**What do you like best about Firmable?**

I've continued to use Firmable regularly for prospecting, and what I appreciate most is how easy it is to find relevant companies without spending too much time filtering through unnecessary data. The interface is straightforward, the company information is generally accurate, and it's especially useful when I need quick insights for lead generation. It has become one of my go-to tools for building prospect lists efficiently.


**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

The platform works well for basic prospecting, but I would love to see more detailed company insights and broader coverage for mid-market businesses. Adding richer information such as technology stack, recent company updates, or additional contact details would make the tool even more valuable and reduce the need to use multiple platforms for research.


**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable helps me quickly identify and qualify the right companies in my target market without spending hours researching across multiple sources. **What do you like best about Firmable?**

Australian data quality is where Firmable really separates itself. We evaluated several platforms before landing here, and for domestic prospecting the difference in contact accuracy isn’t subtle. This data feels built for the Australian market, not adapted for it.

Search and filtering get you to the right contacts inside the right organisations quickly. There’s no need to start broad and cut down; you can go straight to the target.

The UI is clean and stays out of your way. You open it and get to work.

The HubSpot integration is seamless. Contacts move into our CRM without friction - no manual entry, no clean-up, and no lost momentum.

Performance is consistent: fast and reliable at volume. You notice quickly when a tool isn’t.

Pricing is another area where Firmable makes the decision easy. It’s exceptional value for the Australian market. You’re not paying a global enterprise price for a tool that treats ANZ as an afterthought.

Genuinely, there’s nothing significant to flag at this stage. Any minor gaps I’ve come across have been outweighed by the overall experience. Even more so, the team has been exceptional at ironing things out and explaining anything where I’ve had questions or small pain points. More often than not, it’s been user error on my side rather than anything platform-related.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting in the Australian market without reliable local data is a real time tax. You end up spending hours verifying contacts that should already be accurate, chasing leads that have moved on, and building lists that start eroding before you even get to use them. Firmable removes that burden entirely.

For us, the core challenge was scaling outreach without sacrificing quality. We needed to run targeted campaigns across government agencies, local councils, and private-sector organisations at the same time, with contact data accurate enough that we could trust it on first use. **What do you like best about Firmable?**

Firmable offers a great, interactive platform that’s easy to use and has been genuinely helpful for our business. The wide range of contact details available has made it much easier to reach the right people, and it has directly led to new business for us. In contrast, emailing the wrong contacts (or relying on a generic company “info” address) wouldn’t have delivered the same positive results.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

The only downside to Firmable is there can be some inaccuracies in their information. However, this has never been detrimental for us. They have emphasised that not all information can be accurate, and I do think it's important to double check certain details at times.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business' lead generation systems has gone a bit quiet recently. As such, we need to reach out to potential clients and source leads in other ways. Firmable is helping us refine companies and people to find the rigbt businesses and people to contact, helping us effectively acquire more business.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

What I like best about Firmable is how easy it makes it to find and qualify the right companies and decision-makers in the ANZ market. The data is clean, local, and actually relevant, which saves a lot of time compared to broader global tools.

For me, it’s been especially useful when building targeted outreach lists for partnerships, sponsors, and event attendees. Instead of guessing, I can quickly identify the right companies, understand their size, structure, and key contacts, and personalise my approach.

It’s become a core part of my workflow for prospecting and market mapping helping me move faster and have more meaningful conversations with the right people.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

One area for improvement would be the depth and consistency of contact data across some companies. While the platform is strong for ANZ-focused insights, there are times when key decision-maker details are either missing or not fully up to date, which can slow down outreach.

It would also be great to see more advanced filtering and segmentation options, especially for more specific GTM use cases like events, partnerships, or niche industry targeting.

Overall, the platform is very useful, but improving data completeness would make it even more powerful.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Firmable, a big challenge for us at LiveHaus was identifying and reaching the right companies and decision-makers for sponsorships, partnerships, and curated event audiences. A lot of it was manual, time-consuming, and often based on guesswork.

Firmable has helped us solve that by giving us access to clean, ANZ-focused company data and relevant contacts, which makes our outreach far more targeted and efficient. We can now quickly build high-quality lists for sponsors, speakers, and attendees based on industry, company size, and relevance.

As a result, we’ve been able to speed up our GTM efforts, improve the quality of conversations, and ultimately drive better outcomes for our events — whether that’s stronger sponsor alignment or more curated rooms. I really love that Firmable focuses on Australian companies and employees. The integration with HubSpot is really seamless, allowing me to flesh out company and contact details easily without leaving the HubSpot environment. I also like the industry insights and the ability to filter searches based on company software usage, media presence, and hiring status. The initial setup was super simple, like plug and play, and the team at Firmable was really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Some of Firmable's competitors have a pop-out within Chrome that you can use to pull data from anywhere. It would be good to improve Firmable's Chrome extension to really make that ease of use a lot better.

Firmable makes it much easier to find Australian contacts and flesh out account details within HubSpot, speeding up processes significantly.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

I work in HR, and I find using Firmable to be great for the convenience of contact details. My account manager, Tom, is the best—very helpful. Even when there's an issue, like a discrepancy in details, the review appeal process is quick and efficient, often providing me with another number or a credit if needed. Firmable shows me the phone number of who I want to talk to, which solves my problem. The software is user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate. I also appreciate the good credit system and am a big fan of the chatbot on the website, which feels human at times. The signals feature is not bad, offering a nice piece of extra information. The initial setup was simple, and I really love using it. It ties in nicely with other products I use.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

The integration with JobAdder is not working well. It hardly works most times, and when you hit the JobAdder button, it just adds the contact but doesn't put them in the company. Even when you create the company from Firmable and then add the contact, you go on JobAdder, and it's still not there.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable conveniently solves my problem of accessing contact details, especially phone numbers, enhancing my work in HR.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

So far, it's the friendly, informative and accessible customer service and the platform and extension search features. I've been able to source a good proportion of numbers I have not been able to find elsewhere. The product is easy to use and loads quite quickly. The AI search is a good feature too and look forward to this being upgraded.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Although it's a great additional feature, there’s currently an issue when I request contact details. After a request, I only receive an email with successful details, and it often arrives after a long delay (a day or more). My understanding was that the dashboard should show a signal or indicator with the status/results of my request, rather than leaving me waiting without any clear update. 

The AI capability is great feature, but could be improved. I look forward to the filters evolving, eg. min. years in industry/company. 

Regarding pricing, a monthly subscription would be appreciated for plans other than the Individual/Basic. Whilst understandably Firmable would prefer customers to pay annually, I'm surprised also at how much more the monthly subscription charge is in proportion to the annual amount.

Sourcing candidate details more efficiently, and I can access company information in one convenient place.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

I find Firmable really easy to use, especially for finding relevant contact information. The contact database is particularly rich for Australia and New Zealand, making it great for accessing mobile numbers and plentiful email addresses. This has been a significant improvement over other providers we've used in the past. I also appreciate that Firmable makes it easy to access information on key decision-makers, allowing us to quickly reach the most important people. The setup was straightforward, and it's quite easy to integrate, thanks to the moderately good APIs offered.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

One part of the platform that could be improved is the intent signals. Some of the other platforms do have it available, and it's a lot more convenient from both a setup and UI perspective. It feels like there's a bit of a hacky workaround to get the same level of insight from Firmable. It would be nice if it was easier. Also, the platform indicates API coverage is not available for all of the databases. We could tap into it for Australia, but accessing the New Zealand database wasn't readily available via the API.

I use Firmable for B2B company and prospects identification, leveraging insights like ICP and Technographics. It simplifies finding relevant contact info, especially in Australia and New Zealand, with a rich database of mobile numbers and emails, saving time and effort in reaching key decision-makers.

I like how Firmable saves me a lot of time with prospecting and data gathering. The support from the Firmable team is excellent; when contact details aren't readily available, I can easily request them, and they work hard to provide what I need. The platform's ability to access or request reliable contact details quickly keeps our outreach on track without any delays, which is critical. The responsiveness of the Firmable team gives me confidence that I can rely on the platform. The initial setup was very easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

One area that could be improved is the precision of search results, particularly when filtering by specific job titles. I've found that unrelated or loosely matched titles can still appear, which means I need to manually review contacts to ensure they're relevant. At times, some data can be outdated or incomplete, which requires a bit of additional verification before outreach. Improvements to filtering accuracy and data freshness would make the platform even more efficient.

I really appreciate Firmable's large database and good taxonomy, as it's incredibly hard to obtain B2B data in NZ. I love that I can download data directly without needing to email a request and wait for a response, which is a huge time-saver, especially when I'm on a tight deadline. It's great to be able to just log in and ascertain how many people we can survey and the cost immediately. I find the site user-friendly, which enhances the experience significantly. The simple setup, which only required a 30-minute tutorial, was very efficient. I also value their flexibility in offering plans suitable for customers like me who don't need a regular monthly volume, and the ability to interact with the data directly adds substantial value.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Their plans are more set up for regular users who want so many per month. But they have been good at giving customers like me, a flexible option.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Firmable to source hard-to-obtain B2B data in NZ. It has a large database and good taxonomy. I can download data directly, without needing to wait, and it helps me quickly ascertain my client's survey and cost requirements, meeting tight deadlines.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

I really like Firmable's brand positioning. The tech and platform have plenty of depth, and I appreciate the easy UI and super UX. I love the integrations and plug-ins. It's super easy to find who I need when I need them, and creating dashboards and groups is straightforward. It's also easy for me to explain to my team members how to use it. The experience is great overall. Firmable increases my productivity and efficiency, allowing me to double my workload and get more done in less time. The initial setup was incredibly easy and straightforward, and we were up and running within minutes. I also had a really positive experience dealing with the Firmable team. The sales process was clear and practical, and Jake took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, making the next steps easy, even with some negotiation.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

At this stage, I'm having some troubleshooting with the search. If I look up a specific business, I know I found it before on Firmable. Then if I look for it again, it either just doesn't pick it up at all. I'll either have to refresh or log in, log out. Another workaround is using the quick lookup to get better results, but it's far and few between. The logging in and logging out isn't the best experience, but it happens probably one out of five times.

Firmable helps me quickly segment sectors and find key stakeholders, saving time. It boosts productivity and efficiency, allowing me to double my workload. I use it with Salesforce to enhance my contact strategy across multiple verticals in the ANZ market.

I like how Firmable has the API connection, so it just shows up once I search any website. And also how accurate it is. It's really easy to use; you can open someone's website and immediately the Firmable icon is there, and you can click it to see who works in that organization. The setup was extremely easy, especially with Tim helping me do it over Microsoft Teams.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Some contacts, not very often, but maybe one in every 20. So it is pretty rare. One in every 20 contacts I call they don't actually still work at the company anymore. They've moved on, and some of them have not been at the company for over a year. So would be great if it was more up to date.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Firmable for finding mobile numbers and email addresses for clients. I like its API connection, making details show up instantly when I search any website, and its accuracy is impressive.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

I really like how intuitive the system is to use. It's quite user-friendly. The request details feature is really handy, and the team is quite responsive, usually getting back the details you request within twenty-four hours. This responsiveness allows us to contact more people in our desired industries. Also, onboarding was very easy, and the support has been great ever since. I think Firmable has been the best among the competitors I've used, like RocketReach and Lusha, especially in customer service and accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

When we first started using Firmable, there was some more API integration that we would have liked in our CRM, but that all seems to be moving along nicely as well.

Firmable saves me time by eliminating the need to manually find people's details, helping bypass office gatekeepers. It allows my team more time for making calls instead of searching for contact details.

Love that the contacts are upto date and perfectly detailed and layered. The UI is clean and slick. The new Signals and AUI features make a huge difference. The platform integrates with PIPEDRIVE which is a huge plus. The cost is fairly reasonable for what you get, although I'd prefer more credits! Support is immediate and helpful. Didnt require any training!

The platform is fast, responsive and i've experienced no down time.

Wish it was a bit cheaper! But honesltly no real complaints.

I love how easy it is to use, and the automation, speed for outbound outreach, and the quality of data are all super helpful, enabling me to get more done in my day and improve my outreach. The initial setup was very quick and easy.

It can seem a little overwhelming at first, but the support team really helps with that. Maybe more videos you can watch at your own pace, but I could be wrong and not looking in the right place.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

When I first started working with Firmable, Oscar gave me a really informative demo and made the sign-up process incredibly easy. Since joining, I’ve found the platform straightforward to use, and I like how granular you can get with the prospect groups you want to target. The integration with Hubspot has also made things much easier.

Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve used the chatbot, which is genuinely helpful. What stands out even more, though, is that a real person, Elliot, has followed up straight away each time to make sure I’m happy and to check whether I need any extra support. For me, the data, usability and customer service is unmatched in Australia and I would recommend to anyone.

I like Firmable's ease of use, with a really nice and intuitive interface that's quite interactive. The dropdown boxes make it easy to navigate. Firmable has some sophistication behind its machine learning, constantly learning, which is really cool. I appreciate its ongoing release of new functionality and the fact that the team seems to be constantly working on new stuff. The support is really good, particularly our support guy, Jesper, who is always proactive in helping us get the best functionality and use out of it. The ability to find people is probably the biggest benefit for me.

There's a feature where you have to click to request an email address, and you don't know whether it's actually been accepted or not.

I like the phone book in Firmable, especially how it integrates with LinkedIn for easy connects. The AI feature is also very good for finding phone numbers. I use the AI for company searches, which gives me detailed information about companies. The clear filters help me find the exact details I want. Also, the initial setup was quite easy, definitely a five out of five.

I'm disappointed that Firmable has a limit on data download access. Sometimes the emails and specific contact details aren't correct. I had about 20% of emails that ended up undelivered and bounced back because the people had already left the company, so the emails are not up to date.

I like that the information on Firmable is 90% acurate. Given people move around a lot within any industry, I get that it's difficult to be 100% accurate. Firmable is efficient at providing the information I need for my process and I appreciate that it displays 'do not call' numbers.

Some of the information isn't always correct. Sometimes it has been replaced with an old phone number or an old email, or an incorrect email. It would be better to have no email or phone number than to have random, incorrect contacts and saves the pain of ringing / emailing someone and having an awkward conversation.

I like the interface of Firmable; it's really user-friendly and fast. It works really well for what I need. I also like the lists function, building out the list and then pumping those over into a Google Sheet is quite beneficial for us.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

I think the business that we're in, is not probably the biggest target for Firmable. So there's often context that we try and get that. They're not readily available. We primarily work with sporting clubs, professional, semiprofessional, and amateur, but then also high schools, universities, and other programs, some gyms as well. So, yeah, often the information that we're trying to find is not readily available for a lot of the contacts that we need. The other thing is, like, the search functionality is not great for us. Again, just due to the nature of the business. It would be good if the integration with Salesforce could link straight into the organization so we didn’t have to then push it to Salesforce and then add it to an organization. It'll be good if that happened in one kind of workflow. Maybe the AI could determine the organization from the organization's name.

Firmable helps me quickly access necessary context, like contact information, especially with high schools where staff can be hard to reach. It aids in following up on unpaid accounts and finding new contacts if someone leaves a program.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

What’s not to love about Firmable? As a local Aussie product, its customer support is responsive, and the data available on the platform is far superior to what we’ve found on ZoomInfo and Lusha for our region. The tool is user-friendly, and because creating lists is so fast, our team now turns to Firmable much more often. In fact, we trust the data so much - especially the do not call function - that we’ve stopped using the other tools altogether. Firmable has enabled us to generate over $2 million in pipeline from outbound activities in just a few short months. There is also a great roadmap of features planned which is exciting!

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

It may be a bit expensive for smaller teams, but this isn't a major concern since it essentially pays for itself.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable enables us to quickly and easily access customer data, which we can then integrate into our outbound sequences to identify and qualify opportunities for the sales team. The availability of local data is especially important for the Australian market, which is why we prefer Firmable over other tools like ZoomInfo and Lusha.

I like Firmable for its simplicity and how the team is easy to deal with. Finding contact details through Firmable really cuts down a heap of my time trying to find them myself, making life simple. The initial setup was relatively easy, and the Business Development Manager took his time to run me through how to work it, which I found helpful.

Some of the details on contacts were incorrect. Or phone numbers were for other people within an organization.

I like Firmable for its cost and simplicity. I appreciate the lists and the data it provides. The search filtering for finding ICP is particularly valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Some of the lists and moving between them is annoying, the chat box can't be moved so covers areas. The contacts also don't sync with companies either which is annoying. Integration to HubSpot was a bit annoying.

I use Firmable for searching and filtering to find ICPs, gather emails, LinkedIn, and company profiles.
