GuideCX is a huge upgrade to our entire CS team after having used various different solutions. GuideCX truly has no competition in this arena. The ability to pair with Salesforce is invaluable, and we are currently building out more use cases for the Pre-Sales and other value adds throughout the customer journey. The platform itself is intuitive for Contributors, and as an Admin I find the lift to learn to run the tool is also completely in line with the success and output it provides. I don't mind a steeper learning curve when I'm getting this much value!
Our Implementation (as handled by GuideCX and within GuideCX) was simple, straight forward, and any time I have questions anyone is happy to help! I have recieved help through their community group, my CSM, my AE, the in-app Chat... really I have no regrets! My only wish was I wish this had happened sooner. We did not allow for enough change management time, but that's not on GUIDEcx. Honestly the hardest part has been getting teams to learn to relax and let the tool help them! We are so used to being manual that letting go of the wheel is a bit scary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
