The best thing about EZ Texting was the shared short codes, and the capability to send a mass blind copy text message. The ability to load a list of phone numbers from other programs was great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EZ Texting? Unfortunately, I ended up canceling my EZ Texting account when they removed shared shortcodes. This made the "Keyword" subscriptions useless. All business phone systems these days have texting capabilities, so getting an EZ Texting number that can text is not worth much. Not only is the new number useless, EZ Texting is not worth the 5 cents per message to have the only benefit be that you can BCC text multiple numbers the same message. I wish the shortcodes still existed. I wouldn't have had to cancel my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting: If you are just looking for something that allows you to BCC the same message to multiple recipients, then EZ texting may be worth the price. After the removal of shortcodes, the sole benefit of EZ Texting is the ability to send a BCC text to multiple recipients. But this feature is not worth the cost of each message. Since the industry and carrier transition to 10-digit sending numbers most texting platforms have been moving their customers over from short codes to regular 10 digit numbers as prices have significantly increased. The good news is, 10-digit numbers also has the ability to pair with keywords and capture user phone numbers so the feature is still available.
