I like that with Formstack, I can easily poll and get responses from the team and outside clients which helps us not only improve our scope but also increases engagement. One of the things I disliked most was the lack and hassle integration with other software. I need a software which I can connect and go , unfortunately I didn't find that with Formstack , however the software is decent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is horrible. It can take a week to get anything done. You have to email back and forth and the rep doesn't spend any effort on figuring it out. It also is glitchy sometimes you have to leave the page and come back in order for it to allow you to keep working. It will also move fields around on you for no reason. I love how easy Formstack is to use. Building forms is a breeze , the support is great, and we love that it integrates seamlessly with Unbounce to give us quality, high converting lead pages. We're happy with Formstack's functionality, however we're not a big fan of their updated Dashboard in the platform. We used to see a screenshot of big picture stats and our average conversion rate. Now we see a listing with each of our forms, but we don't feel like we're getting the value we used to get through this update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Takes a while to fix bugs in the system once they have been reported. E.g: We have been dealing with an SSO issue for some time now, it was fixed but another issue arose regarding SSO.

Limitations with Formstack workflow (e.g: not able to set triggers between steps, not able to stop a workflow if denied at any step before completion, no automatic pdf export, no flexibility in how exported pdf looks. I like being able to create different categories for each event, and have them come to different email address as far as who is running each individual event as a whole it is a user friendly software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While as a whole Formstack is user friendly as far as clicking though and buttons are clearly labeled, the nuts and bolts can be tedious. For example with logic I have to click close twice and go back and add though on each individually.
