This application has solved a problem that had been occurring in the company, by not having a proactive system to know in short response times who has the necessary tool for the execution of activities. It does the job! **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm part of a team who are spread across multiple states and all of us need to physically work across many different projects in remote / rural areas, and to usea wide variety of different assets and tools when doing so. Prior to my manager's implementation of EZOfficeInventory, we would frequently be accessing storage facilities, lay-downs and sites only to find that crucial equipment had been moved elsewhere, or had gone missing. We would often be sending whole-team emails asking "Where is such vehicle X and who has the keys?" "Does anyone know where the charger and spare battery for tool Y?" or "When was the last time item Z was callibrated / serviced?" This was disorganised and inefficient. It offers a wide amount of inputs and it's simple to find and modify tracked assets. The options for groups and filtering out assets is great and the support team have always been on hand in case there's been any issues. **What do you dislike about EZO?** I find the settings to be difficult to navigate and locate the tools I'm looking for. Settings are broken up into different categories, but it's not always easy to know where the option you're looking for is. It would be nice to have a search that looks across the entire settings, or like in other programs, have a filter that reduces the number of options you see based on the level of depth you specify. I would like to see some settings be avaliable to other plans, for example intergration with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk. **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us keep track of which asset is being used and who is using it.
