They’ve actually reduced the amount of initial support and setup help they used to offer. As a result, getting started isn’t as easy as it used to be so, unless you've done it before, there is a learning curve. The AI helper is not good either. It needs way more training so I wouldn't recommend that side of it. It just takes you through never ending loops. It's best to email them or get on their actual live chat.
