Don't love GuideCX **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2022 **What do you like best about GUIDEcx?** I don't care for guide CX at all. I am the manager of an onboarding team, and we use it daily, but I haven't seen a single product enhancement in over 2-3 years. **What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?** It's difficult to assign tasks to more than one user; there is no way to alert clients you aren't at your desk or set up an auto-reply, there is no easy way to reply to a client with a macro, it's difficult to update the plans or reassign the tasks within a project. Again, we have been heavy daily users for years, and I have not seen a single enhancement to the product besides the color changes. **What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gives us a place to send our clients to watch training videos, but we already have that baked into our product. This isn't a replacement for a project management tool, though. We use it to communicate with our clients, but they always fall back to emailing directly since we are not alerted when client posts in the project note unless they @, mention us. So we have to monitor our email and the project in Guide CX, which isn't making Guide CX "sticky" for us. We've added a dedicated customer portal, a no-login experience, added 9 new reporting dashboards, the ability to schedule reporting delivery, manage time tracking, balance the workload of each team member, view the health and progress of all projects related to one customer, integrate with several additional platforms, create custom merge tags for your task instructions, develop custom fields for your projects, preview email invites before they are sent, include roles for your internal team members, task groups, CSAT surveys, bulk editing, dynamic forecasted end dates for all projects, milestones and tasks, and more).
