I like Firmable because it has the most up-to-date relevant database of contacts for our region. This makes Firmable absolutely critical for us. Other providers have patchy details specific to our region. Firmable is far superior in this regard. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy and fast.

Nothing yet, Firmable is great!

Firmable helps us find contacts and businesses, sharing their details. It provides an up-to-date, relevant database for our region, superior to other options.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

I like/frequently use the "quick lookup" feature
I appreciate that the data system is filtered for Australian-only data, and I also find the short summary of the company useful when prospecting
It's also easy to identify which users are on the DNC register and the "request email/number" function is very handy if the data isn't readily available

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

I find that a lot of the data is dated or incorrect. 
I also find it challenging to search for exactly what I'm looking for. For example, when searching by ABN, you can't find company data unless the spaces in the ABN are removed. 
I've also tried searching for companies with no success, however, when searching for an employee's name, I can then navigate from that page to the linked company. 
It's usually only the trading name that can be used for a search function as well - unless I'm doing something wrong.

Obtaining the direct emails/phone numbers of decision-makers/gateway stakeholders within an organisation

I like the easy way Firmable searches and the accuracy of the ANZ contacts. It helps us find contacts relevant to our ICP and enables us to be more targeted and strategic in our sales outreach.

The flyout integration doesn't work very well. The SE Asia contacts are lacking.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

A)  It is about 150%  more accurate than the software I had previously subscribed to
B) The service (when I had really expected none, which is what I was used to) has been SPECTACULAR to say the least.  I have had calls to resolve issues, I have repsonses when I asked for additional data, and the courteous, friendly and helpful nature of ALL the people so far has been a breath of fresh air.

As with all these types of services,, the data is constantly changing, and there are some errors

Firmable is helping me to find the right people and to establish contact with them.  It is helping to grow our business and, just as importantly. it is assisting those who I contact to improve their own business performance.

Firmable is the most powerful lead generation tool available to NZ sales people.  The performance, data, and AI intelligence are invaluable.

I haven't found a thing I dislike about Firmable.

As a business development manager, I am using Firmable to locate the right contacts to connect with.  We struggled with other platforms on offer to the New Zealand region.  The AI summaries for the businesses have been very helpful.

Honestly, the biggest problem it solved for me was the endless hours I used to spend just trying to find the right person to contact. Before Firmable, I'd go down rabbit holes. LinkedIn, company websites, random databases and half the time the data was either outdated or just wrong.

Quick setup and implementation to accessing a large employer base to connect with contacts as key decision makers and saves alot of administration burden fact finding contact details. Easily integrates with CRM's data set. Valuable data centre and ability to extract bulk contact list to support e-DM campaigns. It's a daily tool as one source of truth for contacts, Firmable has been very responsive on turnaround time on customer support

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Some contacts in the data, not updated which can at times create uncomfortable contact engagement. Some contacts that appear in the company profile on LinkedIn, are not captured in Firmable data.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to update our existing customer contacts as many key contacts can change roles without acknowledgement, so Firmable was able to provide a gateway to upload customer list to extract relevant key contacts within the customer list for us as a prompt call to action. Great tool to have adhoc

Good coverage of data for Australia and New Zealand accounts. Nice and clean UI for reps and powerful persona and account targetting

As we have another provider globally we haven't been able to prioritise integration with Salesforce. Hopeful to get that in the next FY

Access to a locally relevant dataset at an acceptable price point. The onboarding needed to be low lift given our set up is based out of the UK and that was well managed by the AU team

Firmable has made it much easier for our team to get accurate, up-to-date contact data at scale. The integration into our workflow is smooth, and the quality of data has been consistently higher than other enrichment tools we’ve trialed. It’s saving us time and helping reps focus on the right conversations. Customer support is incredible, and love that you can make bespoke asks for the team, and they are almost always addressed within 24 hours!

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

The user interface could be a little more intuitive—sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to get what you need. Search filters could also be more flexible (e.g., combining multiple parameters without workarounds), and or workflow triggers and alerts when someone changes role etc

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable is solving the challenge of finding accurate, complete prospect data for the ANZ market. Other global tools tend to have gaps in coverage or outdated contacts, which slows down prospecting and limits pipeline creation. With Firmable, we’re working from what feels like the most complete dataset available in ANZ—meaning reps spend less time chasing dead ends and more time engaging with the right people. This directly translates to faster pipeline generation and better sales outcomes.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

We were recommended to Firmable by a competitor to better suit our needs when they could not supply what we wanted. It's great. Very up to date as most people keep their LinkedIn profiles current, and if they details aren't correct Firmable will research or refund such contacts. Ability to be able to target specific people is a real plus, and very important. Better questions (sort criteria) provide better answers (lists). Took us a few small test runs to really understand some of the possibilities, but we're getting there. And Firmable continues to improve.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

The separation between company and contact. Your need to buy each list separately to get full details on either. We believe that people have relationships with people, so we always search for people, and more information on the company at the time of download would put things into better context. Of course there's just enough cross-over information to make a connection between the two, but it would be good to have more of the other when getting the list, or even being able to pay more for a more inclusive list and not have to produce two lists then try and marry them together.

The comprehensive lead database for Australia and New Zealand is a game-changer. It's significantly improved our ability to target the right prospects and clients. I also really appreciate the proactive support from our customer success manager, who has been instrumental in helping us maximise the platform's potential.

While the platform is excellent for contact information, it would be even more valuable if it provided more detailed insights into the backend technologies used by the listed organisations. I understand this data can be difficult to obtain, but it would enhance our targeting strategies significantly.

Firmable is solving the problem of identifying and connecting with potential customers in Australia and New Zealand. Before using Firmable, we struggled to find accurate and up-to-date contact information for businesses in these regions. Firmable almost always has the data that we need, and when it doesn't, they are able to find it quickly. The product is easy-to-use and extremely powerful. Whenever we have an issue or a query, Elliot in support is thorough, friendly, knowledgable and solution-oriented.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

There is nothing that we dislike about Firmable. We have used alternatives in the past such as Apollo, RocketReach, etc, and Firmable takes the cake.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable takes the pain out of prospecting. Instead of spending hours hunting down decision-makers, I can upload a company list and instantly get the right contacts with emails and LinkedIn profiles. It saves me a ton of time, keeps my CRM clean, and lets me focus on actually selling instead of admin

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

Firmable operates much like other tools such as Zoominfo for contact searching and market research. Whilst not perfect in it's data set (no single tool is), its definitely has information and contacts that other non AU tools don't.

There is another very useful feature- AU industry categorisation, which helps prospecting for industry groups which are specific to Australia, like NDIS providers ETC.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

The main interface could use a slight re-design, as sometimes it's not always clear where to type your query. It's a minor thing, but something I think could use improvement. It could also use more integrations, specifically into Dynamics CRM.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable helps us target the right people with our outreach. It's also got a great feature to have their data team research additional contact details for you on request, which is a simple matter of clicking a button in the tool. We've found them very responsive with a good success rate.

Firmable has been a game changer for us day to day. We find it's the best of the best when it comes to accurate data for our industry. It's super easy to use and the integration with our CRM (Hubspot) makes it a dream! 

Our CSM Rowan has been incredible helpful and always there to answer questions if we ever have any.

Nothing that I dislike about Firmable. As it continues to grow and more data becomes available it will just get better and better

Firmable helps us with data enrichment on cold accounts and syncs straight to our CRM. It saves me hours each day!

I love the searchable functions! I have used 2 other similar systems before, and Firmable is by far the superior product due to its searchability.

There are times when there are no mobiles or the numbers are incorrect, or the people have moved on.

I am in business development. My job is to call leadership contacts and sell them business improvement and transformation services. Firmable is helping me, by providing me with phone numbers and email addresses to reach those key contacts.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

Firmable has quickly become our go to for finding new business opportunities across New Zealand. The coverage of NZ businesses is far better than anything else we’ve used, especially when it comes to identifying mid-market companies that are often missing from global platforms. The data feels fresh and accurate, and the platform helps us build lists that actually reflect who’s active and growing in our region. The team has also been great and supportive for custom requests and training on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

There are a couple of small things around the UI and filtering that could be smoother, but overall nothing that gets in the way of using it day to day. The Firmable team seems committed to improving it constantly, and they genuinely understand the New Zealand market, which makes a huge difference. If I was to ask for a future state request it would be integrating into Hubspot similar to the way Breeze works.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable helps us solve the visibility problem in B2B sales.  Especially in the NZ market, where reliable business data is notoriously hard to find. We were spending hours manually researching companies just to build prospect lists as many of these companies weren't on the US based platform's databases . Firmable gives us accurate, up to date company info in minutes, letting us spend more time actually engaging prospects. It’s also helped us uncover new growth companies and better qualify accounts before outreach, which has improved both our targeting and conversion rates.

Tough one, but if I'm picking a fault is that some of the target accounts in Local Government are 'disjointed' (example, the company that the council website takes you to is the local swimming pool record instead of the council customer record.)

Easily able to create targeted contact lists based on our ICPs that align to the products and solutions we are selling to market. Allows us to be laser-focused on who we outreach to, instead of a 'gatling gun' approach where everyone is targeted.

The data is accurate, and beyond what we've seen with other online tools - including for many people that have a very small online footprint - Firmable has them. Also, the people leading and running the organisation are responsive to ideas and clearly hell-bent on making the product the best it can be, which is refreshing given how difficult many SaaS providers can be to deal with. We are huge fans.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

It doesn't have everyone in it (yet!)  - and some parts of the interface are still a bit immature, but if the rate of development continues this product will be amazing.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to get a hold of people directly; accurate information about where they are; broader organisational/sector intel - very ANZ specific, which we love.

We've been using the Firmable platform for several months now to assist with sales intelligence in the construction vertical. We operate in Australia and we've found the quality of data to be excellent. It's been extemely valuable to use 'one pane of glass' to get a view of the businesses we look to work with. We're loving the construction vertical. It's perfect for our use case

The information is granular and saves us the hassle of connecting to multiple, disparate systems to get the information we need. Having Firmable connectiong to our HubSpot CRM is a nice touch and a real time saver. 

We haven't needed much in the way of support, as the platform is pretty intuitive, but it's great to have local team if we need it. Setup is simple. Highly recommended.

We haven't encountered any material issues at this stage.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

Deciding to sign with Firmable was straightforward for me and my Director. Chester from sales made the process easy, providing all the information and demo access we needed to evaluate the platform against competitors. Onboarding was seamless, thanks to our CS, Rowan, who regularly checks in and keeps us updated on new features. Rowan also welcomed feedback on the platform's UX. It’s been refreshing to partner with an Australian-based team in the same city, sharing a similar growth mindset. Having the option to request data is also a game changer. It was also very easy for me to onboard and train my own team who had not used this kind of platform before and it something they use everyday.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Currently, the platform does not allow for search using URL's, which the team has assured me is something they are working on.

My experience with Firmable has been seamless. I really appreciate the support and regular check-ins from my Account Manager, Rowan, who ensures I’m always up to date on new features and available to answer any questions. The customer service has been excellent.

I have found Firmable a very easy platform to navigate and utilise.

Firmable is by far the most accurate and reliable B2B database for Australian companies I've ver used. The platform is really easy to use and makes finding information fast without the hassle. The Firmable team is also lovely and their  customer service is outstanding. They make sure all your questions and issues are addressed ASAP by a real team. All of these attributes combined make Firmable an essential tool for our business needs.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Nothing that I disliked other than some manual elements of the platform but the team is working away at automatic those functions. I dont see that being an issue for much longer.

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firmable helps me find leads by providing accurate and comprehensive B2B data for Australian companies.  The data base is reliable which means it eliminates the frustration of outdated or incorrect information, ensuring that I have the most current data at all times. The completeness of data across many scale of businesses, from SMB's up to large corporations. Our business relies on cold-calling so Firmable has become a core part of our business that we use every day. The quality of data is far superior to any other product we've tried. The customer service is also excellent – if some data isn't available there is a great local team to track it down immediately. It was super simple to implement and integrate with our CRM (Hubspot).

There were some limitations on the ability to create lists initially but this has now vastly improved.

Firmable solves the problem of incomplete data sets in Australia. By leveraging Firmable's amazing data set we have been able to increase our revenue by 20%.

Firmable manages to swing with the heavy hitters in the industry like Lusha + Apollo despite being much newer to the game. Often, it will have numbers where Lusha won't - and it has a few features around the edges that make it actually a better offering. Stuff like their pricing model with credits, the request numbers, all great features for sales reps.

Only a couple minor UI things around the edges.

The slam dunk feature is their company data. Nothing else holds the unique lists coming from local registries. 
Even being able to enrich ABN is something noone else does. Sounds simple, but you list IS your strategy, and with Firmable, we get better lists.

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

Keen for them to build out their API more for some power use, but I appreciate they have to prioritise the development roadmap

**What problems is Firmable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pointer and our clients solve a problem. There are ocmpanies out there who have the problem that we solve. I need to be able to find these companies and contact them. Firmable allows me to do this in a way that no other data provider does. Their company data for Australian companies is beyond what other providers can deliver? 

The database for contact data (people who work at the company) with direct mobile numbers also surprises all other data providers we have used, and to be clear,  we have just used them all.

If you are running outbound, or building lists in Australia, this is essential kit.

**What do you like best about Firmable?**

I know Firmable is typically used by B2B sales teams, but whilst I was job hunting I was looking at target companies to work for and actually found Firmable to be a great way to find them! Specifically I was looking for startups in the Melbourne Tech space, which I had previously found hard to get details on, but Firmable was super useful and already has features such as pre-built "registers" that filtered to exactly that market segement. This gave me details such as recent funding history, recruiters I could connect with, and direct contact details of hiring managers. I ended up finding a job & would recommend the platform! 

Alongside this, the platform was easy to use & intuitive, the contact details were accurate, and the team were super friendly and reached out. I've even now convinced my new company to use them too, and continue to love it!

**What do you dislike about Firmable?**

It would be great to have Job ads / open position data in the platform to help with the job hunting.
Otherwise, its great!

Getting an accurate, extensive, and reliable database of employers throughout Australia - it helped me get a job
