What do you like best about Gleantap?

Working with Gleantap has been an excellent experience. Their platform is easy to use, reliable, and has really helped streamline our member communication and engagement. The automation features save us a ton of time, the campaigns are simple to set up but very effective, and integration with our CRM has been seamless.

On top of that, their customer support team is fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us get the most out of the software. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients’ success.

What do you dislike about Gleantap?

Most of Gleantap's features are fairly intuitive. I personally found setting up some audience segments a little challenging, but that is probably due more to the way data flows out of our CRM then anything having to do with Gleantap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
