Chatwork, in my experience, left much to be desired. The real-time translation feature is pretty unreliable which often delivers inaccurate translations. Furthermore, transferring large files within the platform proved to be a tedious and time-consuming task. The UI is pretty complex for newcomers as well and the poor design and dashboard add an unnecessary learning curve. The premium pricing is on the heavy side as well and there is a limitation of group chats that limits users to join numerous groups. The mobile app is equally disappointing, occasional lags are pretty common. The customer service of the platform is really neglectful at times.
