I wish there were more subtle ways to manage duplication rules so that both new and returning clients could fill out forms with equally successful results. Love how easy it is to set up forms with Formstack, and the logic capabilities are pretty good as well. It's making our team's efficiency and productivity increase exponentially, and ensures that information is being passed along in the processes exactly as submitted. There really need to be more customization of fields and logic, and it would be really nice if fields would take the place of hidden fields in the live form, rather than just having random empty spaces where hidden fields are (even though they're not showing). Don't love the limitations of calculations and logic. Would really love if I could use line items more easily in certain circumstances. Long forms kinda suck! Highly intuitive form-builder w/ lots of integrations. The Google Sheets integration is very helpful especially when pulling insightful data about form submissions. The integration between Formstack and Google Analytics is terrible. Google Analytics uses a FORM ID so it's hard to identify the form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Formstack allows you to "visually build" forms by dragging and dropping content (and with many "frequently used" content blocks already pre-built, such as "name", "email", fields). Integration ability with MailChimp. Payment and event planning capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Formstack is so simple and easy to use. We set up one form style, and most of the time build custom forms as we're using the product primarily for surveys. I love that all of the data is stored associated with the form, and we can repurpose the same form for months / years without the data moving. My only feedback would be that I love the graphs, and I wish there were additional formatting options available. Sometimes a bar or pie chart isn't quite the right fit to display our data. I love that in the individual submission viewer for matrix questions, you can visually see the matrix and how the customer responded to each question. It can be annoying when updating confirmation emails to have to update the code separately for each and every one. It would be awesome if there were templates that you could use on all your forms then you could update the header/footer for all emails at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
