I don't like that the preview mode sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The event tracking is another issue, because Convert Experiences cannot properly measure different events in our custom-built WooCommerce theme. This is quite a hassle. More documentation on how to set up event tracking yourself would also be useful, as there is still little to be found, especially for specific scenarios such as with a WooCommerce custom theme. The visual editor is fast and reliable, even on complex pages, and the experiment setup is clear and flexible without feeling overwhelming. On top of that, they have an amazing team across sales, onboarding, and the contact desk. Because it’s purely focused on testing, there’s no integration for heatmaps or screen recordings. The site’s UI could also be improved: it feels a bit old-fashioned, and sometimes you have to find workarounds, but overall it’s still clear and easy to understand. UI on reporting is poor - segmentation options are lacking and you cannot "compare" easily without opening multiple tabs.

I like customer support the most in Convert Experiences. I really rely on their customer support, especially Evereth Sy, who has helped me multiple times. Any issue with payments or the tool itself, I was able to reach out to somebody and get the answers quickly.
