It is a very professional and reliable product for my small home-organizing business. Although there was a slight learning curve on how to use/edit/create contracts, it functions wonderfully and is very simple to send to my clients instead of constantly getting annoyed with some of the other platforms used for contracts. I love that it's simple to upload a new PDF and replace the old version but still keep the editing template so I don't have to redo the whole thing if I need to change some wording on my contract. I also love that I can order the signing process so I can fill and sign first and then send it to my clients. Overall super happy with it! **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** I can't think of any real downsides, especially for a free product. There is a limit to how many contracts can be sent without paying but I never reach that limit for my small business, at least at this point. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** BoldSign is my solution to digital contracts for my clients. It makes it easy for both sides to sign before the start of a working relationship with my client. I like the reminder feature, and the ability to duplicate groups of fields for signature blocks. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** The dates of signature are always displayed based on UTC time signed and not the signing time/time zone of the logged in browser, which really should be changed because it shows the date without the time, and it appears incorrect. There are fields that, when filled out should all have the same value. For example. in our signature block we have a "Title" field for the signer. When they fill out the first "Title" field, it should fill in the rest of them the same way. Currently there is no way to create and "name" a field to accomplish this. Currently there is not an easy way to template contracts. I found it much easier to pre-edit the word documents, and re-upload them each time. Would prefer to be able to add "template" fields that have to be filled out prior to sending out for signature--ideally they would work like Word "merge" fields so that the text can be appropriately rendered into the document rather than overlaid, but templating is not as easy as it could be. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simplified the contract generation and signing process for us, away from paper contracts. Boldsign provides us all of the features we need at an affordable price! Plus, I LOVE their support team - they are always super quick to respond, and open to developing new features that we find could be helpful. Being able to "clone" a document is also hugely helpful so that if we mess something up (such as a typo in the email address but everything in the document set up was correct), we can clone it, fix the email, and not have to do everything else over again. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** Overall there isn't much I dislike about Boldsign. They've come a long way very quickly and we're so happy to have found this platform for all of the contracts, work authorizations and even internal forms that we send. It makes many of our employees' lives a whole lot easier! **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we found out about the in-person signing feature, we were at first disappointed that the person intended to be the internal signer couldn't also "host" the document for signing. I explained how this would be beneficial to the Boldsign support team, and they quickly put it in the development queue and had the feature available in less than 2 weeks. I have used competitor products but later settled with BoldSign since it's the easiest to work with. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** Sometimes, there isn't a quick way for people to whom I have sent docs to see all the docs they needed to sign from me. I am more productive with using BoldSign than products from competitors. With BoldSign the upfront cost was low and the integration quite easy. Our employess could handle the interface with ease and our clients we're positivly suprised by the quick and and easy process. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** The localisation could be improved. In comparision to some competitors there arent as many options. Our national language was offered but for a more inclusive experience more langauges would be great. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our problem was that we wanted to expand to our whole nation and make contracts with clients without them to come to us or them needing to print the contact out tand than scann it again to send this.
