What do you like best about Exec?

How realistic the training was. It was amazing to see the AI bot respond to whatever you said and give different responses based on how you interacted with it. Our portfolio founders have benefitted a ton from Exec's coaches. They do a fantastic job vetting talent and giving our people a chance to try out coaches until they find the right fit.

What do you like best about Exec?

The quality of coaches on Exec's platform is AMAZING. The team helped us curate a bench of coaches with a wide variety of functional specialties that were very well-suited to our participants.

Cost-wise, the flexibility that the platform offers with the credit system is so much more attractive than the traditional subscription model. What do you dislike about Exec?

Like any talent development platform, getting the right fit between coaches and staff can be tricky. We generally haven't had too much trouble with it, but I wish there was some kind of AI that would help staff match with the right coaches based on their personalities or preferences.
