What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

Simple UI for making a test, easy to set up, integrates with GA (when it doesn't break) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

Support is awful - and that's coming from someone with 30 years talking to tech support. Basic issues can't be resolved, even 5 weeks on.

UI on reporting is poor - segmentation options are lacking and you cannot "compare" easily without opening multiple tabs.

Roadmap seems to be aimed on building "shiny things" to further increase price rather than making the core product better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would like to update that since your question required a deeper technical fix and root cause analysis, we duly escalated the support ticket to premium and our dev team is working on a fix. Your account manager Nneoma is there to assist you every step of the way.

Regarding the price hikes, we are collaborating with your team to accommodate your concerns as you potentially opt for a more robust plan. I'd like to reassure you that at Convert we never force legacy customers to pay new prices (which typically include more features).

Any changes in your pricing would be the result of more tested users chosen per month. And even then we are open to negotiate and find the best monthly/annual price for you and your team.
