"Firm Believers in Firmable"
What do you like best about Firmable?

What’s not to love about Firmable? As a local Aussie product, its customer support is responsive, and the data available on the platform is far superior to what we’ve found on ZoomInfo and Lusha for our region. The tool is user-friendly, and because creating lists is so fast, our team now turns to Firmable much more often. In fact, we trust the data so much - especially the do not call function - that we’ve stopped using the other tools altogether. Firmable has enabled us to generate over $2 million in pipeline from outbound activities in just a few short months. There is also a great roadmap of features planned which is exciting! What do you dislike about Firmable?

It may be a bit expensive for smaller teams, but this isn't a major concern since it essentially pays for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient B2B Lead Generation with Room for Niche Filtering"
What do you like best about Firmable?

What I appreciate most about Firmable is how well it streamlines targeted B2B lead generation for our arts and crafts manufacturing, especially when reaching retailers, interior designers, hospitality clients, and distributors across Germany and Europe. It saves our team countless hours that we previously spent manually researching companies, verifying contact details, and filtering for businesses that actually fit our product focus in decorative crafts and artisanal goods. The data quality is reliable, so we don’t waste time on outdated emails or disconnected phone numbers. I also really value how easy it is to build focused prospect lists based on region, industry, and company type. This lets us prioritize genuine wholesale and B2B partners instead of chasing unqualified leads. For a mid-sized manufacturing business like ours, that efficiency directly translates to more consistent outreach and stronger sales pipeline growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmable?

While Firmable excels at filtering by standard demographics like industry and region, I've found it challenging to narrow down prospects for our niche artisanal glass and metal craft products. We frequently target specialized interior designers, boutique home decor stores, and luxury hospitality clients that cater to unique, handcrafted goods. However, the platform lacks specific sub-industry filters (e.g., 'Art Glass,' 'Craftsmanship,' 'Boutique Retail') or the ability to save custom filters for recurring, hyper-specific searches. We often have to manually sift through results to exclude mass-produced goods competitors, which adds extra steps to our prospecting process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
