External stakeholder accountability was a feature the attracted me to GuideCX. As you will note in my other comments it did not solve the problem and eroded the value of the software.

Our Project Managers now have one place to manage all projects, and the Salesforce integration lets us proactively raise Risk Cases before issues escalate. Customer communication is more streamlined, and we love that the platform pus accountability on the customers - making it clear that their participation directly impacts project success. Highly recommended for any team looking to standardize and scale their onboarding.

What I like most about GuideCX is that it creates a unified “single source of truth” for both our internal team and the customer.
