A helpful tool to easily manage multiple projects within a professional services organization. Managing large and small projects with one tool.. Creating templates that can be re-used and are simple to use.

**Official Response from Harris Clarke:**

> Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear GuideCX has been intuitive and user friendly for you to manage multiple projects.

We're also happy to hear your feedback on time tracking. Our time tracking offering is close to finishing its beta program and based on your feedback, you will love the next update. Among many other things, you'll see hours tied to each task roll up, categorize the time you've spent on each task and even allow multiple people to track time against a single task.

Thanks again!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Customization with integrations could be better

I like the engagement of all the GuideCX team, they are always willing to help, even if it's for a question or something else.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Sometimes there are some issues with the tool, but GuideCX team hear our feedback and they try to solve the issue ASAP, no matter what it is they just need clear examples and they take a look at every single issue.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we are solving is the time on live projects, we are improving the time we can close a project and mark it as live and it's because all the stakeholders can interact with the tool and get the information when needed

Template for different types of onboarding, easy to update or change based on customer feedback, visability.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Customers have to register. It only takes 60 seconds, but these days, no one needs another username and password. I heard that requirement would be going away very soon! I would also like other team members (customer) not assigned to a task to have the ability to change status, close or reassign the task.

Streamline onboarding during scale— successfully launch customers with a great expereice.

  ### 9. An excellent tool for tracking milestones and project management.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabella G. | Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX is a very helpful application in promoting the business up to a new level by its strong and powerful milestone tracking capabilities. The tool is a very good indicator to control the budget as well as the promotion ratio. However, I can make my project’s detail with very solid strategies and ideas to implement on a different platform. We can launch our project with a big bang because of its sound and preferable customized applications and ideal management to control the production with excellent skills. The software help to sort out the working hours and employee's ability for doing the specified work.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

This application is not that successful in attracting the clients to the page and for this issue, there should be some keys and attractive packages to upgrade the software. There should be complete guidelines before installing this application and to understand its features.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX is proving to be a successful tool for making our products better within days. This application is very beneficial in tracking the millstones with solid and sound strategies. The ideas and details provided by this application are excellent to apply in project detail and this tool helps to maintain the production even with a better approach. We are using this tool for many years and I can say proudly this application has increased our clients and promotions with amazingly different ideas. So, this is a powerful application with all enhanced features.

  ### 10. Automatic response processes start with guide cx.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Its interface solutions, the scheme of working presentations of communicative networks of independent commerce, measurement increases of remote equipment management, higher performances accessibility of intuitive collaborations, a perfectly fast interface, a naturally balanced page design, optimized tools manipulation techniques, orientation creations of customer contact information transfers, segmentation of formations of communicative profiles of massive campaign production, is established with guide cx.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

In the guide cx system, an erroneous definition of maximization of user documentation comprehension could be observed, where this platform presents a failure of technical approach of native origin of the cloud, since its operation of direct consultation of information tends to be erroneous due to its loss of effective control of scalable independent commerce regulations, so its sales management has decreased considerably by regulating its information scope in a wrong way.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

approach as guide cx, can directly train the administrations of contact asset management for the development of campaigns, data sharing schemes, grouping of financial resources, business marketing assistance, internal chat follow-ups, production scheduling management of surveys of collective user participation, scalable remote support applications, automation of personalized notifications, are treated with this indicator of corporate relationship processing.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extraordinary product trading campaigns have been developed, in which their management of commercial values, the complete operability of their active project management and the improvement system of qualified communication, quality of opportunity approach of future projections, measurements of support of analytical loads, statistics simple conformation of intuitive trade, advertising arrangements through direct e-mail, composite views of financial automation of products, are found with this power of analytical force of communication and business sales.

  ### 11. Much Better On-boarding experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Implementing Guidecx has been a major game-changer for our company and also our new partners. Our internal team can see exactly what a new partner has completed in one screen. Also, the partner knows what he/she has completed so far and what tasks lie ahead. I even show Guidecx during my sales process to show the prospect of how detailed our on-boarding process will be.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I think Guidecx really nailed their product. It's very easy to navigate. Very easy to set up. Visually is very appealing. We have been using this product over a year and we love it!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we acquired a new partner, we could explain what our onboarding process consisted of, but never had anything very detailed to show them. Now we can show prospects and partners exactly what needs to be accomplished and a time associated with each task. We have received a ton of compliments in regards to how detailed our on-boarding process is and a lot has to do with adding Guidecx.

  ### 12. Excellent customer Service and user friendly system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It helps me stay organized with all my projects, I love how I can add tasks on the go and track extra hours that are required for a project.

I appreciate the fact that every time I have a question I can just put it in the chat and get a friendly and fast response. The team is amazing!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Changing from parallel to subsequential once the project is created would be nice :)

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simply keeps me sane! Being able to see where the project is, having a place to keep notes and attachments in one place is a piece of mind.

  ### 13. Helps bridge the gap with project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashton B. | Director of Implementation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Guidecx has some very intuitive project flows with tasks that are dependent upon other tasks. And if a task has a dependency, it does not assign to you until the dependent one is complete - this is huge for us. Their Global Task view also is a game changer, allowing us to focus in on a group of tasks.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Guidecx can be a bit busy in the UI at times.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX is helping us with our onboarding efficiency and is one of the reasons we've been able to launch more clients year of year.

  ### 14. Streamlined and Organized Our Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane H. | Actor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I really love the view the customer has. It allows them to easily see what they have done, and what is due next. It also allows us to very specifically pinpoint where our customer is in the process. Before GuideCX, we were using a Google Drive, which got the job done well enough, but it did not provide us any insight into where the customer was in their onboarding process, or what they needed assistance with. The "Stuck" feature in GuideCX has been of major benefit to us, as it allows us to immediately reach out to clients who are in need.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wish multiple people could work on one task. I understand the idea that this could cause accountability or efficiency errors, but it would be nice to provide the option.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

We provided our customers with a customized walk-through video to show them what the process would look like before they got started, and it worked really well for us! They were able to get a preview of what their onboarding would be like, and we got a lot of positive feedback for it. The Support team at GuideCX also does a really great job of listening to users, so definitely reach out to them any time you need assistance; they always respond within the hour.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to severely decrease our clients' Time to First Value by pushing them through the pipeline in a very organized, efficient manner.

  ### 15. Organized and Automated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joslyn T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The best part is that you Guide CX can send automated emails and tasks that can be assigned to anyone. I also like how you can personalize it by adding tags, customizing the project info and formatting.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wish that you could sort by tag. Ex: Select all of the tags you want to see and then sort your project view. I also wish that all notes (on any card) would transfer over to the notes sections so that you could view them all in one place and not have to click on each card.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Understand your goal of switching to GuideCX - what are you trying to acomplish or what could you not do with your previous software? Put yourself in the cutomers' shoes and immagine what they will receive from GuideCX with your automated emails and follow up. Anything that you do not need to do - see if there is a way for Guide CX to automate the process.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With GuideCX we are able to automate client follow up and reminders. This enables our on-boarding team to be more efficient with our time and spend more time on what really matters like helping our clients.

  ### 16. Near Perfect and it's Getting Better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donnie K. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Simplicity. This product just works. It is a perfect take on modern project management. It reduces the amount of time we spend on every project plan creation making us not only more efficient but standardizing our PM relationship with our customers. Instead of cutting corners to make projects work, we're focusing time on producing and upgrading our project templates. After a lessons learned we can go back to our template to make adjustments that ensure we won't run into those issues again.

Now that our templates are in better shape, we're working on the customer experience for these projects. Automated communications with the project kickoff and each task.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It makes me do things right. Not really a dislike unless I've been lazy with my templates. One of the great features of this tool is to invest time into templates on repeatable projects to save loads of time in the future. While every project isn't the same, the product makes it clear that you can work towards standardization that will greatly reduce the amount of time you spend on project creation and management in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Your PMs are spending a lot of time doing the same things over and over again. GuideCX eliminates that by utilizing templates that are dead simple to deploy.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A web-based portfolio view of projects while reducing our per license cost compared to the competitor we left. In addition, the time to project deployment is much faster. We're getting better at providing more automated, standardized project plans and project communications.

The time isn't just saved on project creation, but in conversations with the customer. Tasks don't need to explained and re-explained. The engineer's valuable time isn't be spent holding the customer's hand. The customer doesn't have to ask for status or where the project is and neither do they have to ask for an executive overview. It's all there for them.

**Official Response from Cassidy Hilton:**

> Thanks, Donnie! We're grateful to work with such enthusiastic customers.

  ### 17. Convenient, smart solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Project Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love the logical structure of the UI, and the attention to detail. Being able to see the tasks and edit them gives a better experience for me as a user.
In addition, I like the ongoing support we get from GuideCX's team during the implementation of the solution. They are actively listening to our needs and working on implementing those features.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I would love having more software integrations and a more formal way of communication rather than the Notes section.
I thing they could do better with a different name, I liked Beynd better for example.
One thing is really annoying for me right now, which is not being able to add any other type of file than images. Professional documents and forms are never in image forms, we need PDF and DOCX at least

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

I'd recommend the solution for companies who are looking for a great project management software and are willing to provide useful insights for every party involved. Moreover, as support is key for these solutions, I would encourage companies choosing GuideCX who are willing to cooperate with the developers of the solution to make it better for themselves

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

providing more insight to customers into the project, being able to keep track of the projects easier.
In the past, customers did not feel the projects as actual projects, rather us communicating with them. With guidecx they are seeing the progress and understanding what helps and what hinders the speed of the project.

**Official Response from 👋Peter Ord:**

> Thank you for the feedback, David! We love working with customers who care. While you're currently able to upload any type of file attachment on tasks themselves, we're working diligently to embed that same benefit in both your task notes and project notes sections.

*Updated: We've since applied David's feedback (ability to embed attachments within task notes and project notes). See comment below.

  ### 18. Simply to use and amazing support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Guide CX has a great user interface, with a product that is easy to setup, utilize and understand. The improvements to the Guide CX platform over the past 6 months are incredible; I cannot wait to see what they are going to come up with next! The team at Guide CX is only one quick chat, tutorial, help center article, email or phone call away for any questions you may have.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

My recommendation for the platform are limited however, if I had a magical wand there are a few things that I would change such as: allow more options around the dependencies, such as multiple task-related dependencies, advanced features for dates to assist with projected scheduling, baseline dates and number of days past the projected and/or baseline dates.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that Guide CX sends out the automatic reminder emails. This feature alone has opened up so many more hours in my week, as now I can rely on Guide CX to do the 'dirty' work of sending follow up emails.

  ### 19. The power of automation management employed by guide cx is infallible.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Due to the possibility of implementing various management procedures together with the uniformity of relationships, the formation of skills of extension of sales success, linked to customer interaction, by working with the guide cx program, which has integration of schematic formulations, where progressive resource management is triggered where their data collection capacity and management approach is enriched by interpreting their processes with the software of this intelligent programming.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There is a proportion of limited development, which its imposition of guidelines for obtaining results is diminished by having a disconnection of management adjustments, performing business work of interaction with the client in an inadequate manner, by not addressing the issues of commercial interest to the corporation, greatly limiting the order of projection of progress of the organization, having to reaffirm a technology of digital regulation of systematized data.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

A wide variety of customer interactions are understood by working with guide cx software, the customer idea relationship progress indicator, to deliver a schematic relationship approach in which your brand positioning facility plays important roles in providing quality interpretative progress regulations, combined with the management power of an effectively manageable platform.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use granted to guide cx software, to manage my processes is credited to its position of rectification of operational development of sales and business production allowing my company a disposition of admissible approach, being the channel of variant strategies, which has the disposition to maintain levels of programmatic successes of important work, of which are obtained incredibly reasonable results, distributed by organizational guarantees of constituted functionality.

  ### 20. Easy to use Project Management system

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer M. | Customer Success Manager/SaaS Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Easy to set up projects and track. Easy to create specific templates based on project types.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Reporting capabilities could be expanded. Ability to better format notes and sign-off task messages. Ability to better track and report out on project hours....hours have to sit at a task level not project level. Still waiting on User Trends capability.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

If you're looking for something that is easy to implement and will accurately manage and organize your projects, then this is the way to go. Will easily track projects and allow PMs to monitor their team and report out on project progress. Good for short term or long term projects. Can easily be used on complex or smaller projects as well.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems - intermittent performance, but not bad.
Benefits - better organization, visibility to executive level team members on project status, better tracking/reporting than we had before

  ### 21. Simply AMAZING !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John K. | Onboarding Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The automation in incredible! You all have put so much thought into simplifying tracking customers progress, and keeping everyone engaged to the finish. Keep up the great work!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Emails spoofing me need to be scheduled.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Spend the time setup your templates & task cards with all the feature options as possible. Its the real key to using the system on a daily basis, so take advantage of the tags, assign multiple tags, and choose smart naming conventions. A little more time up front will save you hours down the road. Its so worth it though for the payoff in quality of life as a project manager.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer engagement, big picture view, controlled tasks in progressive order. Customers are getting more done sooner than before and my work load has lightened to simply make calls and do the training without having to "chase" down the customer as much.

  ### 22. Amazing project management tool

I haven't run into any hiccups using GuideCX yet

  ### 23. Informative and super helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I really like all notes/activities with the client to be neat and in one spot that the entire team can see/manage!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I would like to receive additional alerts

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit is having all actions for a specific client in one spot for the entire team to view!

  ### 24. Excellent Customer Service - Faking Automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX saves me time in sending the same email to multiple clients daily. GuideCX makes it easy to see the progress of and audit all of my 60+ clients at one time. Guide CX makes things visual for me, unlike seeing things in salesforce in a table format. GuideCX allows our sales reps to keep an eye on their clients. The support team is amazing and always has constructive criticism on how to improve our templates.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Our clients haven't been using GuideCX to its fully potential. Hard to have tasks for groups of people. You have to have dependencies and triggers for each individual email, hard to move those dependencies. Hard to have multiple people in the same template. The functionality of bulleting is limited, along with copy paste with links. If a due date is in the past, it won't automatically change the due date which affects when emails are sent.Hard to send out a basic email with links to YouTube videos (have to link them). Can't change a template and have it auto change for our active projects.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

utilize their support team to audit your templates and give you feedback! fully build out templates with everything and train your staff well.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time and reducing room for error in sending out implementation information. We used to send out the same emails to all clients and now we can send out those emails without having to go into our email accounts. I like being able to send notes to clients. Automation of a very manual process.

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX has made it so much easier to connect with large amounts of people on big projects. I love that I can add anyone at any time during the process. My favorite part is that I don't have to pester people to get their pieces of the project done, GuideCX does it for me.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wish there was an option to mark a task as skipped. There's a "not applicable" option, but I would like to let clients know why we mark something n/a. For example, "Skipped due to time constraints." or "Not applicable due to conclusions from step..."

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Takes your Trello board and makes it work for you. Absolutely love it.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Love the auto emails. I've also really appreciated the summary emails each week. I didn't think I would use them since I'm always on the dashboard, but they have become a talking point/visual during our weekly team meetings to keep on track.

  ### 26. Good platform but did not solve what needed

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The support and sales team were great. Lots of great new integrations coming.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The basic platform for project management but we needed more integration with other tools.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Good for basic application but need more integrations.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementation Management

**Official Response from 👋Peter Ord:**

> Thank you for your feedback! Since this review we have enhanced our integrations with Jira, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Slack. We've also announced our new connectors available within Zapier that allows you to do some pretty innovative stuff (like dynamically change your project plan based on form fills...).

  ### 27. Easy to use, and our clients find it intuitive!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott S. | Member, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Beynd allows us to set up an "action plan" for our clients to follow when they begin the onboarding process with our company. They know exactly how long the project should take and we can identify ownership if that project becomes delayed. The ease of file sharing through the platform is very beneficial as well. It provides our staff as well as the client with one source of truth for the project information.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There is not much that we are finding not working for us. When there is an issue, the Beynd team is very open to suggestions and putting our ideas into their product roadmap. Their team has been amazing to work with!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By utilizing Beynd, we are able to know exactly how many onboarding projects our project managers can effectively handle at one time. This allows for more efficient use of resources in our regions and we can budget for additional resources when needed. We have been able to take on more projects at one time and have more clients up and running in less time.

**Official Response from Cassidy Hilton:**

> We appreciate the feedback, Scott! We love working with such fantastic customers.

  ### 28. Intuitive product that delivers, amazing team behind it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse B. | Customer Success Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The ability to outline an entire project and collaborate with both parties (or more) has shown great value. Being able to assign tasks and maintain oversight makes a huge improvement to keeping a timeline. With complex onboards and large teams, holding a timeline and not missing anything can be a challenge. The visibility and workflows of Beynd make major projects stress free.

The Beynd team has been a great resource from day one. Incredibly responsive, and always helpful.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It would be awesome to select whether you would like the overall project status to be automated or not. Additionally, if you could assign a task to multiple people but determine who is mandatory and who is optional to complete it, it would be very useful.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Look no further.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Beynd to facilitate better, more effective client onboards. Our main goals have been to reduce the time it takes to onboard clients, improve customer time-to-value, and automate project workflows. Beynd has helped us achieve those goals across the board.

  ### 29. Intuitive, Customer friendly, simple solution.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davis J. | Project Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love the simple functionality! I love that I can assign customer tasks, and get notified if they're stuck or have questions.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The inability to add attachments in the notes section proves to be frustrating at times.
Lack of bullet points and sub-bullet points makes organizing and relaying info difficult at times as well.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My projects are more on task - and more transparent to the customer. They're able to see all the items my team works on behind the scene, and have clear instructions on their tasks/responsibility.

  ### 30. Easy to Template Existing Project Plans

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin V. | SaaS Implementation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

We were able to take our existing project plans and quickly build a repeatable, scalable, and consistent project experience for our core implementations.

The customer support is readily available as well and always very helpful.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

So far, I have not run into any major issues from my own functional requirements or a client’s.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

If you are looking for a task or project management tool that is flexible and easy to implement, don’t miss out on GuideCX

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to give our customers the opportunity to take more control of their projects from day one with GuideCX.

For those groups that want or need us to maintain a higher level of control over the project flow, we are able to easily adjust task responsibilities.

  ### 31. Comprehensive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The developers certainly did their homework to understand the requirements for a successful customer onboard. This tool engages all stakeholders in a simple but comprehensive way. Task are at the fingertips of the owner via email, the web tool or on a mobile device. Videos, attachment, instructions and more are sent to the task owner when the are needed in the onboarding journey. It in gages all party just in time is an a way that is easy to understand and interact. It eliminates the need for continual follow up. The tool is easy to deploy and configure. The company is easy to work with and has been a real solution partner. Harris, Perter, Alex, Mark, Garret have all been very profession and accessible through the process and support our every need. We know they are going to explode, but are not worried that they will always treat us as a valued customer. The impact on or customers and partners has been better than projected. Our onboarding time for new customers has decreased. We have better metrics and insight. We are able to establish our critical path for the first time. The project visibility has been labeled as a game changer by our enterprise resales. Our NPS scores have improved 8% in less than four months and our projects managers have been able to manage more projects. The tool is agile and very easy to learn and use.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I am hesitant to answer this question because the company is constantly improving it’s offering. They seem to almost be ahead of our dislike before we can voice them. We looked at GuideCX for over eight month before we committed. Every reason we had to not use their tool was fixed or developed. After a year of discovery our comparison analysis put their tool at the top of our list.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Just use it

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing customer onboarding time. Capturing revenue sooner. Reducing our onboarding costs. Capture better metrics for process improvement. All the reasons for purchasing the projects have been recognized

  ### 32. Love Guide CX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Client facing and dependencies make sense. And the Guide CX is always so helpful.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Just with we could do dependencies on multiple templates. But we make it work without that.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Take advantage of the great features that GuideCX has. Fully implement the boards and descriptions the more you use it the easier your life is.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a SAAS company. And have lots of clients we are onboarding. Having a project management system to organize it is awesome!

  ### 33. Proud to have grown with GuideCX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Built by people who clearly understand the industry and what is important in an onboarding and project management tool. Down to Earth and accessible leadership who listen to their customers.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Would love more flexible reporting and further ability to decide what to show on my own dashboards to facilitate more effective stand-ups that suit our model.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Take the time to let them give you a proper demo. Talk to other super-user customers of theirs. Think about your goals for eliminating duplication and ask smart questions about how they can assist.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility, customer inclusion and accountability. All of our users are able to leverage the tools and become superusers.

  ### 34. Perfect for SaaS Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX is very intuitive to use and we love that our customer can log in but they don't have to, they can follow the project through the email notifications and interact with those. We are doing SaaS implementations so we didn't want to add yet another new software our clients would need to learn.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

We have many templates and I wish there was a way to manage them all easier. I will say though, GuideCX has been very responsive to our feature requests, it's clear they really care about our ROI.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Run a few trial projects with your templates to see how things work and then put in the time to make sure your templates explain everything to both the internal and external user.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as a project management tool but more importantly to help guide out customers through the implementation process. Most PM tools are really focused on internal use, GuideCX allows the customer to not just follow along but to actively participate.

  ### 35. Phenomenal on all fronts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The simplicity and ease of use! The team at GuideCX has been one of the best to work with!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

In its early stages, there are still some items that I'd like to see from a features/functionality standpoint. With that being said, they've been extremely responsive and worked with us closely to deliver on necessary items.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Get it!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1st problem has been giving everyone involved on our projects insight into what is going on. It's helped set proper expectations, take workload off of our internal teams and empower the customer to do what they need to do.

  ### 36. Great tool, could use some improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The concept of project management, the tasks and the ownership each party can have.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are no reminders that can be put on each task and private notes.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

It is a great tool for project management, and can be customized to each everyone's needs.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ownership of tasks is great, giving the client responsability.

  ### 37. Game Changing Project Plan

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

This tool makes every party accountable for their pieces of the project. They always know what is next.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The tool is pretty slow loading new screens

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Use them to help you come up with a project plan that fits your needs. Their team is extremely helpful and responsive and wants to make you successful.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are onboarding our customers faster and with more accountability using this tool. No one can say they didn't know what was next or what they needed to do.

  ### 38. Projects done right!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg R. | CTO, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It is very easy to get up and running with your first project. The communication with project members is the best of any thing I have worked with in the past.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Decomposing your project workflow is usually the toughest part but this has little to do with the software and more to do with the skill level of the project manager.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Give it a try, you will see how quickly you can get a project up and running. Your customers will be impressed!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have complicated software implementations which require a lot of collaboration with several stake holders.

  ### 39. SImple, but powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas M. | Sr. Strategic Change/Business Processes Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The opportunity to capture metrics on tasks and milestones. The removal of displaced responsibility. A additional insight for continuous improvement initiatives. Capture revenue sooner. Beynd feels like a solution partner not a third party.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

This is hard to answer because if I don't like something; the team listens and fixes it. They're are constantly looking for and implementing improvements. The listen to the VOC and finds ways to improve the product which make our processes easier.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Just do it!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More flexible and agile then are current solution. Better metrics, better accountability, better visibility.

  ### 40. Simple, clean, and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew D. | Onboarding Specialist - Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I really like how easy it is to use and how often the company adds new features. The company is also fantastic at taking the feedback they receive from their customers and implementing tools or features based on that customer feedback. The company is still pretty young, but I've been very impressed with the amount of work and improvements they've made in such a short amount of time. The work they've done and the feedback they've applied gives me extreme confidence that they'll continue improving and they'll strive to make their tool the best in the industry.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Enhanced/custom reporting would be nice to have. They've added a dashboard feature recently, but there are only about 3 options/reports in there now with more to come so currently the reporting is extremely limited.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

I would highly recommend taking advantage of the Beynd team to get recommendations and best practices. They have tons of data as well as a lot of knowledge on the client onboarding process. Like any tool, you get out what you put in so make sure that everyone is using it and that it gets adopted quickly. If you have no accountability then people won't use it and won't see the value in it.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the time to go live, reducing the number of tools we need to update, and increasing communication between teams.

**Official Response from Belle Ferro:**

> Hi Drew,

Thank you so much for your review! We wanted to let you know we have added enhanced and custom reporting to GuideCX.

Please reach out if you have any questions!

  ### 41. Finally a solution that meets our needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan D. | VP Client Services, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Ability to see all in-flight projects side by side, as well as insight in to which steps of on-boarding are taking the longest/need the most hand holding are fantastic.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Would love to see more master level editing (IE updating tasks that are shared across multiple templates in one action, rather than one by one). The interface is good, could be improved by allowing clicks on tasks to open up the task, rather than having to click the text or little "i" logo.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to share project onboarding status with all invested parties is crucial. Rather than hoping the 7 people you have on CC don't get dropped on the next reply, Beynd keeps everyone on the same page at all times.

  ### 42. Great tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zsófia S. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The best feature is the project plan and how it is customizable.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

PDF-s or other text files cannot be uploaded.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

I think it is a really great tool for Project Managers. It is highly customizable, easy to use and customers can also access it which is quite a huge help!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is that the customer can actually see the project timeline.

**Official Response from 👋Peter Ord:**

> Thanks, Zsofia! We appreciate the review and love listening to our customers. While you're currently able to upload any file type to your tasks, we're working hard to bring that same benefit to your task notes and project notes sections.

*Updated: We applied Zsofia's feedback and allowed PDF's to be uploaded to task and project notes.

  ### 43. Excellent product for scalable onboarding and customer collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney N. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The people. The software is amazing, but the team behind the software elevates Beynd above others.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I can't say there is anything I dislike.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to seamlessly spin up projects, have varying Project Managers but one project template. We also needed a way to pick and choose which projects we collaborated with clients on and which were internal. Beynd fits the bill perfectly.

  ### 44. Very responsive and helpful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2020

I am coming at this from a BI developer side. When I was struggling to get access to some data, the GuideCX team jumped on board immediately and helped open needed data to me.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Not a ton of reporting, but it is sufficient.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating projects to implement new customers. With GuideCX we have been better organized and had quicker implementations.

  ### 45. Great Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The ability to communicate via notes....

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The inability to assign PM's to templates

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One central location to manage all projects.

  ### 46. Great product made by a great team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben A. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The software is easy to use and well thought out. Peter and his team are very friendly and responsive to feedback and they are continuing to develop the product more and more.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There is still some room for improvement, but they are chipping away at it and it's fully worth the price now and will only get better.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Get in touch with them and do a demo and you'll be sold!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great tool for us to track our customers as they come onboard at BigSIS (www.bigsis.com) and we have loved it as a communication and customer success tool.

  ### 47. A great way to manage projects and help clients with the on-boarding process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando L. | Independent Business Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Easy to see the progress and keep things organized. It's nice to be able to see the task and know exactly what needs to be done in order to move to the next step.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

User experience at the beginning was a little difficult as I didn't know exactly how things work, so a little guided tour would have helped.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we are setting up our tax solution and beynd has helped us get our business set up with taxjar.

  ### 48. Great solution, great company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Easy to implement and use. The automation and dependencies allow for a project "autopilot" experience. Customer service and responsiveness is second to none.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

After implementing and using the product, there is nothing that I dislike.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability and transparency
Data captured from each task and project is very helpful for process improvements

  ### 49. BEynd takes client onboarding to next level!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

BEynd is very versatile and flexible to meet our fluid client on-boarding needs. The support provided has been exceptional as we learned the product.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There is nothing to dislike about the tool at this time.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BEynd has improved our client on-boarding experience. Our team is able to customize the client on-boarding experience to meet the individual needs of each client while still maintaining a consistent process across all of our new clients.

  ### 50. Easy to use on customer boarding software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler U. | Director of Operations, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2019

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The killer feature of Beynd is the transparency and collaboration it gives you with your new customers during on boarding. I've used a number of tools throughout my careers, and nothing compares.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It's still relatively new software, so there are still some small feature gaps that need to be worked out. Also, there are some ways they can improve the interface. However, the Beynd team is super responsive to feedback, and any that we've made along the way, they've implemented into their software.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

If you haven't found a tool that give your customers transparency during on boarding, this is the tool for you!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A more transparent on boarding process! It helps us keep new customers engaged in the on boarding process.
