I love this platform as this platform is very simple to use. It also have a good User Friendly Interface making the user feel comfortable while communicating with the teams. The onboarding and adding of team mates is very simple allowing a better communication with less delays. The performance of this platform is reliable which is one strong point of this platform. Mention can also be made allowing a more focused messaging enabling teams to engage well with individuals. The capability to add attachment of various files and drop links is really good for this platform. The capability of this platform to integrate with 3rd party application like Zoom or Box makes this platform more better. I am glad that this platform is accessible through its application on phone and desktop increase the portability of this platform. I love most part of this platform but I wish that the android version application had a better user interface. I also wish that more features can be added to improve the usability of this platform. Chatwork is best in terms of simplicity. It is as easy like using whatsapp or telegram. No hard integration and so less time to adopt.
