This functionality is crucial for our medical practice since it allows us to streamline workflows and enhance communication without needing to overhaul our existing systems. The two-way HIPAA-compliant text messaging is a standout feature, providing patients with the convenience of receiving quick responses, which they love. Automated appointment reminders and no-show reduction tools have been instrumental in reducing missed appointments and improving overall patient satisfaction. The mobile-friendly forms for automating intakes are excellent for simplification and efficiency. Additionally, Curogram's mass marketing and outreach campaign capabilities help us maintain engagement with patients, improving practice-wide efficiency. I find that Curogram's user interface could be improved. While it's generally nice, there are aspects that could be tweaked to enhance the overall user experience.
