What do you like best about ChatWork?

I love this platform as this platform is very simple to use. It also have a good User Friendly Interface making the user feel comfortable while communicating with the teams. The onboarding and adding of team mates is very simple allowing a better communication with less delays. The performance of this platform is reliable which is one strong point of this platform. Mention can also be made allowing a more focused messaging enabling teams to engage well with individuals. The capability to add attachment of various files and drop links is really good for this platform. The capability of this platform to integrate with 3rd party application like Zoom or Box makes this platform more better. I am glad that this platform is accessible through its application on phone and desktop increase the portability of this platform. What do you dislike about ChatWork?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the android version application had a better user interface. I also wish that more features can be added to improve the usability of this platform. What do you like best about ChatWork?

I really like that ChatWork can be used on both phone and computer. I find it really versatile for sharing documents because the documents stay in the conversation. This is important as sometimes we cannot share sensitive data from our portfolio clients on instant messaging apps. The initial setup was pretty easy because all of us use the same workspace. What do you dislike about ChatWork?

I think the categorization of documents in the conversation should be automatic by the system. It should be easy to archive them in a library with information on who has seen them. I mainly use ChatWork to chat with my team and manage tasks. ChatWork helps me keep communication clear between the Japan team and the Vietnam team, so we don't miss information or misunderstand requirements. What I like most about ChatWork is how simple and easy it is to use. The chat and task features are straightforward, making it easy to assign work and follow up without confusion, especially when working with a Japan-based team. The chat in ChatWork helps keep conversations organized by project, so it's easy to follow discussions and not miss anything. The task feature in ChatWork makes it easy to assign work to specific people and set deadlines right from the chat. I can quickly see who is responsible for what and check the progress, which helps avoid missing tasks and keeps the team on track. The initial setup of ChatWork was very easy, and the interface is simple, so even new team members can quickly understand how to use it. What do you like best about ChatWork?

I like that ChatWork lets you classify and prioritize your chats, which makes it easier to manage.
