"Exec. Delivers Expert, Customized Leadership Training That Outshines Traditional Methods"
What do you like best about Exec?

The team at Exec. brought significant expertise to the scenarios we co-developed. They were solution-oriented, which made our decision-making process faster and more efficient. Each scenario was tailored to address the specific leadership gaps we aimed to close, and the technology felt impressively realistic. Time was no longer an excuse for leaders to neglect their development—just 10 to 12 minutes were enough to gain valuable, lasting skills. The standard was set high, with all leadership cohorts required to achieve a gold, and honestly, who doesn't enjoy earning a gold! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exec?

I have not encountered any drawbacks so far. In fact, I have recommended Exec to several professional colleagues during discussions about leadership strategies. Many of them were still focused on traditional classroom or virtual training sessions, which did not address the challenge of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great product backed by a great team"
What do you like best about Exec?

Exec has been very impactful when it comes to onboarding, learning, practicing and developing sales and customer success talk tracks. The functionality itself allows reps to have realistic practice for scenarios that they encounter in their day to day. It is intuitive and user friendly. It has been a game changer especially as we onboard new team members and they can learn in their own time.

As a leader having direct reports but also many other responsibilities, this allows training to happen asynchronously and save me time while giving me visibility into what is happening and the progress.

The team at Exec is also top notch. They understood our business quickly and ran with very little direction to produce a program that fit our needs. They also do a great job of keeping us on track.

They were willing to work with us to add on a slide deck/presentation component which has been really helpful for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exec?

I don't see any downsides of using Exec. Given it is a new technology, there is a time period of adjustment for sales reps and confidence that needs to be built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practice That Made My Stakeholder Conversations Click"
What do you like best about Exec?

I love how interactive the AI scenarios are! I used to freeze when presenting supply chain recommendations to senior leaders - now I can practice those conversations and get instant feedback. It feels like having a rehearsal partner in my back pocket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exec?

It took me a session or two to get comfortable talking to an AI instead of a person, but the realism quickly won me over. Now it feels like second nature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exec makes communication practice as intentional as strategy work"
What do you like best about Exec?

What stands out about Exec is how practical and real it feels. Having come from consulting, I’ve done plenty of theoretical leadership and communication training but Exec feels different. It lets you actually practice the conversations in real time. The AI responds like a real person, which forces you to think, adjust, and communicate on the fly. It’s a great tool for anyone who wants to get sharper at the human side of strategy: influencing, giving feedback, and navigating complex conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exec?

Sometimes the conversations go in unexpected directions which can be both challenging and valuable. It’s not a negative per se, but you do have to approach it with curiosity rather than expecting a script which can be a challenge for newer users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Onboarding with Custom Scenarios"
What do you like best about Exec?

I really appreciate how Exec has transformed our onboarding and training process for new employees. The platform provides a fantastic space for our team members to practice client interactions in a safe, simulated environment, with AI avatars that replicate real clients and evoke true-to-life challenges. This has significantly benefited our team, helping us onboard trainees more efficiently and equipping them with essential client-facing skills. I love the customizable scenarios feature, which allows us to tailor simulations to match our unique client dynamics, alter avatar voice settings, or adjust scenario difficulty levels to meet specific training needs. Exec's constant development of new features that align with our evolving business needs is truly beneficial. Additionally, the Exec team has been incredibly supportive throughout the setup process, providing hands-on assistance and ensuring all our scenarios are organized and fit various client-facing roles in our company. Their high level of customer service and willingness to incorporate feedback have fostered a strong partnership with us. Overall, the uniqueness of Exec's model and their constant innovation make them a valuable tool for our company's growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exec?

We think maybe some of the user interface could be more intuitive. While they're continuing to improve, there are areas where it's not as intuitive as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exec helps you prepare for the conversations that actually matter at work"
What do you like best about Exec?

Exec creates a space where you can practice leadership and not just talk about it. It’s been such a helpful tool for rehearsing tough conversations that come up in cross-functional work or people management. The AI feels genuinely responsive, not robotic, and it adjusts based on how you approach the dialogue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exec?

I wouldn’t call it a dislike, but it does take a few tries to get into a rhythm with the AI. Once you treat it like a real conversation though, it becomes second nature. It’s a learning curve worth going through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exec builds communication confidence and clarity through realistic AI coaching"
What do you like best about Exec?

Exec gives me an incredibly realistic space to practice how I communicate - both with senior stakeholders and with clients. The AI roleplays are nuanced and adaptable, which makes every conversation feel unique. It’s been especially valuable for building confidence when presenting solutions or navigating complex, high-stakes discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exec?

At times, I wish the post-conversation feedback were even more granular - especially around subtle communication cues like pacing or tone. The insights are great, but a little more depth on delivery style would make the experience even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exec is redefining how leaders and teams build real-world skills with AI"
What do you like best about Exec?

Exec has built a very compelling product that bridges AI and team development. Their roleplays give founders and managers a low-risk yet high-value tool to practice real conversations - from LP pitches to feedback discussions with colleagues. It’s a rare example of AI driving true behavioral change, not just efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exec?

The platform could offer more self-serve visibility into aggregate outcomes - for instance, benchmarks or trend data across teams or industries. That kind of insight would make it even easier to showcase ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Exec extremely valuable for improving my role-playing skills, particularly in enhancing my phone and negotiation capabilities as a sales representative. The setup process was impressively streamlined, making it easy to get started without any hassle. I benefit greatly from its AI responsiveness, which aids in refining my pronunciation skills and promoting directness in my phone conversations. Moreover, I appreciate how user-friendly the tool is, allowing seamless transitions between different role plays. These factors contribute to a more efficient and effective experience in utilizing Exec for professional skill development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It’s Like Adding Ten Extra Managers"
What do you like best about Exec?

Exec has completely changed how we approach skill development. The AI roleplays are lifelike - they push reps to handle tough objections, think on their feet, and refine messaging in real time. It’s no longer just “practice” - it’s performance rehearsal. I can see progress data for every rep, so coaching is targeted instead of guesswork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exec?

Nothing so far! Their team is supportive and addresses any potential concern immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
