What do you like best about Firmable?

What’s not to love about Firmable? As a local Aussie product, its customer support is responsive, and the data available on the platform is far superior to what we’ve found on ZoomInfo and Lusha for our region. The tool is user-friendly, and because creating lists is so fast, our team now turns to Firmable much more often. In fact, we trust the data so much - especially the do not call function - that we’ve stopped using the other tools altogether. Firmable has enabled us to generate over $2 million in pipeline from outbound activities in just a few short months. There is also a great roadmap of features planned which is exciting! What do you dislike about Firmable?

What do you like best about Firmable?

I like/frequently use the "quick lookup" feature

I appreciate that the data system is filtered for Australian-only data, and I also find the short summary of the company useful when prospecting

It's also easy to identify which users are on the DNC register and the "request email/number" function is very handy if the data isn't readily available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmable?

I find that a lot of the data is dated or incorrect.

I also find it challenging to search for exactly what I'm looking for. For example, when searching by ABN, you can't find company data unless the spaces in the ABN are removed.

I've also tried searching for companies with no success, however, when searching for an employee's name, I can then navigate from that page to the linked company.

It's usually only the trading name that can be used for a search function as well - unless I'm doing something wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firmable?

A) It is about 150% more accurate than the software I had previously subscribed to

B) The service (when I had really expected none, which is what I was used to) has been SPECTACULAR to say the least. I have had calls to resolve issues, I have repsonses when I asked for additional data, and the courteous, friendly and helpful nature of ALL the people so far has been a breath of fresh air. What do you like best about Firmable?

Quick setup and implementation to accessing a large employer base to connect with contacts as key decision makers and saves alot of administration burden fact finding contact details. Easily integrates with CRM's data set. Valuable data centre and ability to extract bulk contact list to support e-DM campaigns. What do you dislike about Firmable?

What do you like best about Firmable?

Firmable is great if you want quick, no-fluff prospecting their data is pretty clean, and I love how simple it is to filter by industry, company size, and location without drowning in too many options. The platform feels lightweight but still gives you solid company intel (ABN, size, revenue estimates) so you can qualify faster and move on to outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmable?

Sometimes the data can feel a bit limited especially for mid-market companies where I’d like more detailed insights like tech stack, recent news, or decision-maker contact info. What do you like best about Firmable?

Firmable has made it much easier for our team to get accurate, up-to-date contact data at scale. The integration into our workflow is smooth, and the quality of data has been consistently higher than other enrichment tools we’ve trialed. It’s saving us time and helping reps focus on the right conversations. The user interface could be a little more intuitive—sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to get what you need. What do you like best about Firmable?

We were recommended to Firmable by a competitor to better suit our needs when they could not supply what we wanted. It's great. Very up to date as most people keep their LinkedIn profiles current, and if they details aren't correct Firmable will research or refund such contacts. Ability to be able to target specific people is a real plus, and very important. Better questions (sort criteria) provide better answers (lists). Took us a few small test runs to really understand some of the possibilities, but we're getting there. And Firmable continues to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmable?

The separation between company and contact. Your need to buy each list separately to get full details on either. We believe that people have relationships with people, so we always search for people, and more information on the company at the time of download would put things into better context. Of course there's just enough cross-over information to make a connection between the two, but it would be good to have more of the other when getting the list, or even being able to pay more for a more inclusive list and not have to produce two lists then try and marry them together.
