## BoldSign Reviews
  ### 1. Boldsign: Easy Templates, Bulk Send, and Fast Support That Saves Us Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren F. | Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

We use Boldsign for a lot of the documents we need signed. These range from employee contracts and customer contracts to getting invoices authorised before submission to a payment portal. Boldsign is very easy to use, and we make full use of the templates. We have also used the bulk send feature, which was really straightforward and saved us a lot of time.

We started on a lower subscription tier and soon found we were using it more and needed additional templates, so we moved up a tier. Now it feels like exactly what we needed, and we’re already planning to use it for even more documents.

We also like that you can have a mix of digital signatures and in-person signatures on the same document. This is helpful for us, as we do collect in-person signatures for some of our paperwork.

Support has always been helpful and very quick. We’ve contacted support a few times with questions, and they’ve been fast to resolve things and help us out. We haven’t had any issues with the dashboard either—it’s quick and responsive, and we’ve never had any performance problems. We don’t use any integrations, so I can’t comment on how they work, but there are several available if you need them.

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

Nothing, it does everything we needed it to do, but this is probably because we did a lot of research before trying Boldsign. We did use another esign provider before Boldsign, but moved over due to the extra functionality and value for money.

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have quite a few paper documents that needed to be signed. It took ages to chase these and they were always wet signatures. Having the ability to email out a document and get it signed within minutes is a great positive. We do use it for employment references, these are now coming back really quickly and we know, due to the tracking feature, that the right person is signing it.

  ### 2. Simple, Secure, and Reliable eSignature Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush C. | Senior Global Talent Acquisition, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

What I like best about BoldSign is its simple, intuitive interface combined with powerful eSignature capabilities. It makes it easy to create, send, and track documents for signature while offering useful features like reusable templates, automated reminders, secure audit trails, and flexible signing workflows. I also appreciate its strong security and compliance standards, seamless integrations with popular business applications, and developer-friendly API. Overall, BoldSign provides a reliable, user-friendly, and cost-effective solution for managing electronic signatures without unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

One aspect I dislike about BoldSign is that, while it offers a strong set of core eSignature features, some advanced capabilities and third-party integrations are not as extensive or mature as those offered by more established competitors. Additionally, certain customization options for branding and workflows can feel somewhat limited for organizations with highly specialized requirements. However, for most businesses, these limitations are relatively minor compared to its ease of use, reliability, and overall value.

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BoldSign solves the problem of slow, paper-based, and manual document signing by providing a fast, secure, and fully digital eSignature solution. It simplifies the entire signing process by allowing documents to be sent, signed, tracked, and stored online, reducing paperwork, turnaround time, and administrative effort. This benefits me by improving productivity, making it easier to collaborate remotely, ensuring documents are signed on time with automated reminders, and providing secure audit trails for compliance and record-keeping.

  ### 3. After reviewing a number of alternatives to DocuSign, I decided on BoldSign for he following reasons

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry M. | Property manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

1) Fixed pricing - unlimited envelopes.

2) Easy for my tenants to select there signature style on documents (my tenants are not tech savvy).

3) Flexible on how the email appeared to the tenant. I needed the email to only show the property management company and not my name.

4) Customizable form that I use for company meeting minutes.

All in all, BoldSign is a wonderful product.

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

I haven't found anything yet, the only issue I run into is using the voice recording from my phone. Some time it kicks it out for some reason. But it's not a major issue.

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been using BoldSign for a little over a year and found the product to be easy and reliable to work with.

Are tenants have found the signing process to be simple and very intuitive.

We’ve created several templates that speed up the process of engaging different members for company meeting minutes.

I use the voice to text feature when dictating company meeting minutes for the members to review.

It’s a great product and we plan on using it for many years in the future.

  ### 4. BoldSign: Fast, intuitive e-signing with a clean UI and smart templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

BoldSign has made handling documents much simpler without adding unnecessary complexity. Creating a document, assigning signature fields, and sending it for signing is quick, even for someone who doesn't use e-signature software every day. I also like that I can track document progress without sending follow-up emails all the time. The interface is clean, and after using it regularly, it becomes easy to manage recurring documents with templates

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

The core features work well, but there are a few areas that could be refined. Some advanced customization options take a little time to figure out, and I would appreciate more built-in integrations with business tools. The mobile experience is functional, but a smoother workflow for reviewing and managing documents on smaller screens would make it even better.

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BoldSign helps reduce the time spent handling documents that previously required printing, scanning, or exchanging multiple emails. Everything stays organized in one place, and it's much easier to see which documents are waiting for signatures and which are already completed. This has made document approvals faster and reduced unnecessary back-and-forth, especially when working with clients or team members remotely.

  ### 5. Awesome tool, easy to use, great UI/UX, and at a very attractive price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas D. | Finance & Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

It’s very easy to use. Nothing complicated. And the UI/UX is great. It also doesn’t feel like you constantly need to buy extra features. I really like the ability to customize the design, the notification emails don’t end up in spam folders, and my clients’ signing rate is higher than with other tools we’ve used before. Also I like the pricing a lot.

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

Basically nothing. If anything, it’s just that the brand isn’t as well known as some competitors, so people can be a bit sceptical at the beginning.

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the signature for contracts from my clients. As easy as possible. Since the UI/UX is simple, I'm faster than with other tools with initiating the signature process. Also the signing rate is higher than what I had before with other tools.

  ### 6. BoldSign Makes Client Agreements Simple with Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaden E. | Co-Owner & Chief Operations Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

I like that BoldSign is designed where you bring the final document in and then set it up for signature in BoldSign. The previous program we were using for client agreements required the document to be edited within the program and that made things more complicated.

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

The only thing that I don't like about BoldSign is that I would like to be able to more or less lock all my settings in place for some of my templates, because I will occasionally forget a setting and sometimes that requires me to redo the whole template.

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BoldSign makes it easy for use to create client agreements and authorizations. BoldSign also makes it easy for employee agreements and for owner's reviewing annual policies.

  ### 7. The perfect solution for signing global contracts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Igor K. | Company Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

I really like BoldSign for its intuitive simplicity and high speed of operation. The automatic sending of contracts via email has become a key tool for us, significantly simplifying everyday tasks.

Instead of spending time manually setting up each document, I regularly use the template system. This allows us to standardize our contracts, and the well-designed drag-and-drop interface enables us to instantly place signature fields. Such automation saves our team several hours weekly, freeing us from routine tasks.

The informative Dashboard deserves a special mention: the ability to track the status of all contracts in real-time allows us to clearly control deadlines and promptly remind clients of the need to sign.

What was a pleasant surprise:
An unexpected advantage for us was the depth of integrations. BoldSign seamlessly fit into our existing application stack, eliminating the need for constant tab switching.

Efficiency and support:
From an ROI (return on investment) perspective, the service justifies itself 100%. We not only reduced paper and logistics costs but also significantly accelerated the deal closure cycle. I would also like to note the onboarding process: the support helped us quickly understand all the nuances, so the transition to the new system was almost imperceptible to our workflows.

BoldSign is not just a signing tool; it's a reliable assistant that has taken our workflow to a new level.

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service, and I am pleased with its functionality. However, there are a few aspects that could make the user experience even better:

Pricing Policy: Despite the high value of the product, the subscription cost seems a bit high, especially for small businesses or freelancers with variable workloads. More flexible pricing plans or discounts for long-term cooperation would significantly increase ROI and make the service more accessible to a wider range of professionals.

Mobile App/Interface: Although the desktop version works great, there are sometimes difficulties when needing to quickly check the status or send a document "on the go." Improving mobile adaptation or releasing a full-fledged app with push notifications for contract signing would significantly speed up the response to changes in work processes.

Localization and AI Tools: It would be useful to see deeper AI integration for automatic recognition of key fields in uploaded PDF files. This would further reduce the time spent on document preparation, which is currently done manually.

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here is an expanded version of your text. I have added details about the workflow, specifics of international interaction, and mentioned technical aspects that make the feedback more substantial.

My Experience Using BoldSign for International Business

I use BoldSign as the main tool for signing contracts with clients around the world. For my activities, it has become the perfect solution to a critical problem — legal documentation at great distances without unnecessary bureaucracy and delays.

Why it is effective:

Speed and Automation: The process of sending a contract by email happens instantly. Automating this stage significantly speeds up deal closures: the client only needs a couple of clicks to sign, which is critical when working across different time zones.

Working with Templates: The drag-and-drop function when creating templates saves me hours of routine every week. Instead of setting up fields for each new client from scratch, I use pre-prepared forms, which reduces the likelihood of errors to zero.

Process Transparency: An informative dashboard allows you to see the status of each document in real-time. I always know if the client has opened the email and at what stage the signing is, which eliminates the need to write and clarify details unnecessarily.

Result:
BoldSign not only simplified my workflow, it made it more professional. The intuitive interface and high speed of operation allow me to focus on creative tasks and business development without being distracted by the technical complexities of document management. It is an excellent combination of functionality and simplicity, which fully justifies itself when working with international projects.

  ### 8. Exactly what I needed for API-based proposals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

I've been using BoldSign for about two months now to automate sending client proposals via their API, and it's been a solid find. The API is well-documented and straightforward to work with, which made integration pretty painless. Pricing is reasonable compared to other options I tried, and the few times I reached out to support they were responsive and helpful. I went through several e-signature solutions before landing on this one and BoldSign just fit my workflow better than the others.

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

Still working my way through all the features after two months. There is a lot the platform can do and I haven't had time to explore all of it yet.

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to send and manage proposals programmatically through my web app without manual steps in between. BoldSign's API made that possible and the implementation was straightforward enough that I could get it working quickly without a lot of headaches.

  ### 9. Boldsign: Easy UI, Fast Performance, and Great Value with a Generous Free Tier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

Boldsign is a good product. The user interface (UI) is easy to use. It looks like it has integrations available, but we do not use that as our software does not currently interface with it. The site loads quickly and sends reminders and emails without any issues. The pricing is very reasonable for what we use it for - cheaper than most others out there. I really like that they let you use 25 for free each month so you can try it out first. Others that only let you do less are not useful or helpful. We have not had to reach out to customer support but that is also a good thing. We also have not used ai intelligence and we do not know if it has any ai features available.

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

I wish it would let you export the copy as a link like other similar products do. Currently boldsign requires that it sends the emails to the customers itself. It would also be easy if it would fill in the common signatures for you for documents that look similar.

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boldsign solves the problem of us having to get signatures and save them on documents like contracts and does a great job.

  ### 10. Smooth Switch to BoldSign: Intuitive Platform with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chao L. | Senior Vice President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about BoldSign?**

I’ve been a long-time user of DocuSign, so switching platforms wasn’t something I took lightly. That said, I couldn’t be happier that our IT director introduced us to BoldSign.

The platform is very simple and intuitive to use, everything just makes sense without needing a lot of training or setup. It’s been a smooth transition for our team, and we’ve had zero issues getting up and running.

What really stands out is their customer support. Any time we’ve had questions or needed help, their team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.
Overall, BoldSign has been a great switch for us, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly e-signature solution.

**What do you dislike about BoldSign?**

the app is a little clunky. Not the most user friendly

**What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pricing is very competitive, and we really like how easy it is to share custom templates across the team. The dual authentication for signers is also a great feature and adds an extra layer of security.
