We use Exec for tier one product launches where we need everyone fluent on a new talk track quickly, and the feedback from our most recent launch was very positive. It also works well for onboarding cohorts. Scenario creation is self-serve, so I can build and adjust things myself, and syncing our Notion content into the knowledge hub has made spinning up realistic scenarios easier. **What do you dislike about Exec?** Early on I wanted more control over the scenario criteria than I could get, though the team shipped fixes that made that a lot better. **What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?** First, product launches. When we ship something new, I need the whole team to be fluent in the product and positioning, and Exec makes that learning active rather than passive. Second, onboarding. Exec lets me scale the repeatable parts of onboarding. The underlying win in both cases is practice and visibility. I can give new hires a low stakes way to practice content they learned during onboarding. ### 2.
