So we use this app to track our demo chairs that go out to out customers for a test before purchase. There are many time that we are needing to type in a clients name and pull up a history of the chair that went out to that location. But im only able to use the search field for asset ( Demo Chairs that are currently checked on) i wish there was a way i could type in the clients name and it would pull up a list of all the chairs that have been sent there. We installed optional keyboard apps for the smartphones but it is a little cludgy. We're able to get anyone trained on this rather easily. **What do you dislike about GoCodes Asset Tracking?** While I do not really have much to complain about regarding GoCodes, sometimes when I scan a QR code and go to view it in the map, it is a bit off on the exact location. For example, If I scan a QR code on our vacuum cleaner in our warehouse, sometimes the map will say that we scanned it at an office down the block instead of our own. We would even have employees steal equipment and get away with it because we didn't realize it was even missing for months and months. The only problem we used to have it was when trying to modify multiple assets at a time (we used a workaround with the app and website together). With more recent updates though that has changed and now it is hard to find anything to complain about in our use case. The added personalization with fields and filters fits all our needs. There is only occasional use for the app in my organization but there haven't been any problems using it. **What do you dislike about GoCodes Asset Tracking?** When applying a new global search filter it would be good if it reset to page 1. There have been several cases where I'm on page 2-3 and decide to search something new only to see an empty screen.
