What do you like best about Fortis?

The tight ERP integration is the big win. Fortis is built to sit neatly inside systems like NetSuite and Business Central, so payments, invoices, customer records, and reconciliation all stay connected. What do you like best about Fortis?

Fortis is the most complete payment and inventory system I have seen. The payment setup options are unique and allow us to be as specific as we want with patient care options, which is very convenient. Even better, the reporting options allow our team to track payments and ensure that every cent is accounted for, which in a busy practice has been a lifesaver! What do you like best about Fortis?

The Zeamster technology allowed for us as an ISO to leverage the Zeamster development team to assist in creating an integration specific to my company. This integration and others have put us in a situation of increased sales and newly found opportunity to get more merchant processing accounts through the technology channel.

In addition, the company is very agile and available for us to speak to whenever we have a potential POS/ISV that is interested in working with us. They will also move items up on their list from a enhancement perspective provided we have a good business case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fortis?

I would love if the product had the ability to tie into salesforce. I also hope they speed up the process of adding the "text message" feature for appointment setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
