Organization and Intuitive management of the mass management. Cloudbeds does it the best. Everything is understandable for even new frontdesk staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cloudbeds? Cloudbeds is always slow, I'm not talking (only) about downtime, but even when it is green in their status tracker, the data loads so slow, for each reload you have to wait at least 10-20 second stairing to your client's eyes like we're in 1998. Also Cloudbeds is there, making money already I think they don't have the enthusiasm to overhaul and use new technologies like injecting new updates to the page without refreshing( that now exist just in calendar view). Last year I had written a review somewhere, and forwarded it to the support, but no response. I feel I got the message: " It is what it is". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The way I can edit my settings flexibly and easily, once configured, attending to my clients becomes very quick and satisfactory. The calendar informs me of current and future availability. I don't like the limited access to elements and variables that can be placed in email templates. Regarding the service in general, I also dislike the lack of customization in their plans, given that there are features I want that I don't have and others that I have and don't want, having to pay more for less in some cases. I have a small accommodation business and Cloudbeds provide me all the basic property management system that I need with a reasonable pricing. With Cloudbeds, I can manage my property both internally and externally which includes booking engine and channel manager.
