## GUIDEcx Reviews
  ### 1. GCX if focused on what I do as an Implementation Engineer/Project Manager.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad R. | Implementation Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Project templates and being able to include clients in the project while also keeping certain tasks and notes restricted to internal visibility.

I use GCX every day to manage 15+ integration projects at a time.

Custiner support has always been responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The notes area could still be better. If I paste into a note, the formatting gets lost.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing client implementations of our SaaS.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Brad! We love hearing that you're able to manage a large number of integration projects at one time!

As far as notes - which system do you keep notes in and then paste over?

PS You'll be excited to hear that some major work has just started on the notes side to improve that overall experience. I'll make sure that the team sees your feedback so we can incorporate it into the new experience!

  ### 2. Great way to stay organized and on-track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliet N. | Implementation Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2022

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It's great having a project and not worrying about missing a task or falling off schedule, the project with built-in templates and dates really help keep me and my co-workers on track!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It's hard when the project stalls or gets put on hold and dates have to manually be pushed out on each task. It would be awesome if everything started from the 1st date and if the project gets put on hold it holds everything so no tasks send out prematurely.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been on your recent calls on how to engage our clients within the process using GCX and getting in there to view their implementation process. This has been a struggle for our customers, those are the same customers that have longer rollouts as well due to lack of engagement. Another way GCX is helping us is internally notifying different team members if something changes and they need to be notified immediately (linking to Slack), you've put out some great tools that link to other places our company uses regularly.

**Official Response from Harris Clarke:**

> Juliet, thank you for your review. It's great hearing that GUIDEcx is helping keep you and your co-workers on track. We're also glad you shared feedback regarding date adjustments for projects on hold. We have good news for you about this! Today, if you change a project status to "On Hold" all automated email communication to team members stops and any future/forecasted dates are automatically pushed out based on how long the project is on hold. This can be accomplished via task durations and dependencies. We will have our team reach out to you directly to provide you with a detailed walkthrough, so you can get the exact benefits you are asking for in your feedback.

Thanks again!

  ### 3. Intuitive and helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacia D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I absolutley love the ability to communicate all in one place with full visibility among our internal team and the client team. It's really allowed me to "step away from my inbox" and it allows my supervisor to quickly catch up on my projects.

I also really appreciate the ability to cutomize templates on the fly, and adjust things based on the individual client need.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I would love to have an "al a carte" client view customization option - for example, show them compass view instead of the entire project view (I love that compass view puts all notes, checklists, etc. in one easy to read flow), but allow them to see the gannt chart to understand why their tasks are important and what is dependant upon their completion.

I would also love a pop out or larger typing space for Assignee Task Instructions and Participant Task Instructions and the ability to tag our internal team there. Or, alternatively, if we could just link that task assignment into Project Notes, that would likely be the best solution.

For context - our milestone calls are all on our template, after each milestone call we send a recap email and next steps/instructions. I have been using Project Notes for this, which works wonderfully since I can tag both our internal team and customer team, but then the customer will also receive a second email when their next task starts and it feels duplicative. I struggle to know what to put in those task notes aside from without repeating what was already in the Project Notes. I also don't want to send them searching between two different places/email to have all of the information they need. The ability to avoid the second email, but include all teams (our directors are to be copied on all client communication), would streamline things even further.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of team members internally who need to be copied on all client communication, our IS, AM, Sales, two Directors, and sometimes an additional PM, in addition to all client team members. It is massively helpful to put all communication in GuideCX and @internal @customer so that nothing gets lost in email chains, you don't have to remember each individual that you need to CC, and everyone is notified that there is new communication.

It's also huge for transparency with our customers so that they know what the process looks like, what is needed from them, and what we're currently working on.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Stacia — thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on GUIDEcx! We're delighted to hear about the features and benefits you love and appreciate and your valuable suggestions for improvement.

It's wonderful to know GUIDEcx has allowed you to streamline communication both internally and with your clients, providing full visibility in one central place. This reduces inbox clutter and empowers your supervisor to stay up-to-date on your projects effortlessly. That's our goal!

The customizable templates are a powerful and popular feature. We're thrilled that templates have been a valuable tool for adjusting to your individual client needs. Your description of how GUIDEcx helps with communication transparency, especially with a large team and various stakeholders, is exactly what we want to hear.

Thank you for requesting more client view customization options and improvements to task and participant task instructions! Your detailed explanation of your use case helps us better understand your needs. We'd love for you to share more with your CSM so we can better capture this feedback and ask any clarifying questions.

If you have more ideas or feedback in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're committed to continuously improving GUIDEcx and making it an even more valuable tool for you and your team.

  ### 4. Powerful and getting better every day

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX offers many tools to help build quality and consistency into your onboarding processes. Capturing time spent, adding checklists and driving your process through dependencies are all things we needed more control over when we implemented GuideCX, and now we have those! There is a time investment spent in getting the system set up, but that's about as easy as it can reasonably be and it's gradually paying off. Would happily recommend GuideCX to organizations looking to improve their onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The biggest issue needing attention (and I think it's in the works) is being able to push template changes out to current projects. We work in an agile environment where we are making constant improvements to the process and template, but the process of replicating those changes (task instructions, new tasks, etc.) makes it tedious and time consuming if we want to incorporate those changes into active projects. Looking forward to seeing some improvement on this.

More control over the reports module (showing/hiding reports, renaming them, ordering them on the menu) would be much appreciated.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing time spent on tasks, driving consistency, improving quality. Project templates and project plans are allowing us to make positive progress on all of these fronts.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi David,

Thanks for sharing this review of GUIDEcx! We're thrilled to hear how our platform is helping you build more quality and consistency in your onboarding processes.

We understand that the initial setup can require a time investment, but we're happy to hear it's paying off for your organization. If you haven't already, check out our MasterClasses via Guide University for tips and tricks to make that process even easier. We're here to help make that transition smooth and seamless.

We appreciate your feedback regarding template changes for current projects, and we're looking into this area and several others on our roadmap! Your input helps us ensure we continue designing with agile experiences in mind.

Additionally, your request for more control over the reports module is noted, and we've passed this along to the product team!

It's also fantastic to see how GUIDEcx addresses your specific needs, such as capturing time spent on tasks, enhancing consistency, and improving quality. Project templates and plans are indeed powerful tools for achieving these goals based on the more than 250,000 projects run through GUIDEcx.

If you have any more ideas or feedback in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to your CSM. We're here and happy to support your success and help you continue to optimize your onboarding processes.

  ### 5. Efficiency, Ease, Secure, and Sara F. aka Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

As a client who has used GuideCX daily over the past two years, I can proudly say that this software has been a game changer in my overall performance as a Project Manager. Not only due to the efficiency the software provides me but most importantly for the platform it allows my clients to communicate, and stay on task, throughout the life of a project.

The software provides a secure platform to message directly with your clients and co-workers with a simple @ mention, as well as a secure way to upload and download documentation. The ability to create templates for different types of products that might fall within the scope of a project and have the ability to create a checklist within a task is time management at its core.

More than anything the customer service I have received from GuideCX has been above and beyond. If it wasn't for Sara F. with customer support I would be a lost soul. She is always quick to respond to my support chat requests and If there is ever anything that requires additional follow-up she always gets back to me in a timely manner never leaving me without an answer. As a person with over 15 years of employee management, I can say that GuideCX you have one of the best employees in Sara! Treat her right she poses the pride of GuideCX.

The overall platform, customer service, and ease of the software are honestly revolutionary. Keep up the good work. I look forward to using GuideCX for years to come.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There aren't many downfalls. More than anything, the items that come to mind are things that GuideCX has on the roadmap and Items I've discussed with your support staff. The Time Tracking feature can be a bit tedious simply because the filtering feature at this time doesn't allow the tasks to be in the order of the project plan and or template. Alphabetically, it doesn't help me personally as I must assign the time to each task according to the project plan layout. Currently, I have to search for a task by either writing out the name of the task in the "Find a Task" search bar or by flipping through page after page using the "Load More" clickable verbiage. This, in turn, requires me to flip back and forth between the project plan tab and the time tracking tab to collect the task name and to go back to the time tracking tab to search for it. Upon clicking the "submit entry" button when applying time to a task, the page refreshes, leaving the customer at square one as they have spent XYZ amount of time clicking through the pages to get to the task they were searching for alphabetically. So if there was another task that needed time applied around that task you just entered time in for alphabetically, you would have to go back and re-flip through each page using the load more clickable verbiage to get back to where you just were.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I currently don't have any problems that haven't already been fixed with Sara F's assistance in Customer Support.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi,

Thank you so much for your incredibly thoughtful and glowing review!

We're delighted to hear about the positive impact GUIDEcx has had on your performance as a Project Manager. Efficiency, ease of use, and security are essential elements, and we're thrilled to provide them. It's wonderful to know that GUIDEcx has not only made your job easier but has also enhanced client communication and collaboration throughout your projects.

Your kind words about our customer support, especially Sara F., are lovely to hear!

We've taken note of all your feedback and have shared it with the product team. If any other thoughts or insights come up — please don't hesitate to reach out.

  ### 6. Implemented GUIDEcx for new customers and new solutions onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Can update task completion by simply responding to and email.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Whished CSM had more experience using the product.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time to onboard customers has increased. Less time spent following up on status of task and decrease time to complete tasks. No more massive spreadsheet to manage.

  ### 7. Customers love the tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lourdes R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Customers love it because they can easily see the whole project, and when the project is ongoing they can easily check the status and the next task to be finished.
I like to have everything regarding a project on the same tool. And even if the e-mailing the customers receive sometimes is too much, it actually helps to get the project done and the customer is always on the loop.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Constant bugs.
It could be helpful to have it in portuguese.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure the customer is always communicated.
Not having to rewrite everything since it has a lot of templates.
Adapting each project to customer needs (only template / tasks needed).

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Lourdes,

Thank you for your feedback on GUIDEcx! We're thrilled to hear that your customers find it easy to track the project's status and appreciate being kept in the loop. Having everything regarding a project in one place, as well as the use of templates, is certainly a great way to streamline your processes.

We appreciate all your feedback!

If you have any more thoughts or suggestions in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to support you and ensure you continue to have a great experience with GUIDEcx.

  ### 8. Great for Project Management and Client Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX allows me to interface with my team privately regarding a project, and also make sure the client has clear visibility on where the project is at. I like how things can be automated and scheduled. This is especially great for projects that seem to have some repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The app gets slow sometimes, and needs to be reloaded. The photos uploaded are too small. The documents uploaded needs to be downloaded in order to be viewed.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

transparency on the project, and organization.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> It makes us so happy to hear that you're loving the internal messaging function! Sometimes things are better left said in private 😉

We're also thrilled to hear that you're inviting customers to projects so they have visibility into their projects and don't have to bombard you with unnecessary "What's my onboarding progress" communication.

As far as your feedback we've got some great updates coming this summer that will speed up the more popular parts of the application. Stay tuned for that 👀

As far as the document feedback - Our product team is currently looking to see which functionality we should add via community. Feel free to check it out and upvote it! https://community.guidecx.com/ideas/attachment-file-management-175

  ### 9. Great Project Management Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like empowering my clients by being able to have them keep track of and work on tasks throughout the project! It's helpful for me when meeting with them to be able to review together what they've completed and what is still outstanding.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Date changes. When a date changes, you have to go back and adjust all of the dates prior. I feel like it could be automated based on timeline guidelines setup on the account.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of items that I normally may not keep on my radar. It benefits me because I am able to pull up the client and see the status of said items and if we need to address or mark complete.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Ashley,

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback about GUIDEcx! We love hearing that you find our platform empowering for both you and your clients, since it enables them to actively engage with tasks throughout the project. Our research has definitely shown that collaboration and transparency drive successful client relationships. We're thrilled to facilitate that for you.

We really appreciate your feedback about the task dates. We understand how manual adjustments can be time-consuming. The platform automatically updates forecasted end dates and dates on upcoming tasks. We'd love to hear more about wanting to automatically update prior tasks. Please reach out to your CSM so we can learn more and help :)

It's also great to know that GUIDEcx is helping you keep track of important details that might otherwise be challenging to monitor. A clear view of client statuses and project items is invaluable in ensuring everything is on track.

If you ever have more suggestions or encounter any other areas for improvement, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're committed to enhancing your experience with GUIDEcx and supporting your success!

  ### 10. Good and consistent.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The way it enables collaborative implementation internally.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wish there were more ways to enhance collaboration from a client-side perspective possibly with different views and more features.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps automate the workflow while easing the tracking of the projects being worked on.

  ### 11. Excellent platform for project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** pat w. | VCIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The ability to build a recurring project structure helps control creep, overages, and missed pieces

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I think a community option to share with project templates would be great, expanding the integration options would also be great

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proper structure of project management

  ### 12. I work in software implementation, and GuideCX has made project management so organized and easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenn A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Automated workflows and templates, the ability to assign tasks to different roles, notes on tasks where you can tag various users, among other things.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I don't know that I can think of any real downsides right now but there are definitely improvements that can be made. I like that you have an easy feature request tool and I've requested something that I think would make it a lot more useful. You have an "action items" area on each project, but there is no report or list where I can see all action items for all my projects and be able to sort them by priority. As it is, I have to go into every project one by one and look at the action items and decide which ones to work on and I end up just using a notepad and/or excel sheets to keep those things straight.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of what has been done and what needs to be done for multiple ongoing projects

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Jenn,

Thank you for your review of GUIDEcx! We're happy you appreciate our platform's automated workflows, templates, task assignments, and notes features.

We'll certainly share your feedback with the product team. Thank you!

If you ever have more insights or suggestions in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  ### 13. Good program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haunani "Haui" R. | Project Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Templates work fantastic. Pulls information from HubSpot and creates the project easily.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Cannot bulk add people to projects. Cannot have more than one person assigned to a task.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guide CX helps keep our clients on schedule and keeps track of progress

  ### 14. Tracking onboarding steps of new clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Our software has lots of features, and I like that Guidecx keeps track for me of key items I like to discuss with new clients, helping me be sure to review all key software elements with each new client, not leaving this to my memory.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Guidecx sends lots of task alert and past-due reminder emails. While the idea of these emails is super great (let those who are assigned to complete a task know the task is due), the amount of emails can feel exsessive (one can reduce the number of emails that are sent by strategicly setting up their projects to combine more than one step of a processes into a single tasks, etc.)

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guidecx helps bring consistency to our onboarding experience and helps our onboarding staff be able to quickly tell where a client is at in the onboarding process; this last point is super helpful when managing 10+ onboarding projects that can take weeks to complete.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> We're glad to hear that GUIDEcx is helping you keep track of key items and ensuring consistency to your onboarding experience! Thank you for sharing!

  ### 15. I am finding this software is a little more difficult to adapt to our particular process

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

Being able to track where customers are and how far behind they are

  ### 16. Great experience thus far...

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx helped to keep onboarding streamlined and organized. I never had to guess which stage of onboarding the client was on and the tool made it easy to send reminder messages to complete tasks at each of step of the way.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Honestly had a pretty seamless experience using GUIDEcx and enjoyed using the tool for client onboarding.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped keep us on track for each step of onboarding by outlining all the steps and stages for each client.

  ### 18. Absolute life saver!

GUIDEcx has been very helpful in allowing to stay on track with upcoming tasks and ensuring projects meet planned due dates. It also allows clients to engage within their project and see where their project is at during the process.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Updates are constantly being made. When the mind is just getting used to a certain view, for example, GUIDEcx pushes a new look.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows to stay on track with all projects and provided great metrics.

  ### 19. Organized and Insightful Tool with a super team to back it all up.

GuideCX provides a easy to align organization process for project minded teams. The tool's deep customization allows for continuous improvement for a great customer experience.

Managing larger scale ongoing projects

  ### 21. Guide CX Useful

  ### 22. GuideCX Makes my Job Easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX is wonderful. It keeps all of my communications for a project plan in one place. It's optimal for communications and passing sensitive information in a secure way. Both the client and I are able to see exactly where we are in a project, when something is due, and the steps to take to get there. It is clear and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The only difficulty I experience is getting the client to buy in and keep up with and update the software. Not necessarily a GuideCX problem, but I wonder if there are tutorials we can send out to new users.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all data points of the project in one central location that can be accessed by any party that is involved in the project. It is clean and concise and I love that reminders are sent for tasks when they come up as due.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Shawn,

Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear that GUIDEcx has made your job easier by keeping project communications organized, secure, and transparent for both you and your clients.

We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our product team. If any specific needs or questions pop up, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

  ### 23. Amazing tool to scale onboarding processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** India H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX is so helpful as a central sources of truth for all onboarding project management needs. It's helping us to streamline and scale our processes. Their University and office hours sessions are super helpful, and having visibility of their product roadmap/being able to easily submit requests is also fantastic. Their support team is also really knowledgeable, friendly and always on hand to help.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I think that GuideCX is great for internal onboarding/project management and it can be challenging to get client interaction. It's also great if you have simple use cases, but some of the automation benefits can be reduced if you have different client use cases!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to build the foundations that we can then scale up from, as it is a centralised system where the whole CS team can find details from all onboardings - past and present.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi India,

Thank you for your review of GUIDEcx — we're so glad it's helpful!

It's fantastic to know that GUIDEcx is a central source of truth that helps you streamline and scale your processes effectively. Tech is key for scaling onboarding and customer success! Our support team takes pride in providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance.

  ### 24. Centralized space for project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Very easy to use, intuitive interface and language. I also love that we can choose what clients see. The summary view and automated emails are a great insight tool and can foster more meaningful conversation.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It can be very fiddly/finicky at first since it is so customizable. It takes some time to get used to th einterface but after a while it does become more manageable.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into project progression was always based on email threads and conversation. This tool visualizes task and progress by team, which is really helpful for us and all teams curious about project progression!

**Official Response from Harris Clarke:**

> Catherine, thank you for taking time to leave this review. Knowing that GUIDEcx is helping you "foster more meaningful conversation" with your customers is music to our ears. That's why we built GUIDEcx! We have a mission statement all over the walls in our office that we exist to "Help people work better together" so we love hearing that you have found the power of engaging your customers and creating valuable experiences for them while GUIDEcx handles some of the heavy lifting by automating project summary and task assignment/reminder emails.

We also always appreciate feedback, so thank you for sharing that you took some time to customize the settings/interface to your liking. I think you will be very happy with some updates that are coming to our user experience that will continue to refine these experiences.

Thanks again!

  ### 27. GuideCX: A Game-Changer for Our Team!"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will P. | Program Manager, Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX has completely transformed the way we manage our projects and collaborate with our clients. Here's why we couldn't be happier with our choice:

User-Friendly Interface: GuideCX boasts an intuitive and user-friendly interface that our team members quickly adapted to.

Customer Portal: One of the standout features of GuideCX is its customer portal (Compass). It provides a secure platform for our clients to interact with us, review progress, and provide feedback in real-time. This has made such a huge impact on our customers first experiences with our brand.

Workato: GuideCX understands that every project is unique. The level of customization available allows us to tailor the platform to our specific needs, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with our processes. Having Workato built directly within the platform makes it so easy to fully orchestrate all aspects of our projects.

Worldclass Onboarding Experience: Moving from TaskRay to GuideCX was surprisingly smooth, thanks to the excellent customer support, education and onboarding assistance provided by the GuideCX team. They were there every step of the way to ensure we felt comfortable with the transition.

Reliable Support: Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, the GuideCX support team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident.

Enhanced Productivity: Ultimately, GuideCX has boosted our team's productivity and made our project management process more efficient than ever. It has allowed us to focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional results to our clients.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are a couple things here and there that we'd love improved, but they're all already listed on their short term road map (which is visible within product!!). These were items we already were aware of during evaluation and when we marked that we were interested in said idea, we had members of their product team reach out and sit with us to hear how we'd like those features implemented.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx is solving nearly all of the challenges we were originally facing with our Onboarding program. And it's now being scoped to help us build out our budding Professional Services group. While we've only been fully live on the platform for a little over a month, we've had such amazing feedback from the team (and customers!) about how much this platform is saving them in time. Our Onboarding Specialists are already capable of confidently handling many more projects at one time.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Will,

Thank you so much for sharing your outstanding feedback about GUIDEcx!

We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience and the transformation GUIDEcx has brought to your project management and client collaboration processes. This is why we do what we do. Your insights are truly appreciated, and they highlight some of the key aspects that make GUIDEcx stand out!

Please continue to share with your CSM and our product team what features and improvements can take things to the next level for your team! We're all ears.

GUIDEcx was a game-changer for Scanco. We often times found ourselves and our customers frustrated and asking "what's next" with our complex implementations. We searched the market for some time before we found GUIDEcx and within a week of initial signup, we were signing the order form.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Still Lack of availability to customize the product, however, they are working on this with my team, it's not as fast as I would like, but its progress monthly.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx was a game-changer for Scanco. We often times found ourselves and our customers frustrated and asking "whats next" with our complex implementations. GuideCX has kept our team organized whether that is for internal onboardings or customer onboardings

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX has been nothing but great for our team. Easy to train everyone on it.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The orginization and easy way of maintaining multiple projects at once

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The view and layout not having much contrast

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 33. Overly complex but useful.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like the ability to mark tasks as complete where other team members can track the progress. I also like the ability to trigger one task from the completion of another.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Non-admin access is too limited. You can't view or edit a lot of the things you need to. As someone working on the project directly, this access is not adequate.

Visually, the UX is over-complicated and messy. There are countless icons, buttons, and options, making the whole view overwhelming and confusing.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disorganization and messy timelines with the client's implementation.

  ### 34. GuideCX is a great way to manage projects

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are some features that are missing and needed - like the ability to push updates to a template to other projects.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a visual representation of the onboarding process with embedded tasks and timelines.

  ### 35. My experience with GuideCx

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like that I can see all my projects in one page. I like that the tasks are split up and that I can add for each task if needed.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Sometimes it takes too many clicks to get to where I want to go.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCx helps me keep things organized

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi there!

Seeing projects in one place is one of the few true joys only a true onboarder (like yourself) will know. We're so glad that you love the organizational nature of GUIDEcx 😊

As far as your feedback, here's a quick poem I wrote for you:
You find yourself clicking
some call you the Click King (or Queen)
the clock is ticking
In-line edit is coming

I guess that's why I'm not Shakespeare. Anywho, you'll see that the most popular parts of GUIDEcx will have new in-line edit functionality this year which will reduce the number of clicks you'll have to make! Stay tuned 👀

  ### 36. Has been good and an easy way to onboard new clients

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The ease of flow in building a template and reusing that for multiple onboardings. Easy to communicate and collaborate with the client.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Not sure at this point. Its been pretty seemless.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duplicating the process to onboard. Not having to second guess what needs to be done.

  ### 37. Continued Excellence - time and time again!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John K. | Onboarding Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2021

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX is so awesome! I love being able to reach out to the team when needed and receive great information, a friendly chat, or a think tank conversation by phone on how we can use the software to its full advantages. You simply can't beat this team when it comes to complimenting your business practices with their "Guided" solutions.

Update: I love chatting with the team - I know they want me to use the KB, but they are super friendly anytime I ask for help. Can't beat that type of service on demand.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Honestly, I can't think of any. We've been using this product for 2.5 years and never looked back. I should buy stock in this company; they are doing something I believe in. Improving the customer's experience

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuiceCX is the ONLY product we use today for all of our needs. We have inserted our calendar links, our contact info, and all our teams interactions, just in time for their task to be performed. They have turned us into a well-oiled machine.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi John,

Thank you for your outstanding review! Providing exceptional service and assisting our customers in achieving their goals is our top priority. Your commitment is greatly appreciated!

Your endorsement means a lot to us, and we're dedicated to continually improving the customer experience. If you ever have more insights, questions, or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  ### 38. One of the best Project Management / Collaboration tools I've used.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duke H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

At my previous job, I was exposed to GuideCX and created templates for the project types I was managing. When I left that company and came to my current company, I immediately recommended GuideCX (GCX) to be brought in to help standardize project. As Director of Implementation Services, I realized that the team that was now working for me did not have any standardized processes. We moved to GCX to solve that problem. We've created about 10 different templates, depending on the type of project. In addition we've added the Salesforce Integration that automatically alerts me when a new deal that will require the Implementation team and also Set up reporting for management right out of Salesforce with most recent updates. I have been toying around with Jira integration, and the problem was all us, not GCX - we had so many required fields, that it was blocking us from using our main Project in Jira. Those issues are resolved and I'm working on upgrading to V2 of Jira Integration.

The team at GCX is also very responsive and helpful in resolving issue or taking feedback on the product. Several of my request have either been implemented or plan for an upcoming release.

I'm happy to recommend GCX and I look forward to being a reference again in the future if needed.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The only downside I've seen is getting our external clients to sign on and use the tool, which is a limited number. Those that have loved it from everything being in one place and no lost emails or file transfers.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent Project execution and reporting to Sr. Management. We are considering Workflow and Time tracking as well.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Duke,

Thank you for your incredible review! We love hearing how GUIDEcx plays a vital role in standardizing and streamlining your project management and collaboration processes. We're delighted to hear that our team has been responsive and helpful in addressing your requests and feedback.

If you ever have more insights, questions, or need assistance, please feel free to reach out!

  ### 41. Project Managing with GuideCx

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert C. | Professional Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like that GuideCx allows me to create project milestones. Starting a project can be a bit challenging. There are so many things to discuss. Where do you start?! I like to start with my questionnaire as it helps to break the ice. I then transition into our GuideCx portal.

Our clients receive a link to the GuideCx portal that lets them see the milestones and the steps required in each. This gives our clients a level of control and visibility, so that they do not feel like they are being led blind.

On the project management side, it helps me to account for my time and notify stakeholders via messages directly related to their assigned tasks. These tasks help me to build my meeting agendas.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The notifications are needed as our clients should be notified when they fall behind on a project. But the messages can also get a bit noisy, and some clients begin to ignore them.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCx solves the problem of:
Note-taking: It is a great place to see notes related to the project and tasks.
Workflow management: I can look at GuideCx and instantly know what I have started working on with a client and what remains to be done. This helps with agenda setting.
Time management: The time management feature is easy to use and helps us to deduct time when working on hourly plans.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Robert,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on GUIDEcx! We're thrilled our platform is helpful for managing your projects and enhancing your client interactions.

We appreciate your feedback and are committed to continually improving GUIDEcx. If you ever have more insights or suggestions, please don't hesitate to share!

  ### 42. Very positive and helpful group all around! Great platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle G. | Client Concierge Service Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

They understood our pace for implementing a new software and worked around our needs and timeline. Great with feedback and updates. They are consistantly improving and make sure that our feedback on the platform is implemented, you receive opportunities to give suggestions on how the platform should work!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are so many great updates made to GuideCX it is sometimes hard to keep up with the great changes and keep your team current. They are very supportive to make sure we have the resource we need and the easiest way to update our team!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX is helping to standardize our business and put our client in direct view of our activities and theirs

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Michelle,

Thank you for your positive review! We're happy to work with you at the pace you need! Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for your team, and we're here to provide the resources and support. If any questions or insights pop up, don't hesitate to reach out.

  ### 43. Streamlined and focused our implementation efforts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajia H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The system is very easy to use and clear to keep up with. We have really enjoyed the ability to make many templates which has allowed us to offer different implementation programs to our user base. Communication with the team has been easy and effective for onboarding and learning expert Guidecx skills. GUIDEcx has allowed us to double our implementation capacity without adding members to our implementation team. It has been a great addition to our tech stack in the year we have been using it!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are some rigid rules for marking projects late and it has taken some finagling to understand the best way to organize our templates to make use of the different status options. The notes section can also be a little messy since there isn't a way to thread the conversations and with multiple PMs and company team members it can get very messy quickly.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our implementation users organized and everyone on our team informed on where they are in the process. This is way clearer than a couple competitors we have used in the past and it has allowed our team to focus on additional educational materials for our userbase.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Ajia,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on GUIDEcx! It's fantastic that you're finding value in our templates and that it has allowed you to expand your capacity without increasing your team size.

We've shared all your feedback with the product team. Feel free to reach out if you have more insights or questions.

  ### 44. Game changing customer and channel partner experience uplift

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Consistence and persistence across all engagements, PMs, and lines of business. It has great OTS integration with SFDC and a feature-rich API capability.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The ONLY thing I would like to see is a cleaner approach to large (50+ location) deployments. Being able to for example build a template and then define a location count and then have Guide build out a single project plan with all of the locations that roll up to a single Gantt. GuideCX team has been fantastic at getting outside of the box to help us address this need within our business and they have been a true partner. Looking forward to continuing to see good things from our deployment of Guide.
Additional Asks....
CSAT - Great that it is built in and that you can even define it down the the milestone/phase. But would like to see options to actually define multiple questions etc. Maybe even an NPS option as well?

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest challenge was ubiquitous communication between our internal folks, our channel partners, and our collective customers. Addressing the "what is going on with my order?" question that we used to hear numerous times in a day. Guide has helped us take much of this off the table and we just keep getting more and more data from the tool that is allowing us to focus on the constraints along our customer onboarding lifecycle.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Joel,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on GUIDEcx! We're delighted to hear that you've had a game-changing experience with our platform, particularly in terms of consistency, integration with SFDC, and our feature-rich API. We appreciate your feedback and shared with the product team. Please reach out if you have more insights or questions!

Your ability to collaborate with us on custom reports has been huge.

Appreciate the partnership between GuideCX and Aspire. We're all in this together. If I or anyone on my team can be of service, please let us know how we can help you.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Sometimes have speed issues when switching from report to report - I can live with it.

On reports, heavily suggest a filter for "NOT IN". For example, if you have a list of projects with mulitple tags, it would be nice to have an ability to add "NOT IN" to elimate anything with that tag.

We have let our GuideCX team know and am confident it will be added.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calrity in project progress.

Statuses really help, just want the "Not In" or "Does Not Apply" added to filter.

Holds our team and client accountable.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**
