During setup, I found a bug in assigning bundles using the mobile app. My CSR had the dev team on this bug immediately. Within a couple of days, the bug was fixed. **What do you dislike about EZO?** The GPS pins are about 85% accurate; I had to manually add the coordinates for a handful of locations. Basic supplies like cammeras or microfones should be found in cathegories or just by typing that: "camera", "microfone", etc. We have many different references of mics, cameras or tripods, and if we don't type the correct reference it's difficult to find the one we need. **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me to book the gear that I need. But there should be combos so that we don't need to ask for every specific piece of gear. If you ask for a mix pre, for instance, it should be booking at the same time the other cables that I need with it, instead of us looking for every one of them. ### 34. I get my stock accurate and order in time so my teams do not struggle with stock management. This was definitely the best bet so far! **What do you dislike about EZO?** There's not really anything that I dislike. **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had huge issues controlling stock remotely and the staff turnover is high so most of my stock wouldn't be up to date. Also helped me to control my assets and having a great overview about in house assets. ### 36. In addition to the basics, it lets us easily track loaner equipment. **What do you dislike about EZO?** I think there should be another account type besides Admin and Staff, something a little more basic in an obvious way... we would really benefit from an account that is not able to sign in, obviously shows they're 3rd party and not staff, and just receives email notifications. **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking the equipment age and warranty data. This has been Invaluable for budgeting and has made our lives a lot easier to manage when it comes to forecasting. ### 37. The upside is being able to use the search feature using a name or asset number. **What do you dislike about EZO?** The least helpful part of EZOffice is that you have to select an asset item before you can search for it, and the downside of using EZOfficeInventory is whenever you perform a function it does take you back to where you started your search. i.e. (Checking in inventory from a user that has more than one item checked out. You have to restart the check-in process all over again, instead of the software taking you back to the individual that has more than one item that needs checking in.) **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem EZOfficeInventory is solving is the ability to only use one software to track company assets, instead of multiple software like Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word. ### 40. My company started using it last year, and when I got trained on how to use it, it became apparent why we have the software. It is easy to use and valuable for what we need as we keep track of our equipment. We have so many pieces of equipment that go in and out of our studio daily, and EZOffice makes us do our job that much easier. **What do you dislike about EZO?** I do not have any issues with EZOfficeInventory. It just took a while for me to learn the program. I know there are some training modules that are available but I did not utilize them. **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once all of our equipment assets are logged into EZOfficeInventory, we benefit from knowing what we have available as a photography studio and how many pieces of equipment we can allocate to certain events that happen each day. ### 48. Most of our inventory is now accounted for. I'm not sure how the dashboard can be managed by the client to make it more applicable to our operation. **Recommendations to others considering EZO:** Have an introductory 1on1 training session and ensure all areas are covered.
