What do you like best about Firmable?

When I first started working with Firmable, Oscar gave me a really informative demo and made the sign-up process incredibly easy. Since joining, I’ve found the platform straightforward to use, and I like how granular you can get with the prospect groups you want to target. The integration with Hubspot has also made things much easier.

Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve used the chatbot, which is genuinely helpful. What stands out even more, though, is that a real person, Elliot, has followed up straight away each time to make sure I’m happy and to check whether I need any extra support. For me, the data, usability and customer service is unmatched in Australia and I would recommend to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firmable?

The accuracy of the local data is standout, but what really makes the platform work for us is the efficiency of the workflows. I recently had a session with Elliot McDonald, who showed me how to move away from a slow, manual enrichment process to a bulk "Data Exchange" workflow. We were able to process about 240 companies at once rather than going through them one by one. It’s a massive time-saver for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmable?

The initial HubSpot enrichment setup can be a bit tricky. The UI for field mapping is quite long because it lists duplicate fields for different territories, and it wasn’t immediately clear that I needed to delete unmapped fields rather than just selecting "Don't Sync" to move forward. What do you like best about Firmable?

I like the interface of Firmable; it's really user-friendly and fast. It works really well for what I need. I also like the lists function, building out the list and then pumping those over into a Google Sheet is quite beneficial for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmable?

I think the business that we're in, is not probably the biggest target for Firmable. So there's often context that we try and get that. They're not readily available. We primarily work with sporting clubs, professional, semiprofessional, and amateur, but then also high schools, universities, and other programs, some gyms as well. So, yeah, often the information that we're trying to find is not readily available for a lot of the contacts that we need. The other thing is, like, the search functionality is not great for us. Again, just due to the nature of the business. It would be good if the integration with Salesforce could link straight into the organization so we didn’t have to then push it to Salesforce and then add it to an organization. It'll be good if that happened in one kind of workflow. Maybe the AI could determine the organization from the organization's name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With regards to the Salesforce query around linking a person record to the relevant organization on Salesforce, this is possible via a workflow on Salesforce.

What do you like best about Firmable?

I use Firmable for running B2B appointment setting campaigns, and it helps us identify prospects that fit our clients' ICP. I appreciate its strong focus on Australian data, accounting for local nuances, specific data points, and providing accurate mobile number information. The local support, especially from Elliot, has been great, offering quick responses and bespoke support when needed. The team has been agile and worked closely with me, even building custom searches on my behalf for more complex data briefs, which I can then self-segment. I also like that they are continuously improving the platform, regularly updating the interface, and adding new features. What do you like best about Firmable?

What’s not to love about Firmable? As a local Aussie product, its customer support is responsive, and the data available on the platform is far superior to what we’ve found on ZoomInfo and Lusha for our region. The tool is user-friendly, and because creating lists is so fast, our team now turns to Firmable much more often. In fact, we trust the data so much - especially the do not call function - that we’ve stopped using the other tools altogether. Firmable has enabled us to generate over $2 million in pipeline from outbound activities in just a few short months. There is also a great roadmap of features planned which is exciting! What do you like best about Firmable?

I like/frequently use the "quick lookup" feature

I appreciate that the data system is filtered for Australian-only data, and I also find the short summary of the company useful when prospecting

It's also easy to identify which users are on the DNC register and the "request email/number" function is very handy if the data isn't readily available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmable?

I find that a lot of the data is dated or incorrect.

I also find it challenging to search for exactly what I'm looking for. For example, when searching by ABN, you can't find company data unless the spaces in the ABN are removed.

I've also tried searching for companies with no success, however, when searching for an employee's name, I can then navigate from that page to the linked company.

It's usually only the trading name that can be used for a search function as well - unless I'm doing something wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firmable?

A) It is about 150% more accurate than the software I had previously subscribed to

B) The service (when I had really expected none, which is what I was used to) has been SPECTACULAR to say the least. I have had calls to resolve issues, I have repsonses when I asked for additional data, and the courteous, friendly and helpful nature of ALL the people so far has been a breath of fresh air. What do you like best about Firmable?

Quick setup and implementation to accessing a large employer base to connect with contacts as key decision makers and saves alot of administration burden fact finding contact details. Easily integrates with CRM's data set. Valuable data centre and ability to extract bulk contact list to support e-DM campaigns.
