I think the app could have a better user experience with sort and filter features. There's no search tab to look for someone, and it doesn't save searches when you're on them. I wish there was more integration with our ATS and automated requests to review you as the recruiter were automated at certain stages of the recruitment process to start getting that feedback so we can real-time understand how we're impacting their experience. I also wish their was an Account Management/Program Management version as I build a lot of relationships with candidates on my contracts/accounts, but may not directly be their recruiter. The candidate can give unsolicited honest feedback. Reviews should be based on actual working experiences rather than first impressions.

Additionally, when a candidate is transferred to a new recruiter due to staff changes, they may already feel frustrated about the transition.
