**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like how Drag is simple to keep track of tasks. Initially I didn't like the Kanban style, but I quickly adapted, because the interface is very friendly.
Drag is very simple to use and helps me keep, at a glance, the tasks that I have to prioritize, those that I need to have future attention and those that I need to follow.
I really like using Tags, which help me even more to identify what I should prioritize.
Turning emails into tasks, adding new tasks, and everything within Gmail, is great!
The attention that the Drag team gives me is a sensational point!
Duda and the team are always ready to answer questions and help you use the Tool.
Thank you very much @Duda!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It remains to be able to include attachments in tasks that do not come from email.
I still don't feel much confidence in using Drag itself to reply to emails, as some emails have just been drafts in Drag and haven't been sent.
Not able to reorder tags after created (leaving related subject tags close if not created together)
Failing to Merge emails / tasks from related subjects
There is a lack of integration with Adobe programs (Ok, it's too much to ask ... kkk)

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be able to eliminate the amount of unread emails, which we must pay attention to (since I can create boards for that).
organize myself, without having to use an external tool. Doing everything inside Gmail is great

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Accounts at Vivid C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The thing I like best is the Kanban-style interface. Initially, it was the thing that I disliked the most but once I got my head around it really took off. It so much better than tracking tasks and remembering to do them by using Gmail email folders or calendars. It did take me some time to get around it all, but the founders were just excellent to deal with - they personally replied, and were helpful even a year + down the track. We are about to implement it for our second business in the new year. It's a great tool for a startup (as we were) but I can't see how it could not benefit anyone from a student, through to a CEO :) Well done Drag:)

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I was not sure how to uninstall it originally when i wanted to do so as I was learning it and got a bit frustrated. It was probably a good thing as I was then made to use it... and it paid off. It is actually very easy to remove it if you wish to do so for any reason, but I can't personally see one now.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems: When sharing the email address with multiple people it is easier to see who is responsible for what, who has done which task and who needs to be assigned a task or congratulated on an awesome outcome... helped by Drag no doubt :)

Everyone has been really helpful, I haven't gotten to test it much yet, I'm hoping to extend my trial!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Drag?**

This app is downloaded as a Chrome extension that syncs up with your Gmail account. It's such a cool and revolutionary way to look at and organize email. I have such a bad habit of quickly opening/ skimming past emails trying to make mental notes to get back to them and reply. Problem is, I never actually do, and then get lost in the pile once new emails come in. This app lets you "drag" emails into different lists - "To Do", "working on" and "done". You can even assign dates for when you need to do them by!

This app is also cool in that you can create folders, labels, and tabs. Yes, Gmail already has the Folders feature, but what's nice with this app is that you can create tabs within the folders to categorize the emails of different sub-categories. This is key, because without this feature, I end up just creating a million Folders and they just pile on top of eachother and get lost. This makes email organization worse. So, in conclusion, HUGE fan of the "Tabs" feature.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I wish that I could still see my original Gmail Inbox without the "Drag" app view.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Like with any new app/software, there is a slight learning curve, but really this app is quite intuitive. I have just learned that the best way to get the most out of any new app is to just go on their website and read the Tips and Tricks.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and staying on top of communication
