**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like the way you can track your project and add notes and the amount of time spent.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Moving between different advisors or seeing who owns the process is cumbersome.  I am not excited about the new vertical layout, it is very hard to read and find the "open" task.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides updates both internally and to the advisor of what tasks are due and what needs to be worked on to fulfill their required timeline, still great feature

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX has a very hands-on approach to its software, customer success and implementation.  This has been apparent since the beginning of the Sales cycle and has continued through the implementation and use of the software. We had a very unique use case the caused some confusion but the team was accessible and helpful through out. As our needs have shifted over the last few months that have been proactively looking for ways to help meet our changing needs.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Overall the software is great. My biggest complaint is time to load and some of the flexibility of the date dependencies could be better, additionally, I would love to see project delays/missed deadlines to be a more easily reportable field

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By being able to project and track the progress of our various projects and convey that back to customers we have been able to dramatically improve our efficiency and PM skills.

It keeps my projects organized so that my clients and I can all see the progress. Easy to use, clean and efficient interface. 

I love the transparency and i know my clients appreciate it as well. Recent updates to the system have made things even easier to use. I love it!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I really haven't found anything I dislike. They've thought of everything!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing is that everyone involved with the project has access to see exactly what is going on. We are more productive because everything is kept in one place. We don't have chase information down or request access to spreadsheets. It's all in one place that everyone can see.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

You can create all your customers and see where they are all at once.  And check tasks off, or have the customer check it off.  I love how you can add customers to it and assign them tasks.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Sometimes, if a customer has not made progress for a while would like to see how long it has been since they last made a change to it.  That seemed a little buggy to me.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was solved for us the ability to have customers see where they are in the implementation.  And help us keep track of it as well, so we could follow up if they weren't making progress.

Unlike other platforms I have used in the past, GuideCX will auto update all task assignment dates as you move through the project.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The task dependencies can make manually changing key dates inside of the project challenging.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GiudeCX allows us to build project teams that can access all project tasks and deadlines to see exactly where we are in each project.

Setting implementation guidelines per call and per implementation and the ability to make quick changes to the product based on products a customer has purchased and is needing implementation for.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The ability to assign clients to tasks is hugely helpful in keeping a project moving along. They can see in real-time where the project is, the status, and if it is overdue. This allows all party members to take responsibility if something is delayed.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It would be great to reassign tasks to team members who are OOO, cause right now it just pauses - or to have the capability to push dates based on the days they will be away.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The misconnect between communication of when items are ready for review. Because what we do requires a lot of client input, it's vital that we know what step of the process they are on and to keep them updated and with email, you just lose it.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The overall premise of GuideCX. Customer engagement and visibility.  The data will be impactful as well in the reporting feature as we continue to evolve our template.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The small font in the notes. I would like the font to be a bit larger or use the sizing that gmail has (small, normal, large).  Other than that there is not much to truly dislike about the plaftform.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarity, transparency, and engagement in the onboarding process.  The organizational aspect of the platform is key as well since we manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Lastly, the knowledge transfer (instructions) for tasks with newer users to better understand our onboarding process.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX is an excellent system for keeping track of multiple projects. Not only does it help the customer know what tasks they need to complete, but allows me to hold myself accountable for project related tasks. It is also a fantastic way to track hours and let customers see how many hours remain on their projects!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are no real downfalls to using GuideCX. The team is always open to any feedback for enhancements.

GuideCX is allowing us the ability to track hours purchased vs hour consumed on a customer by customer / project by project basis. Also allows us to assess workload for our team.

The reporting insights are a game changer. The task grouping and checklists help consolidate things and streamline work.  I love that it is internal and externally facing.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

i would like to see more original planned end date versus actual planned end date based on external resource agreement. The forecast end date isn't really accurate for me for reporting because things don't always follow the set durations externally.

Onboarding reporting to leadership and repeatable process design. The templates are incredibly helpful to segment and group similar projects.   These templates have allowed us to launch some customers without human intervention at all! We love the automation.

Task-oriented view on the project details has helped my team to understand the process and also helped me train new hires.

Project details need to be visible to internal team to understand what are the specifications of the campaign.

Staying organised with each clients needs and tasks and reduce the turnaround time on basic tasks has helped me alot. This feature is amazing!

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

We are just in the implementation process with Guide CX at the company where I work; however, it seems easy to implement a process encompassing multiple steps across many different departments. There is a lot of information we require from our customers, and i am eager to be able to hold them accountable to timelines as well.

With further use with this product know, with the support of guide cx itself we have made changes to how it works to better our company which has been a great help. While our customers still need to be more engaged, it is helping the internal team stay on track.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I am hoping this provides some accountability to our customers as a large portion of our process in Tech is being provided information from their Local network. Worried that maybe only 1 email reminder would not suffice to get the information we need within the timeframe we have indicated.

One thing that I do feel needs to be addressed is the amount of emails a watcher or project manager gets. I have adjusted my notifications setting, and while i understand the need to know where a project is at, getting 10 emails everytime i assign something is bogging down my inbox.

Keeping our internal team and customers accountable for their pieces of a large scale project.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I took some time to attend webinars, worked with the support desk, and had a great call with a rep at Guide CX to help us optimize our onboarding setup. Overall, I see tons of potential to make our process automated and easier for the various client personas we work with. Our team is small but mighty -- having completed almost 500 onboarding in 2022 -- so I am looking forward to the new feature updates that will take us to the next level in 2023.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

At this point, there isn't anything that I dislike. If anything, I wish I knew how to optimize Guide CX sooner so I could use this tool for adjacent teams. But looking forward to 2023 and updating my onboarding process with everything new that I have learned in the last few months.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many products being offered at our company after a recent acquisition. Some of the onboarding teams use other tools, which naturally confuses clients who purchase a multi-product deal. With Guide CX, we can set up different templates for different products and even multi-product deals, making the client's experience much better.
We look forward to integration with our Salesforce org to automate the process from the initial order being closed, creating the project for the client, and getting them started sooner.

Automations of project tasks, assignments and a client facing dashboard to show progress on tasks and deadlines.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Once something is set up and being worked, it can be a challenge to modify a workflow.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a complex onboarding process involving my implementation team, sometimes our engineering team, the client and 3rd party vendors. The ability to set up templates and automations for each type of onboarding allowed us to speed up implementation for clients and easily report on progress.

Once you understand all the platform's features, it becomes very intuitive. The templatized approach cuts down on time while retaining flexibility for adjustments. The company continues to add helpful features that benefit both users and customers.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Not much to dislike - at first, it can feel a bit "busy" - but once you're familiar with the layout, it's easy to read and find what you need.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining complex onboarding for large customers. It's saving us time & money; we don't need multiple tools, and we don't have to explain the UI to our customers.

Great project planning and template options that encourage engagement from all stakeholders. Efficient and transparent communication options with users and thoughtful and practical reporting straight out of the box with more BI options available. Some great new training, open office hours and and webinar resources being created.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Not much to dislike at all. It would be great to make the table columns editable to customize them a little bit more to our needs.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The level of detail the tool provides is above and beyond. Our clients, internal team, and third-party vendors have full transparency, accountability and are constantly informed. It combines process, schedule, timeline, product manuals, communication, and documentation into one. I have been a PM for ten years, and never have I experienced something that was *actually* a one-stop-shop turnkey solution. The training materials, onboarding process, and support staff consistently exceed my expectations. Whenever I have a question, I chat with support, and they have an answer within moments. I love the iterative nature of the platform, where feedback is taken from users and implemented.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The only missing piece from this platform is a view where I can see a schedule view that simply lists the task, assignee, dependency, and date in a top to bottom manner. The robust documentation is there, but if I wanted to view in one snapshot, the life of the schedule with dependencies, assignments and dates, that isn't available today. Similar to the project view in Smartsheets for lack of a better example or if my description is unclear.

We are solving for onboarding multiple financial institutions to our core products. This has endless benefits including client transparency, clear process documentation and a roadmap for what to expect throughout the life of their onboarding with us. The onboarding process with GuideCX was amazing and very thoughtful to ensure I understood the product and how to best use it. GuideCX has allowed us to standardize our onboarding process. Before we started using it, every CSM had their own way of onboarding customers. Another benefit is that the customers can see exactly what they need to do. We have a complex software that is never fully set up because there is always more to improve. Our customers can easily get distracted by things that aren't necessary or will not get them closer to the goal of getting value. GuideCX allows us to have a simple plan that we show to our customers. If they have other things they want to do, then we can add it to the end of the project and then get them back on track with the most important activities. 

In short, our team is more effective and our customers get value from our software more quickly.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

No much at the moment. It covers our needs and allows us to improve our systems as we go. We now have about 5 standard templates for different onboarding situations.

Speed to onboard is critical for us. If our customers don't onboard quickly then they get distracted and never end up getting value from our software. That is where churn comes from even though you may not see the churn for months down the road.

As a person who likes to have everything organized and defined for the success of a project, this product is the product for me. Our organization used to have so many process descriptions and tracking mechanisms in multiple tools and so when we were told we were going with GuideCX, I immediately took the reigns. Configuring the product was incredibly easy and the support I received was amazing. This has made my job so much more about quality of experience rather than scrambling to write emails or figuring out what is on a checklist for a task...it's all there for me in the tool. Highly recommend!

Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike. I have submitting some "nice to have" items but overall, the product does exactly what I would expect from this type of tool.

The system is very easy to use.  We have multiple templates setup for our different project types, which makes creating a new project quick & easy!  We also include our clients and our 3rd parties in each project, assigning certain tasks to each.  We've heard from several clients how much they like the tool - it gives them access to see what is being worked on and when they can expect their project to be completed.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

We have several project templates set up (maybe too many); if a task needs to be changed and that task is in most templates, you have to go into each one to update it.  This is fairly minor, considering all the functionality and time-savings we get by using the system.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many projects going on at the same time.  Each of those projects includes 2-3 internal people, the client, and at least one  3rd party, and not everyone is in the same time zone.  This tool allows everyone involved to know what step each project is on, holds the person assigned to the task accountable with due dates, and less time is wasted because of time zone delays.

The best part of Guidecx is its ability to keep a project on task without having a meeting. The ability for all parties to see progress and communications is a next-level way to collaborate on a common goal.

Sometimes the target dates could be more dynamic and adjust in real-time to the process. It still works well but could be even better. I think some self-serve videos for others would be helpful as well.

I like how it's very user-friendly for our customers. I can definitely see that GuideCX is a platform that was built with customer engagement in mind.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX has been evolving a lot which is great,  but with every new enhancements we experience disruption to the core features. Also there are minor changes that are made without prior communication so there has been instances where a button we use would disappear or a feature would change in how it works, etc. Better regression testing and QA is highly suggested to ensure that customer experience isn't interrupted with the core foundational features intact and up and all times.

Also the reporting can be better in my opinion. The fact that we can't readily just create our own reports the way we need it gets frustrating. Dashboards are nice but the reporting capability is very limited for those who prefer to create their own reports.

That you are not able to download the notes of a task.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX excels as an intuitive interface and has seamless collaboration features. It empowers me to Manage customer Onboarding and Project Management. Customizing, tracking the project, and communicating in real-time is easy.

At times the it is slow when updating and commenting on tasks.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this time, there is nothing broken; the software is sometimes slow to update notes. This takes seconds; every message or comment adds up in time.

The ability to keep project all in one place and allow visibility into these projects on the client side

It takes a bit of time to get used to the platform and understand all of its capabilities

Clients not know what to do and when to complete these tasks.  As a project manager, I dont have to continue to remind them every step of the way

The connectivity for the client. Bot creation is a valuable method to communicate to the users.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The form creation could be more versatile. Also, when searching for a client site in the drop-down, there is no search and it's not alphabetically listed.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has created a method of  communication for hospitals to contact patients for information or to remind them of upcoming appointments.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love being able to see where every project is and incorporating the tasks for the employees. It helps make sure the project is moving forward correctly! I also like being able to communicate over the notes section

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wouldn't say I like the attachments. I feel it would benefit if we could create folders within the attachments section so they can be easily organized. Right now, I can have between 3-6 pages of attachments, and to find what I need, I spend a lot of time scrolling through the pages. Very disorganized and leaves room for errors.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are trying to solve the phone app. That needs to be significantly improved, and we do need to be able to upload attachments and see attachments in the field for our business.

Good news on the mobile app! Today you can upload attachments with the mobile app and soon you will be able to download them too. Keep your eyes out for a big mobile app update before the end of the year. Additionally, someone from our team will be reaching out to you to coordinate a meeting with our Product team to discuss attachments in more detail (i.e. attachment management, folders, etc.).
