## Drag Reviews
 ### 1. Drag Keeps Our Workflow Organized with Easy, No-Frills Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marwin W. | Guest Services Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag makes it easy to connect and collaborate with colleagues, keeping our workflow organized and helping us provide efficient customer responses. It also makes it simple to find and do exactly what I need, without all the extra fluff.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Getting started was a bit tricky, and I really wish there were a mobile app version—especially for iPhone.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes, important emails are missed, and guest experience is impacted by them not receiving a timely response that is up to our standard.

 ### 2. Drag Boosts Team Productivity Despite Initial Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julio F. | Guest & Member Services Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag is a fantastic tool that has completely transformed our team's workflow. It has made managing our shared inbox incredibly efficient and organized, especially when multiple team members are involved in the same conversation. The ability to use templates for consistent responses has been a huge time saver and ensures that our communication is always on brand. The feature that allows us to manage tasks and emails in a single workspace is a game changer, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications and helping us to coordinate our efforts more effectively. Drag has significantly improved our team's productivity and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Medium learning curve: For new users, especially those unfamiliar with Kanban-style boards, the interface can be overwhelming at first. Setting up advanced functions like automations can be challenging for the average user.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unstructured workflow: In a standard inbox, there's no clear visual system for organizing emails by their status, making it difficult to prioritize or track progress on a project.

Improved organization: Drag's Kanban-style boards allow you to sort emails into customizable columns like "To-Do," "In Progress," and "Done." This gives you a visual overview of your workload, helping you prioritize and track tasks more effectively.

 ### 3. User-Friendly Platform That Streamlines Team Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aimee C. | Bookings Co-Ordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The platform is easy to navigate and user-friendly. It enables the entire team to view incoming emails, and everything is well organized. This has helped save a significant amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I think it would benefit from having more options for customization.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform provides a shared inbox for the team, which makes it easy for everyone to access the same messages. This feature also helps keep everything tidy and well organized.

 ### 4. Efficient working on stressful days

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eva Z. | Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag is integrated into my daily work routine, and I particularly like that I can assign and move emails to my colleagues. This way, we can work on projects together, and they have access to my mailbox if I am out of the office. This makes collaboration much easier and saves time. The columns provide structure so that you don't lose track, and they help to work more productively. The ability to integrate tasks directly into emails helps our team to track tasks better and ensure that nothing is overlooked. Additionally, the search function is extremely powerful, allowing you to quickly find relevant information even with many emails.
Another advantage of Drag is its user-friendliness, which allowed me to quickly find my way around without needing a long training period.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

When I move emails between categories or the mailbox is very full, there are unfortunately occasional slight delays. However, this does not restrict me. A little more speed would be desirable. Additionally, using Drag requires an internet connection, which can be problematic when working in places without a stable internet connection. Initially, I also didn't know how to contact customer support.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag cleaned up my inbox by allowing me to categorize my emails (To-Do, Waiting/Follow-up, etc.). This got rid of all the clutter in my mailbox. Now I can assign tasks directly to the responsible people and focus on the emails that need to be dealt with immediately. My response time and productivity have been improved by Drag. Before using Drag, my team did not have mobile and flexible access to my mailbox. With Drag, they can view my inbox and also respond to my emails on my behalf, so nothing gets missed when I'm out of the office. Overall, I can say that Drag is indispensable in my workday.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

The option of a few more customisations would be good.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All members of the team can access emails and can be assigned to different parts of the team.

Occasionally, the app becomes somewhat slow, especially when I move a large number of emails. This is not too bothersome, but an improvement in this area would be helpful.

We decided to use drag to manage a shared inbox that is set up as an alias in Google. This allows our team to see all the incoming messages and assign them to the proper person so we are not missing or duplicating responses. It has also been helpful for inbox management so we can separate things that are still to do. Customer support is responsive and helpful, more than I expected!

With the drag & drop function, I effortlessly sort my emails into categories like "To-Do," "In Progress," and "Done."

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Overall, I am satisfied with Drag, but I have sometimes experienced slight performance limitations when processing large amounts of emails. There were occasional delays when moving emails or loading the app, which could also be due to my device and does not weigh heavily.

 ### 18. Efficient email management made easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofie P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The seamless integration of the Drag app into Gmail has noticeably optimized my email organization. I am particularly impressed by the intuitive and user-friendly interface, which allows me to effortlessly move my emails into different categories and manage them effectively. With ease, I can sort my emails by drag & drop between the phases "To-Do", "In Progress", and "Done".

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

While I am generally very satisfied with the Drag app, I have noticed that the performance can occasionally be affected, especially when I am handling a larger number of emails at the same time. From time to time, there were slight delays when moving emails or loading the application. However, it is possible that these occasional difficulties are more due to the performance of my device and do not represent a serious problem overall.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag creates order and clarity in my email inbox. Before using the Drag app, my inbox was a confusing mix of important messages, spam, and unanswered emails. Thanks to Drag, I can now divide my inbox into clear categories and focus on the relevant emails. ### 19. Super helpful customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag is the easiest tool for our small business to keep our shared inbox in check. Drag makes it easy for us to keep on top of all the emails that come in, and allows us to reliably assign things to the proper employee, and also to make sure we can pick up the slack if someone needs the help.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

The one thing that would be nice would be to have the ability to adjust the columns independently per user. When one person moves a colum, they move it for everyone. A particular column might be more important to one employee and they want it further to the right than it may be for someone else.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping us on top of our shared inbox, and having the ability to see all of the emails to make sure that things are not getting forgotten at the bottom of someone elses inbox

Bumpy start to get it up and running correctly.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag allows for me and my team to access the same mesage and then enable us to see any movement or activity another user has performed, preventing double handling of tasks.

 ### 22. A seamless integration that has increased my productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nastassja W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Well, I must say that the simple and intuitive user interface of Drag is my favorite. It is so easy to use and integrates perfectly into my Gmail environment. It almost feels as if it has been part of the email service from the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It took a while for me to discover all the features of Drag and learn how to use them optimally. Initially, I was a bit overwhelmed and had to experiment to understand the full potential of the application. But after a short adjustment period, everything became clear and I was able to fully utilize the features.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag has helped me organize my emails into clear task lists. I can immediately convert important messages into tasks, giving me a better overview of my work. This has allowed me to increase my efficiency and save valuable time. No more lost emails or searching the inbox for important information. With Drag, I was able to centralize and better manage my email communication.

 ### 23. Efficient Email Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The integration of the Drag app into Gmail has significantly improved my email workflow. The best part is the intuitive and user-friendly interface, which allows me to organize and easily manage my emails in different stages. I can now effortlessly move my emails between different categories like "To-Do," "In Progress," and "Done" using drag & drop.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Although I am generally satisfied with the Drag app, I have noticed that the performance is sometimes slightly impaired when I handle a large number of emails at the same time. Occasionally, there were delays in moving emails or loading the app. However, this could also be due to the performance of my device and is not a major issue overall.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag solves the problem of clutter and overload in my email inbox. Before using the Drag app, my inbox was a mix of important emails, spam, and unanswered messages. ### 24. Excellent Gmail extension for managing a shared inbox and workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I am one of two swim team captains, and one of our responsibilities is responding to new swimmer inquiries, scheduling their first swim with the team, and ensuring they've completed all the necessary paperwork. Before using Drag, it was challenging to keep track of who was responding to whom and where new swimmers were in the process of joining the team. With Drag, we can now assign each other cards on boards and move these cards to various columns that represent different steps in the process. We can also automatically label cards based on email subject lines, which has helped distinguish new swimmers from visiting swimmers. Drag has streamlined our process significantly and made it easier to manage our inbox, especially when we get a lot of emails.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

There are a few features I've seen in similar extensions that I'd love to see implemented in Drag, including the ability to split email threads and more formatting options in email templates. Drag is actively adding new features, though, so I'm optimistic such features are in the works.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag makes it easier to assign emails in a shared inbox to teammates and track where emails are in a workflow. Part of our workflow involves scheduling people, and it has been helpful to use the Due Date feature to keep track of when people are scheduled.

 ### 25. The Drag App - An efficient and seamless integration into Google Mail

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felix M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Drag?**

What did you like best:
What I liked most about the Drag App is how it makes email management seamless and efficient. With the integration of this app into Gmail, I was not only able to easily sort my emails but also manage my daily tasks better.

Furthermore, I was impressed by the team functionality. The ability to delegate tasks and access emails collaboratively with my team has significantly improved collaboration and productivity. The Drag App has created a centralized system where we can find and manage all important information in one place.

And lastly, the fact that the Drag App is directly integrated into Gmail means that I don't have to constantly switch between different apps. This has made my work significantly more efficient and less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Despite all the positive aspects, there is of course also potential for improvement. One of the problems I encountered was that the Drag App can be somewhat overwhelming at first, especially for users who have never worked with a board before.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag solves a fundamental problem that many of us face in the digital work world: the excess of information and communication. It is often difficult to keep track of all the pending tasks and emails, and this is exactly where Drag comes into play.

With Drag, I can efficiently organize, prioritize, and manage my emails and tasks. This reduces the stress often associated with an overflowing inbox and increases my productivity. I can focus my time and attention on what is essential, instead of constantly scrolling through my emails and searching for specific information.

Furthermore, Drag solves the problem of team collaboration in a distributed work environment. It is often a challenge to ensure that everyone on the team is on the same page and that tasks are appropriately delegated. With Drag, I can easily share tasks and emails with my team, which improves communication and collaboration and leads to an overall more efficient and harmonious work environment.

I don't have any dislikes about the app so far. I'm not sure what hasn't been realized about the app yet. It's too early for me to know how its could be made better.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't used it yet. So I can't answer that question right now. I won't know how it benefits me until I have some time to fully understand how it works. Yes, I expect my performance to increase.

 ### 29. Useful for managing multiple inboxes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Our team has multiple inboxes for different categories of customer service. Using Drag makes coordinating our tasks more manageable and ensures all necessary tasks are accomplished. Using the Gmail interface our team already adapted to is a significant plus.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

There's a bit of a learning curve from the initial installation to fully utilizing the product's full potential. Without online forums and tutorials, you'll most likely only ever use the very basic functionality of the app.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With multiple team members and inboxes, it's challenging to track what tasks need attention, which are in progress, and what is already completed. Using Drag allows for better collaboration amongst our team to ensure our workflow runs smoothly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steffen M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Drag?**

DraggApp is just perfect to handle a lot of mails daily in a structured and effective way. DraggApp is especially effective when used in a team.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It is possible to build wuederable funnels and boards, which makes it super to process mails.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With conventional mail clients, teamwork became more and more difficult, because after a certain number of incoming mails, the work becomes very confusing and teamwork is not really feasible. With DragApp, no more mails are accidentally set to unread and team members can easily add other team members to a communication, create Goggle tasks, or add an internal chat. Great!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It's not possible to write new emails directly from the shared board. You have to compose an email and a then you have to move it to the board, not cool (even with the 'move to board' feature). It is buggy and sluggish sometimes. The new UI overhaul is taking forever to launch.

**Reviewed by:** Joseph S. | Customer Success IT Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like the ease of use. Simply drag and drop into whatever column to organize. My team uses it for help requests and as a platform to handle incoming requests to join our site. It has made the organization of incoming requests easier to handle and put it all in one unified space so everyone has access to work on requests.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

When we get a bunch of requests or when the pileup over time, it would be nice to have some better search functionality. This way we would be able to look up historical data more easily in the future when working on-site improvements and data analytics.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How we were originally handling requests was through our individual emails, making it difficult to coordinate tasks. Drag allows for a unified space for all items to go through and creates an easy-to-use and well put together platform to handle what our team does daily.
