Centeredge is great for tracking crowd control in a facility. Really helpful during Covid. The reporting aspects are also top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The worst 2 things are time clock integration and food and Bev control. Neither are very good. CE (Centeredge) cannot integrate with the best online scheduling platforms, which makes it a pain to input schedules twice. However, it does track hours well. finally, Food and Bev controls are clunky and not updated. No ability to use percentages and decimals in recipe building is very frustrating. It does not offer a way to access info at home regarding anything. I need to be able to access my schedule from home along with my hourd worked without having to drive all the way to work on a day i do not work in order to see when i am put on the schedule.
