What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

Convert Experiences has been a reliable partner in helping us execute experimentation for multiple ecommerce clients. The interface is intuitive, which allowed our CRO team to adapt quickly. Setting up experiments is straightforward, and the learning curve was minimal, even for junior team members. What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

As an agency managing several client projects, we see some space for improvement in the account overview experience. A consolidated dashboard showing a summary of all experiments across clients, maybe classified by winners, losers, or inconclusive, would greatly improve visibility and help us showcase impact at scale. What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

Great platform and easy to use especially for newbies. The onboarding process was smooth and the support team are excellent, especially because you can talk to them on live chat and get your issue instantly resolved. They are also happy to jump on a call if the issue is more complicated. Would recommend Conver to SME's who want to do CRO, but want an affordable monthly subscription. Convert made it easy for us to scale experimentation, share responsibility across teammates, and organize our experiments for maximum effect. What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

Lack of mobile app or mobile web view is a consistent issue. Preview links are often inconsistent. I have had 2-3 support experiences where the rep gave me "hacky" workarounds for bugs in the system. Overall pleased but room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved the flexibility they provide while creating complex experiences like the experiences life cycle events. The new editor is feature-rich, easy to use, and boosts productivity. And the support is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

Overall it's a really great platform. I'd say only the original variant should be visible in the editor. If I'm creating a new experiment for the same page which already has an active experiment it becomes really difficult to work on, especially in the case of an active redirect test. What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

Before, we used Google Optimize, but since its sunset we were forced to look for an alternative. We contacted Optimizely and AB Tasty, but they were asking for almost 40k a year. Convert, the basic plan, is 6k a year and we could do basically everything we wanted:

- I was able to create Convert events in Google Tag Manager

- I was able to create 3 A/B tests with custom javascript to redirect 50% of users to a different page
