I have not encountered any drawbacks so far. In fact, I have recommended Exec to several professional colleagues during discussions about leadership strategies. For us, it was primarily an investment in building a new culture—shifting away from a punitive environment toward one focused on coaching and feedback. What do you like best about Exec?

Exec has been very impactful when it comes to onboarding, learning, practicing and developing sales and customer success talk tracks. The functionality itself allows reps to have realistic practice for scenarios that they encounter in their day to day. It is intuitive and user friendly. It has been a game changer especially as we onboard new team members and they can learn in their own time.

As a leader having direct reports but also many other responsibilities, this allows training to happen asynchronously and save me time while giving me visibility into what is happening and the progress.

The team at Exec is also top notch. They understood our business quickly and ran with very little direction to produce a program that fit our needs. They also do a great job of keeping us on track.
