**What do you like best about CureMD?**

Its an all in one EMR system and it is web based. Making it easier for remote employees to have access.

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

The reports suck. It is not reliable with data given so a lot of times we are stuck not using the report or making your own manual report. And they charge extra if you want to be able to customized your own report to pull the exact data you are looking for.

- The system is extremely slow and freezes a lot. Causing a lot of workflow issues. When you call them and complain they act as if its our fault instead of trying to fix the issue.

- Horrible customer service. They hang up on you all the time. They are very unprofessional. 

- When a workflow problem is brought to their attention, with something crucial that their system should be able to do. They like to brush you off and gaslight you that your not using the system to the best of its capabilities. However, when you ask them to show you how to do what your requesting they say the system can't do that. And then try to blame your practice. How is my practice the problem when you clearly stated the system can't do that. And the issue brought up is a critical issue. If your system can't do it, bring it back to your product team to figure out and fix. They don't care about the problems the practices are having. They don't want to do meaningful updates for those who are actually using the system on a daily basis. Instead they are doing baseless updates that no one cares about just to see they are improving.  Rather than fixing what is important. 

- Buyer be aware. This system will cause more issues than its worth. And they add an extra charge for everything. So your paying all these extra monthly fees for services that can't even do what you expect it to do. 

- Their billing and payment workflow is the worst. You can't move a payment that was made during a visit to pay for the past due balances. You would have to refund the patient for a credit stuck to an old date of service, just to recharge them the same amount to pay for the past due balance on a different date of service. And most times patients will not pay again. 

- The providers can not send a cancelation request to a pharmacy for prescription that was sent. They will have to call the pharmacy and sit on the phone for an hour to have them cancel a prescription.

- When writing a prescription it doesn't automatically calculate the pills needed when putting in the quantity and frequency instructions. You have to manually calculate which leaves room for error.

**What do you like best about CureMD?**

Nothing. The system is horrible. The training is horrible. The staff is not friendly or helpful.

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

The product is not user-friendly. Too many steps for 1 appointment. Time consuming! Inputting vaccines is time-consuming, lengthy, and a hassle. The program lost all of our inputted vaccines from one site. The trainers tried to say; you did not put the information into the program. The training sessions are fast, with tiny screenshots you can barely see on a computer screen. The program was supposed to be built per our LPHA needs but is still unusable. The trainers ask staff to perform unethical nursing charting, i.e., told when they input vaccines, to document the site immediately.  This way, there is less charting to do when a vaccine is administered. The actual site is extemely slow.  Do not recommend this system. It might be the cheapest; you get what you pay for!  The system does not interface with CIIS or VaxCare. When asked when this is going to happen, the company does not have any answers.

They try to do training, but their training and screenshots do not match. Communication can only be accomplished by the trainer of CureMD and whoever is the program's administrator. The actual people who use the program can not directly communicate with the staff via emails.

It makes deciding simpler and operations more organised, which saves time and enables us to get the most out of our investments.

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

The application usually has a delayed rendering time. Ignoring their efforts to make things better and improve as soon as possible and giving healthy output.

It is a pretty straight forward and user-friendly. Easily integrates with exisiting chart so you have all the information from every one of their providors.

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

Operating in areas with slower internet connections, you experience performance issues. Just tends to be slow in general.

This is the system that I am using at a health clinic. It is pretty easy to use so it does help increase productivity if you know how to use it and its shortcuts.

Honestly, it is such great software but there are many glitches that need to be resolved. It would be even better if it could connect to Canadian, specifically Ontario fee schedule codes. I am sure that these features will soon become available and once Cure does, this will be on my shortlist of EHR softwares.

CureMD allows for organized patient information that is easily accessible in every single patient encounter room as well as in a portable manner on my iPad. This flexibility makes it all super easy and user-friendly!

It has almost everything a practice would need. You just have to ask or explore.

The rendering time of the application is a bit slow at times. Although they have worked on it to improve it.

Its a complete solution which does not cost a fortune. Its best to experience this before going for pricier options.

**What do you like best about CureMD?**

Coming from paper-only, we wanted to match that workflow with CureMD. However, with their implementation team,  we were able to learn to do things the "right" way. From there, the customization of forms and schedules and user permissions, we have everything we need to go paperless.

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

Their patient portal isn't setup like most I've used as a patient. There are many edge cases where the patient portal just won't work for a patient because of how the patient was created in CureMD. There also isn't a support line (yet) for patients to call and unfortunately we do not have the resources to provide technical support. The text message alerts do not provide a two-way confirmation, instead it's just a reminder and we still have to make confirmation calls. Lastly, they're working on getting their platform to work in Google Chrome,  but right now only Internet Explorer is 100& compatible. These issues don't stop us from using CureMD as they provide everything we needed to move away from paper.

**Recommendations to others considering CureMD:**

Implementation can take a while as they have lots of questions, however this made our portal usable from day one. I would also say to expect hiccups for your first few weeks after going live. They'll provide a direct number to their implementation specialist so issues can be resolved quickly for those first few weeks.

**What problems is CureMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were a paper-only practice having trouble keeping up with our increased volume.  Documents were scanned in and saved manually with schedules being done using a online template. After looking at many practice management systems we went with CureMD as the cost was by provider, not user and they also would do our billing which made our costs predictable.  We were concerned of downtime and lack of support for issues during our clinics, but we have not once experienced a downtime and our staff has always been able to get a hold of their support team. We've been able to increase our volume and remove the load of work our staff and providers had to do in the past to focus on the patient.

It is simple and easy to use. The software makes charting easier and it even lets you know if you have inputted the wrong ICD 10 code!

There are occasional glitches. It will usually only work on internet explorer, which is a huge setback since I use chrome. Billing is not the best either.

**What do you like best about CureMD?**

I do not need a server room any longer. Neither do I need all that extra computer equipment and their never-ending maintenance costs. This is because their cloud system helps store all my data online. During the evenings, I spend some time on the Patient Portal, and my patient-based telephone traffic has drastically reduced. That has been a blessing.

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

I am also using the billing service, and although I do not need a dedicated billing staff at my practice any longer, I feel less 'in control'. With my billing staff, I could stop them at any time of the day to check what they were doing. It's not that CureMD has made any errors there, just that I feel less in touch with the process. And those templates. The EHR templates that were provided with the softwarewas terrible. Lucky for me, I called their team up right away. Dan, I think was his name, was very kind and cooperative and managed to provide me with customized templates according to my specific needs. Thought I got more than what I wanted, it still cost me 7-9 working days, so that sucks.

Medicinal charging has enhanced, without a doubt. I was informed that these organizations charge a ton and there's less left for suppliers yet that is not valid. I've encounter development in my restorative charging as far back as I've begun working with them. Their rates are somewhat high, yet at any rate they don't haphazardly begin charging more. Their straightforwardness is incredible and well the business is great. Besides, the interface is amazingly easy to use: straightforward and to the point, helps run my training all the more effectively.

The price point is really the only thing good about this software.

As much as the market has changed over the past 5 years or so, CureMD certainly hasn't kept up. The interface is not user friendly, their customer service is subpar at best, there is no split screen capabilities. This certainly couldn't keep up with a busy, multi-provider practice.

**Recommendations to others considering CureMD:**

Don't do it unless you absolutely cannot afford anything else, it could work for a small practice that wasn't relying too much on it for credentialing or insurance verification.

IT is very user friendly and I think only one of the very few softwares that can be used on iPhone. It also support multiple subspecialties and quite easy to use.

There may be few glitches here and there but didn't really come across any major issues.

It is reasonably easy to import data and use multiple templates builtin. Everything is really centralized and convenient.

**What do you like best about CureMD?**

Customer support is outstanding. It's easy to put in a ticket online and get a phone call back very quickly after that.  Customer support is very responsive and will help in any way possible with issues or questions. They will stay on the phone with you for as long as it takes to work through the issue and try to meet your needs and address any other questions or concerns while you're already on the line together.  They take as much time as needed to work with the end user to try to customize the product and best meet the user's needs.  They're friendly and professional on the phone.

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

The software requires too many clicks to complete notes. There are some limits to the customizability.  The most frustrating one is that documenting a normal physical exam finding is limited to the word "normal".  If you want to add details of what that normal finding looks like (e.g. "Clear to auscultation bilaterally" or "oriented to person, place, and time") then I have to select those phrases instead of "normal" and it shows up in the note as a finding.  It highlights the findings as abnormal, which is distracting to me and also unnecessary.

Look at the note templates to see if they work for your practice setting.

This EHR lets me create and maintain medical records, and e prescribe.  It also lets the office have medical billing taken completed for them.

Its easy to log in from anywhere and connect with all your providers.

  CureMD Practice Management is wonderful, and i have no complaints.

Cure MD is essential to focus on patient care, you have all records in one place and its easy to log in from anywhere and connect with all your providers.

WIth CUREMD you can  create provider notes using pre-saved templates. Easy to import data. such as adding physical exams, diagnosis, and procedures. You can submit claims electronically.  All in one convenient place.

It is very easy to navigate to the different areas in the software. I used to support this software and helped trained users on the software. They liked how intuitive the software was.

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

Sometimes there would be issues doing the billing sithin CureMD causing us to have to call corporate support for CureMD. There were numerous bugs- however they tended to be resolved rather quickly so that was good.

The glitches with the billing section are the major issues.Other than that it helos improve the flow for front office and back office staff making their jobs easier.

I have absolutely nothing good to say.  I am still in litigation with them, as they are refusing to refund my month-in-advance deposit that should have been a credit to my account (I cancelled during implementation & never went live with them, secondary to the disorganized chaos that they created in trying to implement their system).

Unprofessional, DISORGANIZED, UNRESPONSIVE

Do NOT use this Company for your Medical software needs (EHR, PM, Billing)...  You literally get what you pay for and will end up trying to clean up the mess they make (they definitely do not help with reversing and/or changing mistakes made by them on your behalf).

CureMD CREATED more problems and headaches within my Practice.  They did not solve anything, but added to the headaches of already existing issues that were meant to be solved by them.

Website crashes constantly and not able to print patient documents all the time. Have to switch browsers constantly.

Update so this can be used on any browser, it's difficult to use on a windows pc, I have to use 3 different browsers for this.

**What do you like best about CureMD?**

The after sales service. With tons of EHR companies in the market, it was hard to pick one that best suited my practice. The after sales service reputation of CureMD made me lean towards them and I’m glad I did. After getting on board providers like me, we’ve got a lot of questions. Mostly because we’re not IT experts and doctors instead. So, it was nice knowing that the company’s got my back. They were cooperative in every way and have always managed to call me back whenever I needed them. In this day and age, I’d say that a plus point. At least for me. 

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

Templates. The EHR templates that were provided with the software did not prove to be as helpful as I had hoped. Lucky for me, I called the team up right away. Joe, I think was his name, was very kind and cooperative and managed to provide me with customized templates according to my specific needs. Thought I got more than what I wanted, it still cost me 2-3 working days which I’m not so happy about. 

**What problems is CureMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Medical billing has improved, undoubtedly. I was told that these companies charge a lot and there’s very less left for providers but that’s not true. I’ve experience growth in my medical billing ever since I’ve started working with them. Their rates are a bit high, but at least they don’t randomly start charging more. Their transparency is great and well the business is good. Plus, the interface is extremely user-friendly: simple and to the point, helps run my practice more efficiently.

**What do you like best about CureMD?**

The biggest pro is the iphone compatibility.  There is no new software to download since it is entirely cloud-based. If you're looking for a software that supports numerous specialities, this is a good one, since it claims to support 30 specialties. While I haven't personally used it for every speciality, the experience I have had with it is positive. I like that it is ICD-10 ready. 

**What do you dislike about CureMD?**

I wish it was available on Mac. Even though it works on my phone, it's pretty barebones. 

**Recommendations to others considering CureMD:**

Know that updates are automatic--which can definitely save time and worry. 
The demos are pretty helpful.
I like that they can take care of your billing for you!

**What problems is CureMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The price is on-point especially, if you just have five users (the first five are free).
