External stakeholder accountability was a feature the attracted me to GuideCX. As you will note in my other comments it did not solve the problem and eroded the value of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? When we onboarded with this product it lacked strong integration with financial performance of project execution. This was something we expected would come and it never met our expectations. External stakeholder accountability was also a feature we liked. In practice however, it did not deliver on the hype. This is not a reflection on the product but it eroded the value of the software. We have reverted to internal tools that are better aligned with overall operations.
