Exec is solving one of the hardest problems in talent development: how to scale high-quality, hands-on learning without needing an enterprise grade LMS at the center of it. What do you like best about Exec?

I loved the AI roleplay scenarios we used for our training. It gives the feeling of real-life scenarios to better prepare our employees and the interactions and responses of the AI worked well in simulating these scenarios. I also really like that I can see and access the recordings of how the trainees did on the calls immediately following their completion providing a thorough and detailed breakdown of constructive feedback clearly explaining what was accomplished and what can be improved upon and how. What do you dislike about Exec?

Exec has helped fill in the gap of getting realistic call repetition for our trainees to handle just as if they were taking live calls. What I appreciate most is how flexible the platform is - even though the standard library didn’t have the exact policy scenarios I needed, the Exec team built custom roleplays tailored to my work. On top of that, I’ve used the Custom Scenario creator extensively to design my own policy simulations.
