I find Firmable really easy to use, especially for finding relevant contact information. The contact database is particularly rich for Australia and New Zealand, making it great for accessing mobile numbers and plentiful email addresses. This has been a significant improvement over other providers we've used in the past. I also appreciate that Firmable makes it easy to access information on key decision-makers, allowing us to quickly reach the most important people. The setup was straightforward, and it's quite easy to integrate, thanks to the moderately good APIs offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Firmable? One part of the platform that could be improved is the intent signals. Some of the other platforms do have it available, and it's a lot more convenient from both a setup and UI perspective. It feels like there's a bit of a hacky workaround to get the same level of insight from Firmable. It would be nice if it was easier. Also, the platform indicates API coverage is not available for all of the databases. We could tap into it for Australia, but accessing the New Zealand database wasn't readily available via the API. I like the phone book in Firmable, especially how it integrates with LinkedIn for easy connects. The AI feature is also very good for finding phone numbers. I use the AI for company searches, which gives me detailed information about companies. The clear filters help me find the exact details I want. I'm disappointed that Firmable has a limit on data download access. Sometimes the emails and specific contact details aren't correct.
