"Intuitive Fleet Tracking with Seamless Samsara and Fleetio Integration"
What do you like best about Fleetio?

I can track everything on my fleet, no matter where they are. The interface is very easy to understand, it is very intuitive. We use Samsara for GPS tracking and the integration with Fleetio keeps everything in place. All of the elements from the DVIR that are marked as wrong, are uploaded as issues automatically.

When services are done, I keep track of the history, this helps me understand the life of my vehicles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

Not too many things to dislike. I guess our biggest issue with the platform is that issues can be repeated and it doesn't recognize if there is an issue with the same name open for one vehicle. Sometimes, and this is rare, the system is slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fleetio?

In my role as a fleet maintenance manager, being able to quickly assign service tasks to technicians, integrate inventory by location, and add issues reported by drivers has improved our overall performance.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

What do you like best about Fleetio?

The best thing about Fleetio for me is how much time it saves I don’t have to manually track services or expenses anymore because everything is automated and easy to access whenever I need it and It also helps me stay proactive instead of reactive since I can catch issues early before they turn into bigger problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fleetio?

Fleetio is an intuitive platform that is competitively priced and integrates well with our other platforms including fuel cards, point of sale system and telematics. What do you like best about Fleetio?

I really like the simple and dynamic interface of Fleetio, it is really easy to use. The system's automation capability is impressive, acting as a "double-check" that allows me to manage all the necessary updates for each team on time. I particularly appreciate the renewal reminder system for documents and reports, as it saves me a lot of manual review time. The management of external suppliers is also noteworthy, as I can directly integrate workshop invoices into the asset history, giving me a complete view of maintenance. "Organize Logistics without Problems, but Needs Better Training"
What do you like best about Fleetio?

I like the traceability that Fleetio offers, as I can know who uses the chassis, who was the last to use them, and what problems they recorded. All the information is stored, which is crucial when you work with more than 20 people managing assets and more than 10 people coordinating them. The traceability ensures that everything is in one place and nothing is hidden, allowing us to act in an organized manner when we need to fix or document something. What do you dislike about Fleetio?

It's a lot of information at the same time, and it should be taught more on how to use it. It's not that simple and a good deepening is needed. I would have wished for more training. There are many options and slots to use, which is good, but we must learn to use the platform. What do you like best about Fleetio?

What is an extensive platform, and that covers its branches with many specifications, where a user can be created and users can use their assets in real time, their notes, and which equipment is OOS to be able to repair or not use it, implies that the operation becomes lighter day by day. What do you dislike about Fleetio?

I don't like that at the beginning it's a bit difficult to use... something good is that it's extensive, but you have to learn one way or another how to use it, no one explains it well to you and there are many options it has, hopefully its first entry to the platform could show more about its use, because if it's left to the user alone, it will be very difficult for them. What do you like best about Fleetio?

I find Fleetio's software and customer service fantastic. I love how they encourage continuing education through their webinars and academy because it feels like they really want you to succeed. I also appreciate their continuous improvements and the AI review for each service entry, which have been very helpful. The webinars have been very engaging and have helped me to be a better fleet manager. Setting up Fleetio was extremely straightforward, almost self-explanatory, so I didn't need someone to walk me through many steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

There seems to always be a clash for me with how issues turn into work orders. When that happens I can't figure out how to seamlessly integrate them with service orders, so sometimes inaccurate duplicates show up in my service history. Same orders can show up as a service entry AND a work order, so that's kind of confusing. I understand that there is value in having an issue automatically become a work order, but it then gets locked in as a work order. So when a shop fixes the issue, it comes in as a service entry. I can't 'solve' the issue manually once the service order is done because the issue is already a work order, so it would be nice if service entries gave you the capability to mark ALL issues as completed, even if it's currently a work order. What do you like best about Fleetio?

I find Fleetio very easy to use, which has been a huge benefit for us. Setting it up was fairly straightforward, allowing us to transition other departments onto it effortlessly. We can quickly get up and running as long as we have the right information. Once everything is set up, it doesn't require much attention, which is a big plus. We have just one staff member managing it, mostly handling invoices and tracking costs. This functionality helps us decide when equipment needs replacement by monitoring the equipment's depreciation and costs. The customer service is really good, and we had a great experience with the initial onboarding process. Overall, the ease of use for our staff with little to no training has been really good. What do you dislike about Fleetio?

One of the areas that we do see could use some improvement is the equipment part of Fleetio, in the sense of attachments and stuff that can be on machines that get signed out. What do you like best about Fleetio?

I love how Fleetio helps me keep up with maintenance, fuel, and GPS integration. The auto integration with the shop network is fantastic because it makes it easy to find good shops and get billed directly through the platform. I also think it's a really great system overall, and the customer support is amazing. Setting it up was pretty easy since it allows for mass uploading with Excel.
