The are general good but sometimes that is frustrating for customers **Recommendations to others considering Visual Matrix PMS:** Make sure you have numbers of your 3rd party vendors hand because visual matrix are not always able to handle questions **What problems is Visual Matrix PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We get our guest into the rooms quickly and are able to communicate efficiently in house ### 2. And anything you do while learning can be easily fixed if mistakes are made. **What do you dislike about Visual Matrix PMS?** Kinks in the system. It's not often but it can slow you down a little when it does happen. **What problems is Visual Matrix PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** After working on other hotel systems, I would definantly choose Matrix to work off of compared to the others. ### 3. It is very up to date with current technology and it looks appealing. **What do you dislike about Visual Matrix PMS?** If you are on the cloud version and you have too many tabs open and one expires you get logged out of every tab. There is also a glitch with creating a new reservation sometimes where you can't just cancel the reservation. You have to fill in data then cancel the reservation. **Recommendations to others considering Visual Matrix PMS:** It is very user friendly and easy to learn. **What problems is Visual Matrix PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease and speed of guest check in is increased, as well as integration of third party reservations. ### 4. This is totally user friendly and easy to learn. **What do you dislike about Visual Matrix PMS?** I seriously don't think of anything to dislike this PMS. Everything works great so far! **What problems is Visual Matrix PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does give me the ability to see the competitors' rate variance tracking, promotional campaigns, guests information, onboarding & more. therefore, more revenue for the company ### 5. I love how it has housekeeping information on hand and everyone’s information kept on file so we don’t have to keep entering guests information. **What do you dislike about Visual Matrix PMS?** Actually I have nothing I dislike about it. **Recommendations to others considering Visual Matrix PMS:** I would recommend it because I believe it’s the best PMS system out there! **What problems is Visual Matrix PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have already fixed and solved all problems. Right now we are updating to windows 10 so the visual matrix customer support is helping us tremendously with this issue. ### 7. The organization of the tabs were top notch. It is not confusing and the software itself runs very fast. We have not had a glitch at all. **What do you dislike about Visual Matrix PMS?** It was a little hard at first few days because we switched to Visual Matrix from the other software. **What problems is Visual Matrix PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are making room reservations, managing sales and revenues and scheduling housekeeper schedules with Visual.
