I appreciate the simplicity and reliability of ChatWork, which keeps my team organized without unnecessary add-ons. The easy messaging, task tracking, and file sharing make our work efficient and effective. Setting up was a breeze, and the platform's clean interface allows seamless channel and team management. There are occasional delay on workflow and processing of the tool. The tool presentation or its dashboard is so old fashioned, need to make it advanced and latest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't find ChatWork helpful for anything in particular when chatting with Jack Wolf. I don't like anything about the chat box. The image option is not available, so it's not useful. The initial setup was not as easy as it could have been. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about ChatWork is that it’s simple to manage tasks in the chat. You can give tasks to people, set due dates, and see what’s done—all in one place. This helps the team stay organized and saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I don’t like about ChatWork is that it has fewer features and doesn’t connect with many other apps like Slack or Microsoft Teams. I also wish we could change the look and settings more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I live in Japan and I'm Japanese. I used to work with a marketing team in Osaka, Japan, and the team used Chatwork for business chat. It was not a full-time job, so we only used Chatwork a few times weekly. It was very easy to use; we can share files and everything. If I work with a team, I'd like to use Chatwork again. Both the mobile and desktop app UI are outdated; they look so awful. Secondly, the free version doesn't support customer service, and sometimes scammers take advantage of this website/app to post fake jobs. I am very disappointed with this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
