Support is awful - and that's coming from someone with 30 years talking to tech support. Basic issues can't be resolved, even 5 weeks on.
UI on reporting is poor - segmentation options are lacking and you cannot "compare" easily without opening multiple tabs.
Roadmap seems to be aimed on building "shiny things" to further increase price rather than making the core product better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the price hikes, we are collaborating with your team to accommodate your concerns as you potentially opt for a more robust plan. I'd like to reassure you that at Convert we never force legacy customers to pay new prices (which typically include more features).
Any changes in your pricing would be the result of more tested users chosen per month. And even then we are open to negotiate and find the best monthly/annual price for you and your team.
