**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Being able to differentiate the jobs based off color codes which made it way easier to know who to reach out too for their item.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Needing certain permissions to change the assigned members if they dont work for that site anymore etc. If as a leader of the Buisness Unit I shuld be able to change the leaders without having to ask to get added to the certain permissions group needed.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like that customers do not need a specific login to see project statuses. I like the automated emails that go out to customers so that they can be reminded of tasks.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I dislike that I cannot copy/paste checklists from one task to another. I also dislike that sometimes when I move tasks around in a project, they revert back to the original order after refreshing the page or exiting the project and coming back later.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into how much left there is on the project and what the anticipated finish date is based on milestones that have been completed and what is lect to be completed.

Easy access to the knowledgebase when needed. Lots of video tutorials to get you started.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I am not able to email different vendors from Guide, these are not 3rd parties.

I loved being able to share documents, and send notes to internal team members that external clients were not able to view. It is a great way to have all team members on the same page in one place.

I have no dislikes at the moment to mention.

It is solving for keeping the clients and the team informed and on task with implementations.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The software is built for onboarding customers which is exactly what we needed. Being able to assign tasks to customers and providing transparant insight into the project are the best features.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I would like to have more control over reporting features and custom fields. The integration ability with other systems is robust, but has a steep learning curve.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem was prompting customers to do their part and giving them insight to where we are on their project. GUIDEcx solves that problem for us and will even send reminders to the customers automatically.

Adds structure to our onboarding proccess that we simply did not have prior to using GuideCX. Also adds a layer of polish to our process that customers benefit from.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Not much to dislike really. Would be cool if it handled CS tasks post onboarding but I get that it is not their wheelhouse and they are not trying to compete with companies specializing in that space.

Syncs up with all other tools we use making a very slick onboarding proccess. Helps manage difficult customer requirements and keeps us effcient when things get busy.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like the ability to add and update tasks. I often work with the check lists and adding notes for internal partners. I've also been able to add videos to assist clients.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Sometimes I have a hard time finding specific tasks after they have been collapsed when completed. I've had clients mark tasks as complete when they thought they provided the correct information but I still needed additional items and needed to update the note back to them.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX keeps the client and me on track. I can easily see what steps are coming up so I can keep the client informed. They appreciate the additional notes advising them on what their responsibilities are so they don't always have to come back to me to find out what they need to do next.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

From the chat platform to account management, GuideCX provides excellent service and support!  That, coupled with the project management aspect of the tool makes this an easy recommendation!  I think GuideCX is a great value for the cost and helps us stay on top of our projects, connected with our customers and provide best in class onboarding services.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Some of the features could be more user friendly, allowing for bulk edits/changes - such as bulk delete of pending projects.  I am excited to see how some of the new features work, as those would resolve other areas of improvement that my team has identified.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX is an excellent tool for us to map the client onboarding process, assign accountability to tasks and track and manage our time from contract signature to revenue.  It provides a seamless way to track the project, communicate with stakeholders and document decisions made during the process.

I love how the GuideCX platform is frictionless for my customers to use. I am especially grateful for the GuideCX support team! Every interaction I needed with Support has been met with the utmost professionalism and just the information required to resolve my question quickly.

I would like to continue to see more functionality built out with our CRM <> GuideCX to further streamline our experience.

This has provided a better overview of what action items our customer can expect during onboarding. This also had provided a more streamlined way for me to communicate with my customers and consolidate my notes on a single project. This makes it much easier for my teammates to step in and support me if I go out of office because everything is logged in GuideCX.

GUIDEcx helps our team efficiently coordinate resources and activities to complete projects within time and budget constraints.

GUIDEcx provides a structured way to manage project timelines, resources, and risks, maximizes efficiency, and helps to deliver successful project outcomes. 

We have been customers of GUIDEcx from the beginning and we have come to rely on it to manage all of our customer projects to completion. Even with the massive growth we have experienced and continue to experience, GUIDEcx project management system has kept up with the demand and becomes more and more valuable to us.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

We do not see a downside of GUIDEcx. In fact, if anything, there are only upsides as they continue to improve and add to their already invaluable features.

GUIDEcx allows us to:

1. Gain a clear understanding of project scope and goals, which is essential to establishing a clear framework for successful project completion.

3. Create timelines and deadlines: We’re able to establish timelines and deadlines for each milestone in the project, which helps to keep team members accountable and ensure timely completion of tasks.

It makes project management simple. The templates are very useful. The ability to share the project across platforms and with any user. Makes it incredibly powerful

It needs to improve on tools that make it easier to do repetitive tasks. Like bulk edits, easier ways to change flows. There are difficult to mange all the dependencies.

It makes it eaiser to manage projects that are cross organizations. It gives insight into status of the projects. Anyone can go in and know exactly what stage the project is at.

The templates in GCX are very helpful because you customize by product or business unit and it allows you to create a project very quickly.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The integration with Jira has been rough and is not fully complete which makes it hard to have all of our employees able to use GCX since we rely on that integration.  Hamani has been very responsive and is working to finalize this integration.

standardizing our deployment process, transparency across projects and customer communication, and insights into time to value that we can use as benchmarks.

GUIDEcx has continued to be a powerful tool that is an integral part of our onboarding process. GUIDEcx not only has helped us drive down our total implementation duration, it also helps keep our end-users on track, knowing where they are at any given time during their project. They have recently released some updated timeline views which are a lot cleaner and easier to see what has been done and what is left to do.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

N/A it's been a great tool. We are looking forward to future enhanments around using GUIDEcx across our partner channels to help with onboadring their direct users.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx helps us track our onboarding duration and the amount of time we spend on projects. This helps us with workload availability and assignments. They have really enhanced their reporting capabilities over the past few years, helping us have better insight into what's working and what can be improved with our processes.

There are some bulk update functions I would like to see.

It allows us to have a easy system to track product implementation. We also have custom reports that allow us to see actual time taken on tasks. When a task is closed then reopened we can see what the actual time spent was

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It has multiple views and ways to track and manage tasks and at the same time it's a great tool for communication as it can completely replace other tools such as Outlook. It has some great reporting and the ability to build custom reports.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Just a minor thing but I thing but would be good to be able to preview what the client will see and show them while explaining about the tasks.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps guide clients through onboarding tasks and stages but aslo serve as a communication platform avoidind the need to use email. It also provides useful insight to the business on the duration of the onboarding and the total number of hours invested.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDECX is a straightforward tool to use and helps with our onboarding process for client projects. It saves a lot of time on my end to create a project plan for each workstream and provides a great user experience for our clients. The tool is user-friendly internally and externally with our clients and is a great way to exchange material/documents and communicate within one platform. The ability to create templates and access to clone and modify saves our team time to concentrate on other priorities.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I haven't encountered anything that I dislike. Still new to the onboarding phase, but overall, everything is working as intended (no issues).

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining our onboarding process and increasing team capacity by automating tasks. Providing full transparency to our clients for an outlined project plan and easy access to communicate and send messages.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Getting my implementation specialists out of their emails and automating tasks that our customers are able to complete without the need for an email or call. The implementation of this product was easy enough that we self-served and launched in 30 days. Shout out to our Account Manager Mark Lees for helping us get setup in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Emails stack up depending on the email client that your organization uses.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers always know what the next step in the onboarding process is. We used to send weekly checklists to our clientele and now those portions are completely automated. Templates can be set up for every scenario, from VIP specific to different brands. Each customer gets an experience that is tailored toward them.

My implementation specialists are no longer working out of their emails. It's quick to @mention a fellow team member, or a customer and let them know what's next in the process.

We're fine-tuning our onboarding process by addressing bottlenecks identified by GuideCX

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It is a great place to share meeting agendas and notes, it means they are all in one place and our customers do not even have to log in to receive them.
This makes it much easier to see the progress over time.
I also really like being able to share a high level overview with stakeholders, where they are able to quickly and easily see the progress of a project as well as where it is going in the future.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I find changing a role from one person to another very clunky, as it often ends up with several people in the same role, and then having to remove people is clunky.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility on projects as well as a clear check list on what is left to do. I also use it to share meeting agendas and summaries as it provides an easy to read set of agendas and summaries over time.

The way each task can have notes and individual statuses assigned to it makes the interactions and tracking of each project item simple, especially with the ability to view all project-wide and task-specific notes in a single place.

The ability to view the project as a Gaant chart is also great for providing a quick overview of all tasks and the pace of the project.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Sometimes tasks will ask you if you want to leave without saving, even if you have saved which can lead to slight confusion in new users.

The lack of customizability in the font sizes is also a slight downside

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX provides a simple solution to planning client onboarding projects. By having the ability to construct detailed project plans, we are able to show the client the exact steps which will be required of both us and them to ensure they are successful by using our product. We can use the project to highlight key tasks and assign them to the relevant stakeholders.

By GuideCX sending emails on upcoming and completed tasks, as well as whenever a project team member is tagged, it is simple to see the pace of the project and ensure that momentum is maintained even in complex cases.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The automation it provides to the onboarding process! We have a fairly extensive onboarding, and being able to track each piece from the client side to the internal tasks for each team member is great.  I am also impressed with the updates the engineering team has continually put out. There were a few missing items when we started, but they have all been corrected through a new feature that was added.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are group tasks that were added which is great for adding multiple team members to tasks which is almost always needed, but it would be nice to add CCs to individual tasks without the need to change to group. The CCs are usually just managers monitoring progress and want to be in the loop with their onboarding but need no actions of any sort.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating and tracking the onboarding process from the client and internal side. This allows consistent communication with clients and ensures no steps get missed. Whether internal or client-facing, guide CX maintains accountability for each user. Utilizing Guide CX for our onboarding team has increased onboarding rates and ensured our clients remain happy at the most critical time of their life cycle with us.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The customer-facing dashboard is simple and easy to understand in the most positive way.  Too often, tech becomes overly cluttered and complicated to access.  Our customers love it.  Very easy to consume project status and what is expected of them to complete.

Secondly, I specifically looked for a solution that had the ability to push changes in templates to live projects.  This feature did not exist in MS Project or Smartsheets when I last checked.  Super important if you are practicing Kanban and trying to drive out waste in your onboarding process.  

Third, this is a very easy tool to learn, so my ramp-up time for new project managers is super fast.  Very little of my time is spent teaching GCx, as it is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Last year there were a few times when the network experienced some latency.  This hasn't occurred for several months, so it is since been corrected.  Of note, this was only for a few hours on a few occasions.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GCx solves the problem of quickly iterating toward a better and better onboarding process.  I can quickly change templates and get useful real-time reporting like 5 Longest Duration Tasks, allowing me to drill down and eliminate waste.  Secondly, I want minimal onboarding time for my project managers using GCx; this is the best tool.  MS Projects and Smartsheets is too hard to learn and master compared to GCx.

GuideCX has been a great asset to our customer onboarding, allowing us to streamline our processes and creating more capacity for our team as we scale. We find the tool to be user-friendly both internally and with our clients, and we also really value the flexibility of our customers interacting solely via email while keeping central information housed within the platform. As an admin, the reporting and insights the tool provides are valuable to ensure we understand what is delayed or at risk and highlight opportunities to optimize our processes.

As we have continued to evolve our processes for different onboarding experiences (product types, client types, launch tasks), being able to recreate and adapt templates easily within the tool has made this process seamless and keeps our team organized and on track with very little overhead needed. The GuideCX team is also awesome; their attentiveness, responsiveness, and enthusiasm made ramping up into the tool and beyond a great experience.

The one area we'd love to see improvement in is a better system for managing tasks beyond a launch/go-live. The tool is built to manage the onboarding process, but we have some post-onboarding follow ups that would be great to be able to manage within the tool as well - but the GuideCX product team is exploring solutions here.

Easy to use.  Didn't require much training.  Our Customers embraced it.  Intuitive.  Recent enhancements allow us to be very flexible when project plans change.  Super responsive Customer Support. Recent enhancements to reporting & time keeping help make it a valuable tool for tracking our implementation & onboarding projects.  So much so, we're beginning to use it for tracking hours from our Customer Success/Account Management team.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Third-party feature is a bit cumbersome.  However, I'm seeing as the platform matures, their Product team is making incremental improvements.  I'd love to see the text fields in the task descriptions & notes have a better WYSIWYG editor.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

GuideCX is not a complex tool.  However that doesn't mean you're getting something subpar.  It provides you with a great foundation to rollout to a team, large or small, and promote consistency across all onboarding projects.

We needed to create easily scalable, repeatable implementation project plans that can be managed by a lean team.  The ability to create templates is helpful.  We also found the ability to use GuideCX as the central repository for all meeting notes which is accessible to the client is helpful.  It prevented endless back & forth emails as well as maintaining a separate spreadsheet or project plan.

I can create my own flow for each of my projects, create and save templates, see tons of reporting and analytics,  and they are always coming out with new features and cool updates. They are so great to work with and have excellent customer service; I can always reach out to them if I have any questions and they are so quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wish there was a deeper integration with Hubspot and some of the things we could automate between the two, like creating workflows that would trigger tasks/completions on both sides.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new clients on our ecommerce platform. There are so many steps involved, and we wanted our customers to have visibility and be reminded of the things they needed to complete throughout their onboarding. GuideCX will send email reminders of open "tasks" that need to be done and customers can mark them as "done" or "working on it", etc. customers also have visibility on the entire project and can see where they are at and what else needs to be completed by them and us to finish.

Intuitive layout for setting up a template. 
1:1 meetings with a trainer to make sure our template is set up correctly. And we can email via GuideCX if we have questions between meetings. 
An integration specialist making sure we have everything we need to connect Hubspot has been great, too. 
We're excited to get started and use the analytics baked-in to GuideCX to refine our processes.
Update 2/27/23: the ability to create custom reports is a real PLUS. I worked with Alma to create reports directly from the database that I can then access via the GuideCX app and also schedule to send on a regular basis!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

None so far. We're still onboarding but overall everything is workings as intended. I'd like forms to be baked-in to GuideCX but I know that's coming and the roadmap we can see in GuideCX is helpful.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding clients of all sizes and experiences in a correct amount of time. We don't know how long each client type should take and GuideCX will help us uncover that while also making sure we're hitting our marks on getting clients launched on our software. This will help us better forecast our revenue and throughput in onboarding.

The software has transformed the way we track our customer implementations.  Not only does it keep us on task, but it gives full transparency to our customers and helps them stay on task.  The software is easy to use and a powerful tool for implementation managers.  We are confident our retention is higher due to the excellent customer experience.

Honestly, there is not one thing I dislike about this product.  The GuideCX team has been so good to work with and they continue to enhance their product to meet our needs.

I cannot recommend Beynd enough for how they have helped us streamline our implementation process.  We work with a lot of implementations at one time and this has really helped us save time which saves money.

Streamlined our implementation process.  It made it much easier to communicate with our customers, and I love that it auto-communicates, saving us a ton of time!  This will allow us to bring on additional implementation specialists without having to do months of training to get fully up and implementing our product.  We are a fast-paced, growing company, and the ability to onboard more customers without additional staff is critical; GuideCX allows us to do just that.

GuideCX has made it easy to keep everyone accountable in the onboarding process. Clients have better visibility into what is required of them, what to expect of us, and the timelines associated with their onboarding. The tool has reduced the strain on our project managers as everyone (internal & external) has insight into where projects are at without the need for manual updates.

GuideCX is still a startup, so sometimes support and/or product development can be a little iffy. It is great that there is a personal touch in everything they do, and I am confident they will be able to grow beyond their current limitations, but it can be a bit frustrating when some seemingly basic tools/functions/features have to be added in as a feature request that may or may not be addressed.

GuideCX is helping us gain accountability in our onboarding process. We had a fairly streamlined process built out prior to implementing Guide, but our biggest hurdle was client engagement. Guide CX reminds them, updates me and keeps the project on track autonomously. I love the new status change reasons. If a project runs late or is canceled, I can quickly explain the cause from my reports.

I am using the Planned End as the Project end date, but I want to have a separate column for Go Live Date. Our Go-live date does not equal our end date so it would be good to see both but as far as I know, there is no way to add a column on the main dashboard page.

Visivility internally and externally (client). Since using GCX, are projects are consistanly closed on-time without missed steps, etc.

The ability to standardize the onboarding experience for a global team that is growing. It allows us to have a templated onboarding across our different onboarding packages. New team members ramp up quicker, and existing team members have more automation to keep them on track. With the entire globe using the tool to onboard, reporting is unlocked and we can manage the business much better.

Customer engagement with the tool has been challenging given our customer base is SMB - in some cases they are not used to implementing software and want the least amount of involvement in their project.

We use GUIDEcx for tracking the onboarding process for our SaaS customers.  Onboarding our customers is very custom and GUIDEcx offers a lot of flexibility in setting up tasks for tracking our projects.  The customer service is top notch!! They are super quick to respond to questions I have through the chat feature or through email. It is very transparent that they are moving quickly to offer new features.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Given our projects are very custom, there are some features we would like to have more flexibility (dashboard view for example).  However, we do know many of our requests are on the product roadmap so looking forward to these updates!

We did not have a way to track which tasks of a project were outstanding.  Also, there has been some ability to scale some of the communication to our customers.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love the ability to involve several different users within a project. From customers, internal users, and those keeping an eye on the project - All can be involved!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wish that customers had the ability to assign tasks to their colleagues. As an administrator, I have to make those changes. That is the only item I can even think of because it is such a great tool.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping our onboarding projects in order and efficiently getting our clients through our setup process.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX is intuitive and visually pleasing for clients to use. The integrations with email inboxes as well as Jira benefit both client teams and internal teams. Lastly, the template makes it easy to instate a project for my PMO team, and benchmark the success of our processes.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The API integrations seem to still be in development stages-- Jira specifically has impacted my team. However, I know that continuous improvement GuideCX prides themselves in will take us to the functionality we are after. This product has grown leaps and bounds from the year we've utilized it! Great work, Dev team.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the onboarding process in an engaging way. This tool helps keep my team informed (less of a manual process for my team 👏), and connects our clients to the end goal. This software has changed the game for my team and me.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The things I like the most about GuideCX are templates, tags, and viewing all tasks in a single space. Viewing all tasks through different filters helps me manage my projects without stepping on toes.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The dependencies can be a little reductive sometimes. I find myself removing dependencies to remove restrictions on start dates. If I could have dependencies fire emails without directly affecting start dates, that would be helpful.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX gives us an aggregate view of all of our projects. This view is helpful for us to project outward and stay organized. It also helps us report our project completion metrics to our investors. Once we get more data in GuideCX, I can see it helping us refine our processes to become more efficient.

I appreciate how thorough it is, and how many options we have to keep track of our ongoing projects.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The card view imposes a really heavy cognitive load. That is my preferred view (I have also tried table & Gantt). If you could make your card view look more like Trello where the cards are expanded and there are fewer to see at a time, it would look less cluttered and overwhelming.

Staying on top of our projects.

Another option is one of my favorite ways to view tasks. Within the “Tasks” view on the far left hand side navigation. From there you can set up filters so it only shows exactly the tasks you want to see, and then set those filters as your default daily view. If you bookmark that page you have a consolidated list each time you navigate to GUIDEcx!

It's super helpful when it comes to managing projects big or small. I'm also a big fan of how easy to use and intuitive the platform is.

It is still a bit buggy.

The lack of functionality to bulk delete milestones.

It helps us unify our client experience and is super helpful for the project managers on our side helping us be more productive and worry less about things that might have been left undone. With GuideCX, it's hard to miss anything.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

A user-friendly tool with a support team that provides excellent support right at the time of need.  Easy to navigate and requests for improvement are taken seriously with visibility to the development roadmap. The ability to have external communications and project visibility was the reason for selecting this tool.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Templates are great but can't control predecessors and task timing to the level desired.  i.e. every task starts on the due date of a dependency.  There is a lot of adjusting of dates once a template is put into a project.  The only way to indicate project status is by tags; a project can still be on target but need to call out that it is red/at risk due to other factors.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issues with notes (when editing, you cannot move away from field or you will lose your notes).  If you put your agenda in and edit during a meeting and then go to another screen, another area within GuideCX, you lose everything if you forget to submit.  Too many notes lost that way. 

Issues with copying and pasting from Microsoft products - Outlook, Teams or OneNote - it adds spaces in the text after so many characters.  Not all updates are coming into the tool and having the ability to paste an email or something shared in chat is crucial.  You can paste text only into another tool and then paste that into GuideCX and no issues, but you lose formatting. So you are editing out spaces or formatting; either way, you are editing something.
