One of the best tool to communicate with your team.
They have the best support team always get quick reply through mail and message on operational time.

Software can be complicated for the first time users but once you give time you become used to of it.

We have used Center Edge to many of clients in our agency to manage their POS and to communicate with their team and workflow.

It was very much helpful.Useful tool with very nice user interface. They give excellent support also.

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

Sometimes I have faced few bugs. That is it nothing more.

**What problems is CenterEdge Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier it was very difficult for us to change price according to the need, now this software madevit so easy to change pricings.
Now we are able to track our customers effectively. We are able to pull reports on sales and inventory whenever needed.

it offer secure payment solution for multi purpose uses. and also offer mentoring for the same. moreover, it is easy for set up and use.

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

its mainly focused on US region, must provide support beyond that too.

**What problems is CenterEdge Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it cover all the use aspect from retailer point of view, staring from classifying the item to adding up the bill. its helpful in enhancing my tally exprience.

Explored the POS solution from CenterEdge Advantage and found the retail POS has a good, easy-to-use interface and decided to go ahead

**What do you like best about CenterEdge Advantage?**

Centeredge is great for tracking crowd control in a facility.  Really helpful during Covid.  The reporting aspects are also top notch.

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

The worst 2 things are time clock integration and food and Bev control.  Neither are very good.  CE (Centeredge) cannot integrate with the best online scheduling platforms, which makes it a pain to input schedules twice.  However, it does track hours well.   finally, Food and Bev controls are clunky and not updated.  No ability to use percentages and decimals in recipe building is very frustrating.

**Recommendations to others considering CenterEdge Advantage:**

Perfect for entertainment, where crowd control matters.

**What problems is CenterEdge Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to book large groups and walk in clients, while maintaining control of population within the facility.  The POS is very easy to use on the front end, but can be complicated on the back end.

lots of glitches, system does not operate like it is supposed to, long wait times when calling center edge support

easy to find guests and staff to learn how to use

It makes it somewhat easy to let managers keep track of their employees time working and allows them to see how long they take on break. 

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

It does not offer a way to access info at home regarding anything. I need to be able to access my schedule from home along with my hourd worked without having to drive all the way to work on a day i do not work in order to see when i am put on the schedule.

Make sure there is another way to communicate schedules and other important things workers need to know

Helps make sure everyone arrives on time whether it is coming into work or clocking back in from break.

I love that if there's any issues we can contact tech support and they are quick to resolve and walk us through any issues to get us back on track.

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

The downside is we face multiple technical issues weekly.

If you are looking for a company that has amazing tech support and quick to get the job done then this is highly recommended.

Problems we generally face is our monitors not working and having to be reset constantly.

**What do you like best about CenterEdge Advantage?**

Ease of use for managers and employees in transactions, reports and set up of the system.  I have used many different pos systems at the various parks I have worked at, and this is by far the best I have encountered.  I especially love the inventory control, and the kitchen bump bar/printer capabilities.  Our employees are able to master the system fairly quickly, which helps to improve our capacities in our outlets.  A major plus is the ability to have automated upselling prompts on the screen.

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

I do not enjoy the fact that it is not a full package, but rather we need to purchase add-ons to the base package.  An example of this is I had looked at doing digital menu boards, but the cost of the software add-on was too high.  It would be great if the program had an option to create the menus to export.  

**Recommendations to others considering CenterEdge Advantage:**

This is a great product that is always being updated.  It has many powerful features to help a facility run much more efficiently and will make your life easier.

**What problems is CenterEdge Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CenterEdge provides me with a centralized system to see sales, attendance, and payroll in one screen.  We also use it for our group outings, which helps us plan much better.

**What do you like best about CenterEdge Advantage?**

It is very easy to use. Anyone can use it. You can just look at it and automatically know how to use it. Our company uses it on a daily basis and it gives us the tools we need to go about our every day tasks. 

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

The system takes a while to load and is very outdated, compared to other programs. It reminds of old computer programs from the early 2000's. It often bugs out at random times and there was one instance where it was hard to reach someone at Center Edge Corporate for assistance. 

**Recommendations to others considering CenterEdge Advantage:**

It's not a bad system to use, but it does need to be updated and fixed. The bugs are really inconvenient. Overall, it is outdated, but a very useful tool for employees.

It is very easy to use. Anyone can use it. It is clear and self explanatory, which is really great. 

It seems like it has not been updated in about 10 years, it takes forever to fully load and there are a lot of steps that you have to take before you can do any sort of action.

**What do you like best about CenterEdge Advantage?**

Ease of use and implementation. From an IT Perspective, the update process is probably one of the best and easiest I've worked with. Customer support is fantastic and is very knowledgeable about the product. They will do custom settings and reports for customers at a cost but the turn around is quick. If multiple customers ask for a feature, they look at the benefits and if valid they will add it to the next update without charging anyone.

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

I'd say the reporting could use a few more options and maybe the inventory process.

**Recommendations to others considering CenterEdge Advantage:**

If you are looking for an easy to use and manage software platform then CenterEdge is for you. The support and patch are outstanding.

New POS system with fantastic support and is very versatile. We now have a better overview of the daily business and better forecasting for our food stands. It has overall streamlined the entire process.

I love how easy it is to navigate the POS screen. It's very easy to edit and manage the buttons on the POS screen.

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

The only thing I dislike are all the updates, however, the updates are great at the same time because Centeredge is always making improvements.

It solves our POS purchasing problems. Makes it so easy to change pricings, track our customers, and pull reports on sales and inventory.

We’ve been using Centeredge for over 5 years now and my favorite feature is on-the-fly changes. We’ve been able to make changes for both in store and on web store items, prices and availability 

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

It does not look as flashy as some of the other available products and I’m not totally sure the price is as competitive as it could be

Do it. The best experience for us. 24/7 support and relatively free from bugs and crashes.

Start to finish POS, reporting, and integration to outside softwares like Quickbooks is appreciated.

It has different views such as today's events and a month calendar that displays the names of the groups/party bookings for easy access. 

**What do you dislike about CenterEdge Advantage?**

It can be slow and the report feature is overwhelming. Also it doesn't allow for us to implement a loyalty program in the point of sale portion.  

**Recommendations to others considering CenterEdge Advantage:**

I feel the system is dated and can use an update. Loyalty programs are very important and not being able to implement one is a huge business fail because retaining guests is very important especially in today's competitive market place.

We use it to book groups and parties, web bookings/ticket sales, and as a point of sale system.

It is amazing. Such an easy software and GREAT support.

Haven't found anything yet. If we ever have an issue they are very quick to make changes to over come the problem.

It is great. Not the cheapest POS program but it is worth the cost.

It is helping our POS issues. Streamline and training SOOO easy. It is great.
