Its digital signature capability is also very helpful. Other good aspects include demographic information options, and client contact info. **What do you dislike about Foothold Care Management?** The software could be improved by making it mobile friendly or by having the capability of group notes to show up in individual's chart. Also continue to having trainings on the software after important updates. **Recommendations to others considering Foothold Care Management:** Think about what functions you want/need for your organization. Foothold is more focused on case management, not medical documentation. **What problems is Foothold Care Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Foothold has been able to help case workers collaborate on clients' care by allowing providers to document smoothly.
