I like that Emplifi’s layout is clean cut and an easy tool to learn, which I can appreciate. What I like the most is its ability to pulls together analytics, publishing, and community management all in one place. The reporting and listening tools are pretty decent when you need to grab quick insights, and you're able to customize dashboards to fit your reporting needs. When it’s running smooth, it really does help teams stay on the same page and cuts down on unnecessary manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool can be a hit or miss sometimes. Some features run as intended, while others can be a bit glitchy. I find that the publishing and analytics were the main culprits of this if you’re managing a lot of accounts. Several instancs I’ve had random issues pop up after updates that mess with my workflows, which would frustrate anyone. While support can be helpful, it’s not always consistent.
