## Drag Reviews
  ### 1. It's basically the holy grail for efficiently managing multiple inboxes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew M. | Operations and Communications Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The "reply as" feature is a huge time saver if you manage several inboxes and typically find yourself loggin into and out of your accounts constantly. The Internal chat in each card really prevents miscommunication and is also nice for efficiency's sake; you don't have to leave your board and can really quickly work through your messages. I like that you can both label *and* color code your cards, because I like to be able to quickly see where things stand and colors really do the trick for me.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I wish there were a way to poke through emails without having to go back and mark them as "unread" for the team. It would be cool if there were a stealth mode, because sometimes I like to scan through things just to get an idea of where tomorrow stands without actually taking action. I guess that could get messy though.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

If you're overwhelmed by high volume inboxes that involve multiple stakeholders and you need a way to cut down on the back-and-forth, quickly assess where things stand, and prevent important things from falling through the cracks, don't hesitate -- Drag is your answer.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue we're solving is managing workflows inside multiply-managed inboxes. Knowing that someone has taken action on a message and moved it to a different stage of the workflow w/ just a glance is huge and goes a long way toward eliminating redundancies and also keeping things from falling through the cracks. It's a life saver for accountability and efficiency.

  ### 2. Review of Drag

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric L. | Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I that we can collaborate in our personal email. It makes it easier not to have to log in to different emails. That's probably the best feature of Drag. I also think that the mobile version of the app is pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I don't like that there are not any of the folders that we have in our email. Sure, there are boards, but not the folders to place our files in. If I could change anything, that's what I would do.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Drag is solving for our team is not having to do a multi-factor verification since the app is in our personal email boxes. I think that is a massive benefit for us.

  ### 3. Makes Multiple Process Emails a Breeze!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Very easy to work with emails that are in multiple statuses and requiring follow-up at multiple stages (from either one person or multiple members of the team who handle different things).

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Some of the UI for notes can be a little cumbersome, but having made several suggestions to this and other things with the app, can say the developer and developer team is super responsive and actually listens to users and constant improvements reflect that.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Have tested multiple mailbox and incoming mail/task systems that are directly oriented to Gmail/Google Business and this was my chosen candidate after extensive testing of all. Have been both a previous Pro subscriber and a Free user. The note feature and task lists are great and the Pro is worth paying for.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time scheduled follow-up and tasking to others for follow-up. Chronologically organizing email follow-up.

  ### 4. Amazing way to streamline work!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Giving the ability to manage so much from one place is essential in today's fast-paced work environments. So much time can be saved and utilised elsewhere for maximum work output.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I cannot think of anything I dislike so far, and long may it continue!

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag is allowing me to coordinate my work from one place, which means fewer tabs open and a tidier PC desktop.

  ### 5. Great workflow optimization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lise B. | Programs Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

As a Programs Director, I live out of my inbox. We're not a large enough org to warrant a complete stand-alone CRM solution; having the features of a CRM integrated into Gmail with Drag App is fantastic. Being able to group client emails onto a single card and track it through our programming process from initial contact to the completed event has dramatically sped up my workflow and ensured I do not miss or forget a client stuck on a specific step. We do not have a use case for the shared board function, but I love having that option as we expand our team and look at sharing responsibilities.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It can be a little slow to open a board with many tasks, but the features are worth an extra second or two wait time. The kanban and list views are fantastic; it would be icing on the cake if they added a timeline view to schedule and assign tasks over a period of time, not just steps.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

They offer a free trial, so there's no reason not to try it. As soon as I started using it, I knew it was a good solution for my org.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings the organization that was sorely lacking in plain gmail. I used to put emails into individual Gmail folders, but that didn't help me know where I was with a particular client. With Drag App I'm able to quickly see where each client is in the process and respond accordingly.

  ### 6. Supportive of Nonprofits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Shared inbox but still secure! The extra features are nice too such as tasks and notes although I haven't used them much yet. I am most excited about the ability to all access the same inbox and reply as the same "person"

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I wish we could use folders like Gmail. We do a lot of organization of emails with folders but Drag has different methods for organizing like tags. That will just be something we have to get used to.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Drag responded to my inquiry about using it for our Nonprofit quickly and was very helpful!

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a shared inbox that also had strong security features so our team could access it but no one else. Drag was the only email option we found that fit our needs.

  ### 7. Think about email in a whole new way

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul W. | Associate Director, Prospect Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like the visual project oriented view. It’s easier to see not just what I have to read and review but emails that require action and follow up.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Honestly Drag is fairly easy to use and intuitive, you just have to be willing to look at how you process email in a new way.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Give it a try; if nothing else it will encourage you to rethink your email habits and likely give you a better view of your burgeoning inbox

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it’s easier to manage email; to stop thinking about them as a single list but instead a more visualized project portfolio.

  ### 8. Drag provides better flow to shared inboxes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Being able to work efficiently with multiple team members in a Gmail shared inbox using its collaborative features like assignments, tasks, chats, notes, and internal discussions are very helpful. The Kanban board offers a visual way to speed up task workflow by dragging to different columns.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Since the Drag Tags are not the same as the labels based on the Gmail shared inbox, one has to recreate all the Gmail shared inbox labels as Tags in the Drag dashboard. There should be a better way to duplicate all these Tags than to manually recreate them all. Also, in the Gmail view, if you select one or more emails and have them tagged using the Drag Tags, it will tag them, but you will not get a response from the tagging action, which leads you to believe that it did not work, but in essence, it did tag the email(s).

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The difficulty of having multiple team members addressing emails in a shared inbox can be daunting. The assignment of tasks to team members, the ability to put due dates, and the task-based chats and notes, have all been helpful to eliminate the back-and-forth emails to collaborate and complete tasks.

  ### 9. Saves a bunch of time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim M. | Office Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I can very quickly see the status of everything through multiple boards.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Sometimes I have to reload Gmail or turn the Drag slider on and off in order to be able to open an email in a shared inbox.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were constantly triggering 2FA logging in and out of each others email accounts. It's great not to deal with that.

  ### 10. Saves a bunch of time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marti M. | Office Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Colorful, clean interface and no need to log in and out of multiple email addresses.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

You cannot change the email subject when replying through a shared inbox. We rely on filters triggered by email subjects in our workflow, so it's a big deal.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small staff and this allows us to use multiple email accounts to keep different parts of enrollment processing separate.

  ### 11. 1 year of use, review update

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

There are few organisations at the start-up stage that offers to support non-profits as Drag does. Which as a new non-profit we are so appreciative of. It has allowed our organisation to use Drag as our ATS (applicant tracking system) and as such keep track of all our applicants. What makes Drag possible for us to effectively use is that it sits within our Gmail so we don't have to open up a new email client, this is perfect for us as the company runs everything through Google's products.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It has a high learning curve, so entry isn't super easy, which makes it hard for us as we have a high rotation of volunteers and interns - I expect this would only be an issue with organisations similar to this one, due to the rotation of staff we have to spend more time training.
As a small start-up Drag does have bugs that do affect our productivity, as well, there are some features that require manual actions that do make using them a bit cumbersome, such as giving multiple people access to templates.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Small non-profits who need products that can support their growth should look into Drag to see if they are a match. Drag's desire to help non-profits grow with a free plan has really been helpful to us. Understand that Drag is a start-up and features are being developed, if you enjoy being a part of a company's growth then this is a product to consider.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because we use Drag as an ATS, we need multiple people to access one email inbox. Drag being a shared inbox has changed the way we operate and has made tracking applicants much more transparent. This really helps us since our staff are volunteers and they have varied hours. Drag allows the team to pick up where the last person left. The Kaban board set-up is another excellent choice since all our applicants can be easily tracked. Having this visuality allows us to know where each applicant is situated in the recruitment process. These are all problems we had with just using Gmail.

  ### 12. Drag is a phenomenal project management and email management tool!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deidre B. | Assistant Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

We have used Trello and Sortd and believe that Drag has all the great elements of these tools, plus much more! I look forward to checking emails each day.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I cannot point to any feature that I dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Start breathing a sigh of relief instead of dreading your email inbox.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management; email management; collaboration

  ### 13. Great basics with room to grow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya M. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Sharing email accounts with my staff without logging in and triggering 2FA. This also allows us to split workload into more specialized email accounts/boards.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

You cannot change email subject when replying as board, but am told it's coming. Would love to add sent emails to the board so I can tag them "waiting for X'

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow bottlenecks, time spent asking each other for updates, ability to swap others to help quickly.

  ### 14. Great for Church Environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James J. | IT Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

We have a very small, all part to little time helping perform IT duties across a variety of upgrades, old infrastructure, and mixture of types of assets. Really like tracking issues through a life cycle ensuring the top priority issues are tracked to closure.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Would like priorities to be a separate label, but view this as a minor issue.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Answered above

  ### 15. Organize and Coordinate Your Shared Inbox

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica R. | Business Intelligence Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like the ability to organize a response workflow to guest/customer emails and ensure positive interactions. The ability to embed templates for all team members to utilize rather than drafting from scratch or sending inconsistent responses is great and will optimize our response time.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I had a little trouble getting started during the trial period. It wasn't immediately intuitive to me where to find the tool when I initially installed the app, and I also found I didn't need all the suggested default boards.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple people responding to the same inbox for customer questions and reservations. Drag allows us to streamline our processes and lets everyone to know what step of the process the customer is in and jump in to help if needed. The ability tag and add notes to emails within the tool can help keep us organized.

  ### 16. dragging my a** to more productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan L. | EMS LIUETENANT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Works really well with gmail. Essentially creating a one-stop shop. I really enjoyed that feature the most. Customer service is very prompt through chat. A little slower through email. Very excited to try my annual subscription!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I would love the option to attach pp excells, word documents to CARDS. i know its a feature in the works. But I NEED it now. haha. Drag also takes your email from your inbox to your boards so be careful when deleting stuff from the drag app board.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

The more people on your team, the easier drag will be able to help you

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

co workers get assigned tasks and we are not working on same issues or tasks at hand. deadlines for tasks are fun to use. the check off feature is satisfying and lets me know how much of this card is done. maybe a progress bar feature?

  ### 17. Helpful way to get all of our team on the same page!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison G. | Resource Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Able to access a shared email account with additional protections like a 2 factor authentication

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

so far so good! fewer alerts perhaps would be helpful

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple team members and volunteer advocates who need secured access to our emails and files.

  ### 18. Upgrade You CS Response

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph H. | Guest Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

We've started using Drag to manage our google groups public-inbox. It has allowed us to create a workflow that saves us time and organizes our department's capacity while attending to guests' needs.
The ability to leave comments and tag other uses in received emails has improved interdepartmental communication and allowed us to have a consistent voice in troubleshooting concerns. If anyone is looking for an upgrade to their g-suite Drag will likely take your customer service to the next level supporting your staff and appeasing your guests.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Waiting on some roadmap items to handle incoming emails, but we find the app is useful enough that holding off for additional features isn't debilitating to our workflow.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our org switched over to google groups for incoming email inquiries. Drag has allowed us to collaborate with the larger team on customer service solutions. Allow us to tag other users and make notes on emails is helpful when trying to resolve complex inquiries or inquiries that need the help of multiple departments.

  ### 19. Drag Guest Services Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yolanda V. | Guest Services Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

It makes it way easier review, reply to and sort all our emails. We are able to work as a team in one shared inbox. Allowing us to respond to our guest quicker.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Setting up automation and automatic task were difficult for the average user to implement. We frequently reached out to our IT and they were able to solve it.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

It is a really useful tool for our team, it helps us stay organized and on top of all our incoming emails from our guest or future guest.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benifits us in keeping track of all emails replied to. Automations, automatically sends emails to different boards, and it also helps us assign task to different team members.

  ### 20. Great for multiple shared inboxes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guest S. | Guest Services Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like the workflow customization and the ability to share templates with my team. Looking forward to automating more and moving cards between boards. Would like to see the zapier integration to hopefully add cards from other sources.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Setting up the boards takes some time. Also multiple people can't "own" a board. Limited to Chrome. Some members of the organization prefer other browsers.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding more functionality to Google Groups shared inboxes. It helps us outline and follow our processes.

  ### 21. Shared Inbox

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Decent way to share a gmail inbox without all those pesky verifications

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Drag sends a whole lot of emails to team members during the first week

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team shares a gmail which led to the constant issue of other people needing to approve the email login for the person on-shift as part of the 2 step verification. Now everyone can access the shared inbox from their own email.

  ### 22. Very Useful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D. | Virtual Customer Success & Training Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The ability to relocate emails onto a page viewable by multiple people is beneficial. There are also tags and color coordination capabilities that help with organization. It eliminates the need to cc a bunch of people on an email. I'm sure there are many more benefits I have yet to discover.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Using Drag limits you to using one email account. When attempting to use another account at the same time, it will cause the plug-in to malfunction. I would be nice to be able to use drag on multiple accounts simultaneously.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Be sure to weigh all of the pros and cons of use.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned before, I am tied down to one email account while using Drag. This does not render the plug-in useless, but it is an inconvenience. As for the benefits, there are many of them. Drag helps with organization allows a whole team to view the same items without sending countless emails to and fro.

  ### 23. Great for our team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

We have a team that takes turns reviewing email submissions, and this makes it extremely easy for everyone to log in!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I'm still figuring out how to use the app on my phone; the desktop version is great so far though

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the issues of multiple people having access to an email account at varying times. Log in and tracking tickets is much easier.

  ### 24. Great for Task Management and Team Organization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erika S. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like the benefits of having a shared inbox. It keeps our team organized, prevents email collision, and we no longer have to cc each other on every email to access simple records.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Drag doesn't have access to the actual email contents, so, in our case, the search feature is pretty much useless unless we add specific information in the notes or chat section.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Highly recommend it to anyone with a small team that needs help with organizing tasks.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag is helping us with process efficiency and overall cohesiveness. All of our records are now in one place and I can see who on my team is handling what task.

  ### 25. Google extension to build Kaban boards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alisha O. | Volunteer HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Similar to the name itself, I like the drag features when the extension is open to move activities under different priority categories. There's also a chat feature that can tag team members to continue to communicate with others on those priorities. I also use the tag functionality with different colours to quickly see labelled priorities.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It's a bit confusing on how to set it up initially, but once complete, it's fine. It would be great to use the extension outside of Google Chrome as well, just for ease on other browsers or from your phone.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team uses it to organize different HR activities that are underway (e.g. interview candidates, reference checks). The shared use of it is helpful to access as a team together or separately, no matter what time we're logged in.

  ### 26. Amazingly organization, simple to use, intuitive design. Just overall an awesome product.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tevin G. | Accountant/Bookeeper, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag and drop is responsive, quick, and increases efficiency. I also appreciate the bold label and assigning functions that help view emails quickly.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I would like to see the column's function be expanded with different layout options or a cascading theme.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization, team delegation (assign function), filing, and creating an active workflow that shows how far along tasks are.

  ### 27. Great customer service and a promising app!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag has great customer service. The app itself is very useful and they pay attention to the user's suggestions. While not perfect, it is constantly being improved.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I do wish Drag App had other options for the source of the emails. All emails must be kept in the inbox of the main Account. This clutters the admins inbox. I would love to see the ability to use a tag for a board and not the inbox.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Share google groups email between team members. We also use it as out voicemail service so all office staff has access to them.

  ### 28. Excellent Overall Features - Supercharges Groups and Shared Inboxes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody M. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The collaboration tools - everything from notes, attachments, tagging, kanban views, and more make working in a shared space with teams a breeze. It turned our email account into a "dashboard" of sorts which allowed people to very quickly and efficiently monitor the status of emails and prioritize.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Very little, there were just a few times over ~1.5 years where the Boards encountered a glitch, but those were always resolved within 24 hours and I don't recall ever having the same glitch or issue happen twice.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Kanopy we primarily solved the mayhem of a high-volume shared inbox by using most of the Drag features and collaborating at a much higher level of efficiency than before. We used the Kanban view, notes & attachments, tagging, and automations in concert with multiple Boards to ramp up our team's output dramatically. Most importantly, we didn't miss any emails, and we improved our response time to an ideal speed.

  ### 29. Drag Collaborative Inbox Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The ease of assigning messages and moving messages to various columns is helpful to track completed and in-progress tasks.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

As of yet, it doesn't appear that I can pull up all emails associated with a particular tag. This may be possible, I just haven't figured it out yet.
I haven't been able to access drag from my email on my mobile device. This again is probably a user issue, not a Drag issue.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to keep our team organized and up to date on tasks needing attention.

  ### 30. Drag is so helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag allows me to have one central location for communication

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

You have to go specifically to your drag inbox to look at incoming mail

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having multiple people have to log onto gmail and needing to wait for another person to verify the login

  ### 31. Helpful, especially for group inboxes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lykke H. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Being able to assign emails to colleagues to answer is brilliant, as is having to do lists specifically allocated to emails.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It takes a little while to get used to the new feature but there are some helpful resources.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

  ### 32. Organization and workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muriel R. | Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Using Drag, we can organize our IT support calls, quickly directing service to team members. In addition, being able to transform an email into a task linked to the calendar brings a very important productivity gain.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Nothing. Im very happy with Drag. Now, we're going to expand the usage to the entire team.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Nothing

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organize IT calls. Optimize task flow right from Gmail. Comment or even create a chat within a message, avoiding the need to forward it. We've only used it for a short time, but the ease it brings to our daily lives is already clear.

  ### 33. Productive task management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa B. | Office Coordinator

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Whole team can manage tasks and workflow in real time using a shared inbox.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Inability to change subject line when responding to an email

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, Drag has been a great tool for organizing multiple tasks in an efficient and simple format. Feel like this would allow for more productivity.

  ### 34. Great features, a little rough around the edges

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Han W. | Partnerships Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like the chat/comment functionality to the right of the email threads, which promises to cut down on giant threads full of one-line answers that get buried.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

There are some bugs, like inbox count disappearing. I also had to clear my entire cache and cookies after install because it was messing up the functionality of other sites.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still brand new to Drag, but as stated above the inline chat/comment feature will be very helpful. We have just started working with labels and the Kanban boards so gains there are still TBD.

  ### 35. Excellent support & ahead of other products.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Cutting edge Google Workspace integration. Being able to add individual e-mails to a board without forwarding or CC saves lots of time. Setup took me a while since I have multiple domains on the Google backend, but everything is working. The few issues I have had, I could access live support within a few minutes, which has tremendous value to me. Support was practical, helpful and solved my issues versus sending me generic replies and waiting days for a response. Product is only as good as the support you get with it, so well done. Also they do have a mobile app which while very new and basic, it does work, is clean and like the direction it's going. Lastly, I love the idea of a shared inbox while it does cost a bit more to set it up this way, if for whatever reason it doesn't work out your data is already in G-Mail and everything is retained. This is also useful for on and offboarding staff. Give Drag a try, you will like it.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I don't like it is dependent on a Chrome extension to be able to use however this is not at Drag's fault but a limitation of on Google's part at least for now. Any other product behaves the sameway, it does slow down g-mail a little bit but it's not the end of the world just something to be aware of. You will be charged for additonal licenses on a true shared inbox which I think they could do better on but again it's not the end of the world just something to keep in mind.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminates the need for yet another help desk or system while staying within G-Mail. Being able to move e-mails to boards is awesome.

  ### 36. Drag has made everything so much easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua S. | Guest & Member Services Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The most helpful thing about Drag is being able to do everything in one place. Especially assigning things to people and being able to forward things much faster.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

The only downside I have experienced is in a particular message I think there should be a way to move it to a separate column within the open message instead of leaving the message and dragging it to a different column.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using drag mostly to funnel through voicemails and emails related to our company but it is so great that they are all in one place and that is the biggest benefit I see.

  ### 37. Great tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag is easy to use and has helped me and my team stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Figuring out the pricing was a little tricky, but their customer service was excellent and helped me along the way.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My inbox is now organized and can assign tasks to different team members. Now we know when things are getting done.

  ### 38. Great way to organize communication and tasks!

Drag helps with organizing various emails and tasks for our team.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

There isn't anything I dislike about using Drag so far.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag makes it easy to organize emails to allow our team to anticipate what kind of help a customer may need.

  ### 39. Can do it all from Gmail

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah O. | IT Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I love how I can do it all from my Gmail without having to leave to use another website e.g. Trello. This is just as effective as Trello even better.
Also, able to organise my tasks and focus on the most important ones.
Multiple people are able to manage emails without having to switch accounts.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Only able to use it on google chrome extension, so difficult for other web browsers, especially if you want to use an iPhone and the web browser is Safari.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Drag is able to manage emails and add tasks, as well as you conversing with members of your team as well. You can do it all from your Gmail without going to another platform to do this - very efficient.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to speak to my team more easily and look at tasks I need to complete in matter of urgency.
Able to share with my board and managers on work on which I have completed or needs to be done.

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Board organisation, it's great seeing an overview of different workflows.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Nothing, it's great. Perhaps colour coding the titles of each different board would be helpful, but that's not a major dislike.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organisation: it's easier to keep track of emails with the board system rather than endlessly scrolling to find different email chains.

  ### 43. So easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace H. | Customer Success and Engagement Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag is one of the most accessible programs I have ever used. It took little to no time to pick it up and start using it. It is visually driven enough for easy glancing over and complex enough to provide the tools needed.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

After using it for a short while, I still have yet to find any issues or annoyances.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag has improved team collaboration and makes organizing information easier.

  ### 44. Fantastic productivity tool for our team !!

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The Drag cards are fantastic and help us stay very organized! It's been a major improvement for our team!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I do find that quite often I have to refresh my browser. Not sure if it's on my end of on Drag's but it is fairly frequent. I am using Gmail on Google Chrome.

Organizational gaps within our Custom Success team. It has grealy benifited us by keeping us organized.

  ### 45. Support is great!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The support team is great! I like the activity feature as well. Our team is still getting used to using Drag so we are still learning!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

One thing we do wish was a feature was the ability to have subfolders/tags within the Drag board, so we don't have to physically log into the shared inbox to file emails that no longer need to be on the Drag board.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

It's a good option to consider if you have a team that needs to share inboxes.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely helps if multiple people can jump in if there's an issue and see all correspondence. It also helps when people are on vacation, so you don't have to physically log in to one person's email to cover for them.

  ### 46. Our experience using the Drag App as a medium scale enterprise based out of India.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anand M. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

It helps us as an organization be more productive because of a more structured approach to communicating via email. As a winery with a pan India sales force, it is often hard to keep track on various project updates. Using the 'boards' feature on the drag app helps us monitor all communication related to a specific topic with ease, which in turn helps our teams be more responsive and ultimately effective in executing their tasks.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Nothing in specific, other than we can't wait to see the official drag app mobile version!

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier teams were complaining of not receiving updates on project developments in real-time as mails were were often not being forwarded immediately, and all concerned recipients were sometimes not being marked - Creating 'boards' has solved this problem.

External emails from consumers and industry are also being routed to the concerned person through activating the 'Automations' feature.

Creating 'Tasks' lets the concerned employee update the status of assigned tasks letting everyone know of any updates in real time.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It has a decently high learning curve, so entry wasn't super easy

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking responses, identifying patterns in email inquiries, ensuring everyone knows who is handling what

  ### 48. Drag excellent for shared inbox manangement

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to log into a separate shared inbox acccount.

  ### 50. Drag Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander R. | Accounts Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag is effortless to install and to use. Simple to navigate, unlike other software. It makes use of collaborating on a single inbox with others simple.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

When scrolling through folders will occasionally scroll to the top or bottom without any command to do so. It makes it challenging to sort folders by date as it scrolls too fast from top to bottom.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Drag is significantly better than other collaboration platforms I have used in the past, and despite some minor flaws, it does most of what would be necessary to complete.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to collaborate with multiple individuals within my organization. Allows for all of us to have access to the same material synchronously.
