**What do you like best about Gleantap?**

I love how Gleantap makes my job much more easy and effective, significantly enhancing my work efficiency. The platform is pivotal in helping me segment interested clients, and it allows for creating highly customizable outreach strategies, tailoring communication to meet specific client needs. I particularly value the inbox feature, which facilitates organizing tasks and enables the assignment of responsibilities to appropriate staff members, fostering a well-coordinated workflow. This aspect of Gleantap ensures everything is organized in one place, enhancing team transparency and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Gleantap?**

I find that although Gleantap is continually improving with frequent updates, these updates are not always free from bugs. This can be a bit disruptive and requires some patience to deal with the inherent software glitches. Additionally, while the setup is fairly intuitive, there is still a noticeable learning curve which might pose a challenge for some users initially.

**What problems is Gleantap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gleantap to segment interested clients and create customizable outreach, making my sales processes more organized and efficient for my team.

I like that Gleantap is user-friendly and has a CRM component. It's easy to understand how to set up emails and systems. Also, the account associates we've been assigned are willing to help at the drop of a hat.

**What do you like best about Gleantap?**

Working with Gleantap has been an excellent experience. Their platform is easy to use, reliable, and has really helped streamline our member communication and engagement. The automation features save us a ton of time, the campaigns are simple to set up but very effective, and integration with our CRM has been seamless.

On top of that, their customer support team is fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us get the most out of the software. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients’ success.

Overall, Gleantap has been a great partner in helping us grow and stay connected with our members. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Gleantap?**

Most of Gleantap's features are fairly intuitive.  I personally found setting up some audience segments a little challenging, but that is probably due more to the way data flows out of our CRM then anything having to do with Gleantap.

**What problems is Gleantap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated workflows in combination with AI features allow us to react immediately to prospects which was not possible for us to do during off hours or periods when we are short staffed.  They also tremendously improve efficiency since many types of campaigns can now be automated. There are also tons of other features (like being able to copy content from one workroom to the other) that end up cumulatively saving a lot of time.

What we really appreciate is that we can retain our existing phone number while using a CRM that seamlessly connects with both our phone and SMS. Additionally, the integration with Mindbody is a great advantage.

**What do you dislike about Gleantap?**

Setting up forms can be a bit clunky and doesn't seem to be designed with the average user in mind.

Gleantap makes it easier to manage client communications by keeping everything in one place. Additionally, it offers a task feature that allows you to assign responsibilities to other team members.

We are still in the trial phase but we have every intention of continuing to move forward. I'm really most excited about the chat bot feature for the website in addition to the ai schedule and feature.

Onboarding has been a real headache, and the training has been poorly managed in general.

Our Gleantap experience has been smooth and helpful. It's made tracking, nurturing, and converting leads way more organized and effective!

Minor details like automatically checking in waiver submissions into our club management software.

**What problems is Gleantap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gleantap is solving the problem of leads getting lost or forgotten because it keeps everything in one place and automates the process. The flows make sure every lead gets the right mix of texts, emails, and reminders without me having to manage it all manually. This benefits me by saving time, keeping our outreach consistent, and increasing the quality of lead nurturing.

There isnt anything that is obviously an issue with Gleantap. We have been using them for years over other CRMs.

The customer support is extremely helpful. I freelance and my client uses them. We were having issues with segmentation and they went above and beyond outside of work hours to resolve for a time sensitive email.

No dislikes so far. Haven't encountered issues after a year of using.

Wish it was more intuitive for customers to create campaigns on our own.  This is the nature of this technology, its very granular.  Its not their fault, it is just very detail driven and difficult to implement on your owm.

I enjoy the ability to reach out to my customer base and send them info on promos and specials in order to get more business.

We are working with some ideas on filtering info from our database that isnt readily available yet.   Hopefully, Centeredge will collaborate with us and help us "glean" the info from the data in our system.

On the workflow screen the workflows lines should show they are connected to the next box if split above into yes and no. Can be a bit glitchy on flow screen and seeing it all in one window.

Customer Service is definitely one thing that stood out positively. Not only were they quick to respond, but also proactive in addressing any technical and marketing queries when we were trying the tool.

**What do you dislike about Gleantap?**

The platform could benefit from offering a free trial period and more custom reporting options. Other than that, nothing stands out. It's a promising tool that people should check out it suits their needs.

The following are the main problems we explored Gleantap to solve based on their abilities:
* Form and page creation capabilities for capturing leads and surveying customers.
* Review management to boost your online reputation.
* Automated or two-way text and email communication options.

Of the three, the main reason we trialled the tool was for the Automated or two-way text and email communication options. We wanted to see if there was the ability to smoothly integrate with our platform to add this functionality to our main offering.

The immediacy - engagement in a call-to-action from a text message is fast.

The character limit  - it can be challenging to keep the message under 160.

**Recommendations to others considering Gleantap:**

Don't limit your use to the just basic notifications or an occasional offer. Use the segmentation and targeting features of many of the platforms available. Set up custom lists. And use it!

Client notifications, lead generation, surveying, client loyalty, new customer development.
