V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx is a great organizational tool for our new client Provisioning/Onboarding Process. It provides one point for information, task schedules, and communications for team members for individual projects. On the Project Dashboard GUIDEcx provides tabs for: Overview, Plan, My Tasks, Notes, Team, Attachments, Activity Log, Project Action Items, and Custom Fields, allowing the user to easily navigate to the specific information they need.

GUIDEcx is very adaptable to changing requirements by allowing us to customize by implementing changes to individual tasks and task categories easily as our Provisioning Process develops and changes with our needs growth. It is a tool we use multiple times daily.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I cannot think of anything that would be on my "Wish List" to improve GUIDEcx at this time.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx solved our issues with a concise platform to organize and easily review multiple Provisioning/Client Onboarding projects at the same time with the ability for us to quickly and easily review the progress of each one.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi Alex,

We're a big fan of you and your team! We are thrilled that we've partnered with you to help streamline your provisioning and client onboarding projects, providing a central point for information and task management. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

  ### 8. Intuitive and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx is easy to use and understand. I've used it as multiple companies now and have enjoyed the experience. I like it gives a visual representation of tasks in a project and how they relate to each other.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Would love to see improvements in the notes function. We use it as a main source of communication about that project/customer and it would be nice to have thread/reply capability and reactions, like a thumbs up. Threads or replies to a specific message would be hepful when there are many messages, particularly in project notes. This would help keep track The reactions would be to indicate I've seen a message I'm tagged in or show others have read it.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx is helping our internal and external stakeholders on the project stay in communication and on task on the project. Setting visibility helps to control what external people see and is keeping everyone up to date. The notes function also serves as our primary communication tool on the project, which is helps to keep all attachments and notes in one centralized place and not sending multiple emails back and forth.

  ### 9. It's a decent project management tool but not quite there yet.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like that I can easily see my projects and my teams projects by using the filters on the project list page.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The reporting is limited and right now it's not helpful for managers. Ideally I'd be able to see my teams stats in one page like an overview dashboard. This includes current projects, completed projects by type and what is expected in the future. I also find that a majority of the customers that use it, find the UI offputting and don't use it. I have to essentially beg customers to use this and it just adds more work. I don't mean to sound harsh with that but the UI is the number 1 thing my customers have issues with.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a project management tool to track our projects and it benefits us in that I can see what projects my teammembers have right now or had in the past.

  ### 10. GUIDEcx - The Best Independent System

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moses T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love that GUIDEcx allows me to see all of my tasks in different forms. Flipping between Table view and Gantt view is a huge advantage. Being able to input attachments and notes on tasks is a game changer, this allows for users to keep track of their project tasks all in one system. Having a customer support button on the bottom is amazing as it allows quick access to getting the right answer. Ease of implementation integration is easy too!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

One aspect that I dislike about GUIDEcx is the time it takes to flip between different projects and tasks. I would love if the system could operate a bit quicker. My frequency of use is high and a faster system would make my life a lot easier.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx allows me to stay on track with all of my project tasks with ease! Having the ability to know exactly what I have to do is great!

  ### 11. Organized and User Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candace B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It's streamlined the onboarding process and we have started using it as a long term PM tool. It's easy to make updates and track everything. Customers don't have an issue learning the platform.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I do wish it had more features of actual PM software like an Asana. It would make sense to go from onboarding and then roll the project into a long term project to manage.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of the info we need from clients is in one place, I know where to look when I need a specific document during onboarding. If we are getting delayed we can see who is actually at fault, us or the client

  ### 12. Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The menus and dashboard are very easy to navigate, and helpful in organizing projects. Building out templates are very useful in our work and help to keep things on track. Top views also keep work evenly distrusted amongst team members.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Sometimes the new changes take a bit to get used to, for example the layouts of projects. I prefer the Board View still but it often defaults to the new List View and I will have to change back.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping client onboarding organized and streamlined. Gives us a place to organize all tasks and allow access to other parties without granting full view to all aspects.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi Elizabeth!

We're glad to hear that you find GUIDEcx easy to navigate and helpful in organizing projects. We appreciate your feedback about the new changes. As far as switching to the board view, GUIDEcx will default to whatever your last view was. However, if you're constantly having to change the default view then that's because there is a setting within your browser that may be blocking cookies so GUIDEcx isn't able to remember what your preferred view is. If you chat in, one of our support guides can help you out with that!

Thank you again for sharing how GUIDEcx is keeping your client onboarding experience organized and benefiting your team!

  ### 13. Outstanding and robust tool for organizing all aspects of customer onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergey Y. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The tool is super customizable and I like the option to set up a template for our tasks with dependencies that I reuse on each project. It is also easy to grant client access to the project through the portal and they can use tasks to ask questions.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There is nothing much I dislike, but I just wish the mobile version could be more user-friendly.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The onboarding process is made transparent for our clients and tracking of the project pulse and timeline helps to make prompt decisions, ensuring the sucess of the project.

  ### 14. A solid tool for keeping track of projects and keeping key stakeholders in the loop.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Implementation Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Its an easy to use tool, and their is enough training materials and customer support to ensure a pretty smooth onboarding or re-onboarding in our case. I also appreciate the integrations available to use (I.e. salesforce, jira, and slack). We use GuideCX to give customers visibility into their project timelines on a level we can use, so that is an extremely nice feature.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

No real downsides, I do wish the automated emails could be plain text into HTML. We have many plain text templates we would like to use, but unfortunately cannot.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking projects from onboarding to completion of the implemntation process.

  ### 15. Excellent Tool for Companies & Clients

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx gives everyone involved in our projects the ability to see assigned tasks and where each task falls relative to tasks surrounding theirs - regardless of access level.

No one needs to see every aspect of a project, which maintains efficiency for everyone involved.

Clients are able to see the status of their project and use this tool to communicate and ask questions. However, for those internal tasks and questions among our Project Team, we can keep those hidden from clients as not to bog them down with unncessary communications.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

So far, there's nothing about GUIDEcx I don't like!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I was brought onboard with GUIDEcx, our team worked with support to implement this product. I can say that previous systems we've used fell short of all we needed them to do. My understanding is that GUIDEcx has been great to work with as we begin to utilize this great tool with our clients.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with GUIDEcx! We're glad to hear that the platform's task visibility features have been helpful for both your team and clients. It's great to know that GUIDEcx is meeting your needs and providing a seamless experience for project management.

  ### 16. GuideCX is a Miracle Worker!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love using GuideCX. It's a great place for me to keep track of my projects and also stay in communication with the customer. It also will send reminders to them about things that they need to do.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Some latency issues and sometimes the integrations don't work well.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX creates a platform to stay in communication with customers that I'm onboarding. It also allows for a quick and easy overview of where I am in a project. GuideCX has been a great tool and I'm glad my employer decided to go with them.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> You are making us blush! We're just a couple of guys and gals looking to help people work better together and onboard their clients better!

We are so happy that you are loving GUIDEcx as much as we love building it!

As far as latency issues - our team has some pretty big updates coming this summer where we'll be tackling the most popular parts of the app and making them faster than ever before. Stay tuned for that 👀

With your integration question - please don't hesitate to reach out to your CSM or chat in to our support and we'll be able to help you out!

Thank you again for sharing your experience with us 🥳

  ### 17. Easy for project handling and management.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhilesh Y. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It's a good project management tool for managing your new customer's onboarding process; it's pretty easy to tackle the whole process. Its IOS application is also good to review all the project status on a Mobile device.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It would be great if the drafted message can be restored after when the application is closed accidently or browser crashed. I faced this issue " i drafted the whole message (more than 150 words) and accidently I closed the broswer"

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to manage and track the onboarding process for current and upcoming projects, Its very helpful when you want to tag each team memeber by choosing only the Internal tag feature. I really like that.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi Akhilesh,

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that GUIDEcx has made project handling and management, especially for customer onboarding, easier for you. We also love hearing that you're using the iOS application!

I've shared your feedback with the product team regarding notes. We are working on a new experience for notes so I'll see if we can incorporate your feedback into the new experience!

  ### 18. Complete mastery of customer onboarding with GCX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GCX offers a robust and complete onboarding experience for your customers, and makes life easy on the backend with tracking projects via the dashboard. Nearly every tool that you could need to provide the best roadmap for your customers, newly-hired employees, or project administrators is provided. Our company was provided with a bevy of contacts at each step along our own onboarding process to answer all questions. Everyone encountered at GCX was helpful and pleasant, and shared the singular goal of assisting where needed.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

With such a complete package of software comes the need to know about its entirety. There's quite a bit to learn, and it can be overwhelming at times.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a singular dashboard to review and track multiple projects, with an easy-to-use GUI is extremely helpful.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with GUIDEcx! We're glad to hear that our onboarding process and dashboard tracking have been beneficial for your projects. We understand that our software (like most) may have a learning curve, and we appreciate your feedback. We've built out a robust knowledge base, GUIDEuniversity, and GUIDEcx Community to help you learn the ropes! Hopefully you've been able to leverage those resources.

  ### 19. Great product, great team !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayank S. | Global Head of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I have been using GuideCX for the last 2 years and to my amaze the product keeps getting better with new feature, UX/UI and automations. It's a great product for Onboarding and Customer Success teams as it allows you to have your entire process laid out with milestones and breakdown of each tasks. My favourite part of it is the automation that the company has achieved through Recipe Builder with Hubspot, Slack and Salesforce.

The team has also helped us build an amazing report for our stakeholders that has saved several hours worth of time and enabled us to be more efficient and productive.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I don't have anything negative to say however we do get occasional lags and system slowdowns, nothing that cannot be overlooked.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX provides the visibility to the project managers as well as the customer for the tasks they are responsible for and a general velocity of the project to keep it aligned. This visibility has ensured that all stakeholders involved in the project are actively being engaged.

**Official Response from Stacey Hatch:**

> Mayank, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Stakeholder engagement during onboarding is critical, so we're thrilled that GUIDEcx is providing the right level of visibility to keep all teams aligned. It's also wonderful to hear your team is using Recipe Builder to integrate your tech stack. We love hearing stories of time saved through integration, like automatic project creation and population based on HubSpot deal data.

Thanks again!

  ### 20. Intuitive easy-to-learn interface, organized and streamlined our communication lines!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I was really impressed with how easy it is to figure out. In all honesty we had to tell their onboarding team that we didn't need their help because we already had figured most of it out. Now THAT is a self-service point-solution I can get behind!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Our only pain pain point is that when you save a files as an attachment to a task, you still have to click "save" after the files have been uploaded. I'm not aware of any other software solution in 2023 that still requires you to "Save" once something has been uploaded.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GCX helped us overcome the blackhole of onboarding: our clients didn't know the status of the project and we didn't internally either. The knowledge for an onboarding always lived with a specific person and there was no visibility without verbal transfer of knowledge. It also helped us streamline communications between our CS and TS teams which up to that point had all been via Teams or Email. This orgnized it into a much more clear path.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Sam,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about GUIDEcx! We're so glad you could figure out and use our platform quickly and effectively.

Your feedback about occasional bugs and the need to click "save" after uploading files is noted — we've shared this with the product team. We appreciate your input and are continuously refining our platform to provide you with a seamless experience.

We're also so glad to hear that GUIDEcx has helped you address the challenge of visibility during onboarding. Our customers repeatedly share how crucial it's been to have a clear view of project statuses — both internally and for their clients. We aim to bridge that gap and provide transparency throughout the onboarding process, so this is music to our ears.

If you ever encounter more bugs or have further suggestions, please feel free to reach out. Your feedback helps us improve and ensures we continue to meet your needs effectively.

  ### 21. Best solution, even better partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Everything!! Customer engagement that actually works, embeded portal, forecasted end dates, custom integrations, custom reports, etc.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Lots of clicks to navigate but was told that fix is coming.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of manual emailing/calling/status meetings with customers. Complete lack of transparency between implementation/project team and leadership. Reporting that I need based on my company KPIs instead of having to adjust to what is offered in the box. Better visibility for customers that aren't day to day in the project. Resource managing and forecasting.

  ### 22. GUIDEcx is amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francis K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The highlight of GUIDEcx for me is its user-centric interface. It has won over both our internal team and our clients by providing an easy-to-navigate and straightforward experience. Moreover, the remarkable boost in productivity we've witnessed since integrating GUIDEcx into our workflow is invaluable. It consistently ensures we stay on course and maintain a high level of transparency.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wish it was easier to automatically bring in a link from the Custom Fields into a task or note.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves issues relating to lost work and timeline adherence.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi Francis!

We're delighted to hear that GUIDEcx has been instrumental in maintaining transparency and boosting productivity for your team and clients. We appreciate your feedback about the Custom Fields and we're curious to hear more about your use case. Some of our other customers use our Recipe Builder to automatically populate Custom Fields into a task/note. If you've haven't explored that option yet, I'd reach out to your CSM so they can guide you on how that works!

  ### 23. Great product overall!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinse R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like how GuideCX allows for quite a bit of customization for each project. It's pretty easy to navigate as well.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I find that the loading times on certain pages take quite a bit of time.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to lay out tasks for my clients that they can step through one at a time and mostly complete themselves. I like how clients can message me within each task so I know the context of their question. It's really helped streamline our onboarding process at our company.

  ### 24. This platform is incredible for project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Audrey M. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I have personally used the software in my Account Management role and have loved the automation, organization, and visability it offers for the company and client.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It would be great if other user roles could send emails from the project and it not show that the email is coming from the project manager.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx solves streamlining communication from the company to the client and allows for a one stop shop for managing the project for both the client and the internal team managing it.

  ### 25. Great Product, get organized, streamline and automate processes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I started using Guide Cx in the spring of 2023, I can't say enough good things about the product! It has helped me so much, allowing users to break down the implementation process step by step, with details and direction of how each tasks is to be complete. Upon completion, the next task will show up and what needs to be done next! Not only can you check off each step along the way, but you can leave internal notes for the team, reminder notes for yourself and message the customer. There are attached documents within tasks along with checklists covering what you need to discuss with your customers.

I believe Guide Cx has streamlined many processes for us, we use this daily for each of our customers. It has been integrated into additional programs we use to help things move along. The support team is great and reponse time are quick! This is a great program!!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

At times the dependency's can get in the way, however, having the ability to remove them is very helpful. I really don't have anything negative to say.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has helped us orginze our different types of projects with guides and checklist. Streamlines many processes throughout our onboarding journey with customers.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Jessica,

Thank you for your outstanding feedback on GUIDEcx! We're thrilled to hear that the platform has made such a positive impact on your processes and enabled you to streamline your implementations. ### 26. Made Onboarding a Breeze!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daria P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like that GuideCX allows our clients to complete their own tasks without us having to reaching out and bug them through millions of emails. All of our clients have loved the program and it's made our 90 day onboarding process come down to just 45 days!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It can be a bit tricky to get used to, but once you do, it's a breeze.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX has helped us shorten down our onboarding time and keep better track of all client communications.

  ### 27. Great Project Plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx has been our implementation go-to due to the ease of use and number of features. Our customers find the platform easy to use and navigate for their tasks. Multiple views are offered and we can use this for time tracking as well. GUIDEcx makes the ease of implementation enjoyable. Best platform I have used.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx seems to be limited in tracking resources/time tracking, etc.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx solves the problem of keeping our client tasks in order and presenting our clients with an easy way to track the project and the project health.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Thank you for your amazing feedback! We're elated to hear that GUIDEcx has been easy to use for your customers and it's made implementation enjoyable! As far as time tracking goes, I've let your CSM know so we can explore what kind of things you're running into!

Thank you again, Michael!

  ### 28. It's ok, needs some improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like that it lets me narrow down only my tasks on a project.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

•Action items do not update the user who opened them when somebody replies inside of it. Only an @ mention will alert the creator of the action item. •Update emails aren't sent out to people on the project when clients upload documents. •I cannot preview a document and am forced to download it to view it. Even early 2000's email would let me preview a doc before downloading, so I'm unsure why GCX insists every doc needs a download for viewing. •Also, I'd like to do a zip download of everything without it sending a link to my email to fulfill that request. My inbox is full enough as is. •Document names are cut off if they are long and as a user I have to hover my mouse of them to see the full name. •Project names are often cut off, as well. •Users have very few status names and those fields are the same for the client versus us. •Notes are all kind of messy instead of being consolidated (clickable) and going inside of the note to expand the back and forth. •The "not applicable" task cards will mess up the flow depending on their dependency status which seems pretty backward to me. We should be able to say something isn't applicable without it interfering with the rest of the project. •Companies that have several other companies under their umbrella creates a poorly laid out interface. I go to project view and sort by project name alphabetically to have the projects side by side where i can open them in other tabs to do work on several things, but that's a pain. Why not have everything under one link then I can open and expand other companies/projects as needed? In other management software, we had these consolidated under portfolios and programs. •GCX does not allow me to view a project I am not added to, therefore I cannot help coworkers who are out of office when I'm assigned to take over their work. Other project software we used in the past allowed everybody at our company to see all projects. Having to have a PM add somebody is such a hang-up.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate that you guys made it to where we can click and open projects in other tabs because we could not do that at first without the workaround of opening multiple GCX pages then navigating our way to the projects over and over. Columns were not expandable when we first got you guys, not I heard alterations were made, and now we can do that. So thank you. I am saying "N/A for the support question because I cannot say. I'm not a project manager or boss at my company, just a lower level user, so I haven't been contacting support over our issues.

  ### 29. Keeping Customer Onboarding Simple and Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX allows us to clearly identify the actions that are required for a successful onboarding, assign tasks, and stay on track. This makes managing the onboaridng process for multiple customers and multiple products much easier.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wish the Time Tracking feature was included automatically. I don't think it is a critical feature for our business but it would be nice to have, as I am curious about the time/cost for onboarding our customers. We have a pretty good feel for this though.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main benefits of GUIDEcx is that we can keep track of all steps that need to happen, and when they need to happen. This helps us stay organized and keeps our cusotmers informed regarding the taskes they are responsible for.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> We love hearing that managing multiple customers and multiple products is a breeze with GUIDEcx!

As far as Time Tracking - I'd encourage you to reach out to your CSM to see if you can do a free trial to see if it'd be a good fit!

Thank you again for sharing your feedback! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions :)

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

No forms in the environment only intergrations.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guidecx automates tasks going out based on dependencies saving me from assigning tasks manually and keeps our projects on track and moving. Clients love seeing the progress of their implementation in real time!

Our organization implemented GuideCX about 2 years ago, and while it was a major undertaking, it was well worth our efforts. Internal team members and clients have a mutual place to track progress made against the project. The support team is also consistenly accessible and helpful with troubleshooting suggestions.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

While the platform is easy to use, day to day load time/response time could be improved.

GuideCX provides a centralized location for task management.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with GUIDEcx. We're glad to hear that the platform has been instrumental in tracking progress and providing a mutual place for internal team members and clients. Our support team is blushing! We love them too!

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I can see where we are in a project at a glance and it helps to keep customers up to date

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

small quirks in inviting people to the project such as the compass view not giving them full view to the project

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX allows us to communicate efficiently with our customers and keep them up to date on where we are in the project

  ### 35. GuideCX has been very useful. It makes organizing our onboarding process much simpler and clearer.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX helps us to organize the steps of our onboarding process so we can quickly see everything laid out. We no longer have to use spreadsheets and lose our data in all the rows. The streamline of communication with our customers and the fact that they have clear visibility into the process is another benefit.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I am not a fan of they layouts changing. The first thing I do is always switch it back to board view.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and visibility into where we are in the process, for us and our clients. Streamlined communcation with our clients regarding the onboarding tasks and process.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi there!

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with GUIDEcx! We're glad to hear that it has helped streamline communication and provide clear visibility into the onboarding process. We're all about organization and transparency so we're glad you've found the value in that as well! The layout shouldn't change every time you log in. It should default to what your last view was. If you are constantly having to change the view, it may be because your web browser is blocking cookies. This causes GUIDEcx to not know what your previous view was so you'll find yourself switching views. If you haven't already, we recommend chatting in so we can help you unlock the right setting!

Thank you again and have a wonderful day!

  ### 36. Great Tool to Keep you Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I use GUIDEcx daily while onboarding new client accounts and the platform makes every task of the onboarding process easy and efficient. We can communicate seamlessly with the the customer and if something changes in our onboarding process it is super easy to update or make new tiles in GUIDEcx.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Right now there is nothing that I would change other than having the list view be the defualt.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx helps with the everyday onboarding tasks. It keeps me organized and also minimizes the amount of uneccessary communication between us and the client since the client can go in and see the progress.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi Matthew!
We love our daily power users!!! We're so glad that it's helping streamline communication so you don't have to worry about keeping customers in the loop with their onboarding progress. As far as the list view, GUIDEcx will default to whatever your last view was. However, if you're constantly having to change the default view then that's because there is a setting within your browser that may be blocking cookies so GUIDEcx isn't able to remember what your preferred view is. If you chat in, one of our support guides can help you out with that!

Thanks again and have a wonderful day!

  ### 38. Good system but not for us.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love how robust it is and the support is great.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The ease of integration isn't tops and the need for the integration team to do a lot of the lifting isn't convenient for a small team. We're wanting to scale and the recipe builder is awesome but been difficult to latch on to.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep our tasks and projects organized.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

  ### 39. Helps to streamline your onboarding process

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

How easily you can keep track of the client onboarding process. Without GuideCX, it would be a manual checklist lost somewhere in the sea of documents. It is a lot easier to stay on track and know where someone is in the process. My company uses this for every onboarding project that comes through.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

We have GuideCX triggering with Salesforce and it has been a bit of a struggle to ensure everyone is following the same process to trigger the onboarding project correctly.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the onboarding process which helps us stay efficient and on task.

  ### 40. Great transparent and interactive onboarding plan!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2022

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love that we can add all our internal and external stakeholders to the project and assign tasks. The forecasted end date is perfect for setting expectations with our clients based on their engagement.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Our projects are very complex, and currently GuideCX lacks some of the flexibility with user permissions and project editing that would take our onboarding to the next level.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can hold our clients accountable for the parts of their onboarding they are responsible for. We can provide dynamically updated end dates to show them how their engagement affects the duration of the project.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about GUIDEcx! We're delighted to hear that you appreciate the transparency and interactivity. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we've shared all this with the product team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Guide CX is a very intuitive product for everyone on the project and the ability to set dependencies and easily update timelines is a life saver. Our customers love having a live view of the project so they don't have to wait for static updates. I also really like the integrations with Jira and Slack, which has saved time and manual work for our PMs. However, the best part of Guide CX is definitely the support team who are very quick at responding and always are eager to help.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wish that projects on hold would pause each individual task, instead of continuing to send out task emails and marking them as late. Other than this, I have nothing I dislike about Guide CX.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guide CX helps us keep stakeholders up-to-date at all times. It allows us to have an overview of each project quickly and easily, and helps to minimize human errors. It also syncs with Jira to ensure all of our development work is tracked and updated correctly.

**Official Response from Stacey Hatch:**

> Thanks for taking the time to review GUIDEcx. It's great to hear that your team is saving time with the Jira & Slack integrations. ### 46. Light User of GCX

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I am an integrations implementation consultant and what I found useful from GCX is that I can pop into any current project that I'm a part of to pick up and download files from the client. The portal is great to get clients involved before I have to reach out to them in advance. It allows them to interact with sending what I need way before so I can immediately start. Great product so far!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The UI can use a little work as sometimes it can look overwhelming with the many tasks on the timeline. It would be nice t update that so that users can manage their workflow faster with less clicks!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping funnel quicker implementations as it allows clients to upload files for my future tasks.

  ### 47. GuideCX slow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre R. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It's visually easy to keep track of the tasks you need to handle.

It helps us to not forget onboarding tasks and track everything that needs to get done.

  ### 50. A Great Automated Tracker and Project Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Our team has used GuideCX for onboarding streamlining and assistance. It's been super useful to immediately push task reminders to customers and employees.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I dislike that I'm unable to add videos into our automated emails and that there is limited capability to customize the emails to look more like our own companies branding rather than GuideCX. I think this can lead to confusion for our own clients on what company they are working with.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending automated emails and checkups to clients and employees of their next task.
