hat stands out is that Exec built around how Pendo actually works instead of dropping a platform in our laps. My team is small and our coaching waitlist was already oversubscribed, so we needed a partner, not one more thing to administer. It helps me standardize how our team pitches new features. We use Exec for tier one product launches where we need everyone fluent on a new talk track quickly, and the feedback from our most recent launch was very positive. It also works well for onboarding cohorts. Scenario creation is self-serve, so I can build and adjust things myself, and syncing our Notion content into the knowledge hub has made spinning up realistic scenarios easier.

I loved the AI roleplay scenarios we used for our training. It gives the feeling of real-life scenarios to better prepare our employees and the interactions and responses of the AI worked well in simulating these scenarios. I also really like that I can see and access the recordings of how the trainees did on the calls immediately following their completion providing a thorough and detailed breakdown of constructive feedback clearly explaining what was accomplished and what can be improved upon and how. It was fantastic!
