Some data can be wrong at times but this is to be expected given then have over 10M

Easy UX, can request peoples email address and phone number if not available, and easy to narrow down your search

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Sometimes I search for a company and I cant find it, and then I search for the CEO of that company, and I can find the person, and then click through to the company by going through their profile.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to create leads lists of people to contact to sell to, I also use it to understand the structure of a business

The quality of the data is the best I've seen in-market. Very reliable results.

Integrations still a WIP but manageable.

Making it simple to source high-quality data in one move instead of multiple enrichments and workarounds.

Initially, Firmable did not pass our security clearance, but they have updated it so all is fine. No dislikes

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

Firmable provides quality data for Australian Market.  It is very easy to use, realiable B2B database.
The filters are very easy to use and has many options to search.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

The downloading the information is not on the same page as the search results are.  Its a two step process, where we need to store our search data and then download the data into a spreadsheet.

Looking for list of decision makers and Firmable helps us to find it.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

Firmable contains a surprising amount of data on businesses in Australia. From people data to the tech platform local companies are built on, I have found building prospect lists to return more relevant results vs international "data" companies.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

When I first started using the platform I noticed there a few people issues in the data. Recently that data has been updated and appears significantly more accurate.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable is capturing and presenting relevant people, technology and industry data in a way that allows me to search and generate accurate target lists for sales teams.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

A brilliant resource for Australian B2B data, with practical and insightful data and segmentation opportunities.

From slicing by demographics to firmographics - the biggest limitation is a closed mind about what you can do. Also loving the HubSpot integration

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

It's great for Australia, and I'd love to see this spread for NZ businesses, or have a filter for businesses that also operate overseas

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had issues with incomplete data sets or information not being up to date. We were able to both enrich data as well as size up new market opportunities.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

It's the only paltform where we could find data for our ICP as we serve the SME market and all other platforms that we have reviewed or used did not even have the data that we were after.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Nothing at all! The team is very responsive and has also helped us in data that we needed for our specific use-case.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable is used for idenitfying leads and their contact data for us to run marketing campaigns. We find the data is of very high quality.
We have also started using Firmable for market sizing to get a view of the TAM as we are a very horizintal product and knowing which segments to focus on is quite important to us.

They have a really nice integration with HubSpot, both for pushing in contacts and enriching an existing database.

Their focus on being a niche provider in Australia means they are the go to for Aussie companies.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Enrichment within HubSpot isn't always available, but am sure that will pickup over time.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building lists of ICP prospects for clients and validating and enriching databases for Australian companies.

This is the most comprehensive data source I've seen for the Aussie market. Really good mobile phone data coverage.

The specific industry filtering they have is also a game changer. Being able to filter companies based on licenses and specific sub verticals is very helfpful

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Lack of csv upload / enrich is a problem - but I think it's on the roadmap

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact data coverage is the lifeblood of our business. If we can't find a prospects email address or phone number we can't sell to them. Firmable has opened up our TAM due to the extended data coverage they provide

An accurate database with thousands of useful data points that can target any customers you're looking for. Any issues / requests have been resolved quickly by their amazing team.

The system can be a little over complicated to get used to. But once you're in, you're in.

Generating leads for my business. Accurate data is paramount to saving time and money through lead generation and cold outreach.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

Firmable is my go to for prospect contact details. It is always accurate with a large database across a mix of different busines sizes.
When contact details have been unavailable the Firmable team are always responsive and normally quick at getting details.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Sometimes industry tags can be in accurate, this isn't a major issue more just annoying at times.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable is helping me get contact deatils for prospects, it has always been accurate and has a suprisingly large data base.

Love how granular the data is for the australian b2b marketplace. Things like an NDIS registry, and government data help you get very targeted lists. Plus the cleanliness of the data, and the local Aussie support that will assist you, you don't get that from other providers.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Haven't encountered any major issues, as the product continues to grow new data sets and more integrations will only make the platform better.

Firmable is a data service that has pulled through with quality data when  other providers have let us down. If you want to be speaking to more prospects in the APAC region, Firmable can help with that.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Nothing to dislike that I'm aware of apart from the already mentioned CSV import and API integration.

Helping me find quality phone numbers in the APAC region, particularly mobiles.

I've enjoyed the reporting feature most as I can see size and shape of industries with great filters around size, revenue, etc.
I also love the individual look up.

The data is improving all the time, but it is annoying finding information missing

User friendly interface and really easy to setup and use. The database is quite comprehensive and is exportable.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

If you're an agency it doesn't yet have the ability to manage multiple accounts at once on behalf of your client base.

Finding complete contact information of key stakeholders at companies and assessing addressable market sizes
