It helps customers to find what they are looking for - so far at a better price than using the professional version of JTL-Search. It is also much faster as all product photos and information are available for Doofinder via API upload. The integration was easy for us through the plugin from WebStollen. If there is anything in the search results you cannot change by yourself, the customer support will do it for you professionally and quickly. Also the online video meetings helped to understand what Doofinder is capable of, which is more than you expect in the beginning. The frequent use of our customers helps us to understand what they are looking for and which search goes into a dead end. **What do you dislike about Doofinder?** Doofinder Recommendations was easy to integrate, but created to many requests and too less conversions. As JTL-Shop comes with a recommendation tool already, we will keep using this and turned off Doofinder Recommendations. But if a shop does not come with this option, it might be worth to give it a try.
