# Is there indeed any additional cost to the recipient to reply to a message sent from EZ texting?

Unless the person has an ancient pay-per-message sms plan from their carrier, the answer is no. Based on the required language of using any sort of automated texting tool, they will include a &quot;Message rates may apply&quot; type of message, but the chances of a person having a fixed number of messages these days is extremely few and far between.
